Applied for a one bedroom on 06/14/21 . ($30)Heard absolutely nothing back.I tried calling for days, only to reach their answering machine numerous times.I finally get ahold of someone last weekend - And they act as if they didn’t want to help me whatsoever. They proceed to tell me that, someone will be in touch with me to discuss being put on a waitlist.Ok.Days go by . Fast forward to today 06/23/21 and I receive an email stating that : My application was canceled because ‘I no longer wanted to move in.’I’m sorry, what ?If you don’t want tenants moving into your apartment complex than just say that 😂I’m starting to understand where the 3 star rating comes from, as well as everyone else’s comments supporting apparent racial prejudices.1/10 will not recommend.

The apartments are ok but it sucks that I been living here for months and still haven’t been able to get in the gym it’s been closed the whole time I been living here

I feel beyond blessed to live at Alto Apartments The office staff are kind and efficient. Roberto one of maintenance crew goes above and beyond his job. I feel like he really cares about the whole building he keeps it clean like you would your own home need I say more.... to the lobbies and the elevators to the grounds. Even the doggie waste bags are always full.

WORST MANAGEMENT EVER!!!I wouldnt recommend moving there unless you want people that dont know what they are doing going into your apartment for bs reasons.they are not helpful at all. Especially the woman that supposedly manages it Brenda is the worst I dont know how she still has a job there

Alto has the WORST management I have EVER met.The building itself is nice and the interior is beautiful but the people who run this place arent on the other hand! maintenance walks into your home ANYTIME they want with no notice most the time, total invasion of privacy. Takes forever to fix simple problems, left me heavily pregnant last summer with no ac for months stuck in a 98 degree unit most days. Took them literally 2 months to even attempt to fix it and fail the first time after swearing they fixed it. Cindy and Monica or whatever her name is have a lack of communication skills its ridiculous to be honest Cindy says one thing and next thing you know its a complete different story when talking to the other it has happend 3 times already. I kinda get the feel of some racism going on here as well sadly, as most the employees are Mexican here and cant help but feel I was treated differently when in a group setting in the community room events. Overall yes the set up and the apperance is good but the management seriously needs to be replaced with someone else who doesnt have a additude problem all the time and thinks they are better than mostly everyone who lives at Alto. I am so glad I moved out after a year of dealing with dumb neighbors taking my laundry out of dryers, washers ripping me off of money any time I need to wash. Having nosey instigating people surrounding me. save your time and money and look else were because the management here will most likely screw you over!

My moms safety has been compromised and when I went to try and communicate with the office submit requests, Brenda, the office manager made me talk about sensitive information in front of other people, refused to help and laughed about the threat against my mom.

Truck was broken into and the staff did nothing to help me even though I was parked under the cameras and only one way in or out. My friends car was just stolen by 4 asshats parked in the same spot. No one in the building works and are shady as hell. Also racist as hell.
