I enjoyed our stay here, no one really bothers you, maintenance comes whenever they schedule it for the community (i.e. the screens on the windows, gutter clean out, chimney cleanings). We personally never submitted a request for any maintenance, it’s an apartment building type living, you get what you get, but overall, we loved our townhouse and it was in great condition when we moved in. Having the garage was an added bonus! I enjoyed the pool in the summer, it was never too busy and generally always clean, as well as the little playground they have. I think the most important thing is whenever I had to call the office, the ladies in there were always helpful and answered any questions I had. We were there 8 months approximately! It was our first apartment/community type living, we really expected the worst and were quite surprised! I also need to add two of the ladies I remember working with was Lillian and Kendra, they were both amazing!
The Westminster property location was exceptional! Excellent customer service and all around beautiful place to live. They exceeded my expectations in every aspect!

My husband and I lived at Environs for a little over a year, until we bought a house. We enjoyed having a townhome so we could store all of our outdoor gear w/o needing a separate storage unit. Our unit also had awesome decks and vaulted ceilings. The only downside was there was no extra parking right in front of our unit. There was a low deposit to start the lease. When Covid hit, we appreciated all the nearby parks and walking trails. They offered our lease renewal at the same rate and allowed us to go month to month at that rate while we closed on our house. The manager Jennifer was very responsive when we were working out our lease ending. The assistant manager Lillian helped us with the close out process in a quick and timely manner.
I have lived at Environs for two and half years. Lillian has been the most helpful and kindest associate. Ive had to contact the office multiple times for various reasons the last few months and she has gone above and beyond to help me. I no longer dread calling or emailing the office. Lillian makes all the difference in world and I greatly appreciate her positive attitude and willingness to help.

Actually this current management team has been really nice and efficient. I hope they stick around.Things are better and i can actually get a hold of a real person with any help we need. And things get done super quickly.Old post ----Management is incredibly useless and barely available. They tend to leave various people in charge that cant actually help anyone. Even if you ever manage to get someone in the office your problem will rarely be taken care of.They have changed management several times so that should tell you something.Also, when they offer to talk to you about your reviews, they never reply back.
STAY AWAY.....FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO LIVE!This has to be the worst place I’ve ever lived and that’s saying a lot because I’ve lived in three different states and about 20 different complexes. The people that are currently managing the complex are the 3rd company to take over in 2 years and it is a nightmare dealing with them.No one answers the phone, they don’t return voicemails, they don’t follow their own office hours, they don’t return emails, their maintenance people are horrible and the maintenance that they provide is a joke! Example: they replace the lock on our door and it was a different size so they had to paint the door where the space was but they painted it a different color. So now we have a burgundy color door with a bright red patch right by the door handle. SMH! We submitted at least a half dozen other maintenance requests and it’s been at least 9 months and nothing has been repaired. They keep saying they’re very busy and they will get to it as soon as they can.They also use the community dumpster to get rid of stuff that people have left behind when they move out, so good luck trying to throw your garbage or recycling away when you’ve got a couch, stove, dishwasher and mattress blocking the dumpsters (I know this because one of the office employees told me when I made a complaint about the stuff in front of the dumpsters). *The attached photos are from three different months, so it’s not a one off situation*The fences were replaced a year ago and they’re already falling over, the pool is never cleaned out, they give you no notice when they need to enter your home and any other communications regarding the complex is nonexistent. You find things out when they’re already happening.We just moved out because we can’t deal with this place or these people anymore. I feel bad for anyone who decides to live here, I hope if you’re considering it, you’re reading this and you move on. Also, just FYI for any potential residents, the photos they have on their website are altered and do not look anything like the inside or outside of these homes, same goes with the pool and other amenities. If these reviews aren’t enough, go to their main companies reviews, Mission Rock Residential and you will see they are just as bad. This whole company is a joke!
I recently applied for a rental home and the management team here has been so kind and helpful with the process of applying and getting everything set up electronically due to COVID-19. Lovely ladies!I’m very much looking forward to finishing up this process and becoming a part of this wonderful community.

Management couldnt care less about the residents and maintenance is a complete joke! Good luck getting ANYTHING repaired in a timely manner (or at all!) I encourage anyone inquiring about this property to find another place to live for your own sanity!
I have lived here for a year and I am excited to be transferring and living here another year. Lisa was very helpful back then and she is still very helpful in finding my future home. She is very friendly and welcoming, I love her. All the staff here is amazing and they go above and beyond to make their residents happy.
I have lived at the Environs for several years and they have gone through some management changes over the years. For the past year, the new office management team has been AMAZING and the property has undergone some fantastic upgrades and changes! Maintenance requests get taken care of very quickly but some times you may have to submit your request more than once if you dont do it the right way or if there a lot of requests. I have not had any issues with crime and I am resigning my lease for another year.

This community has blessed me in so many ways. Baeron and Elisabeth both worked with me day and night all the way from Florida to make sure everything was perfect after my long drive. I would recommend coming in as this community has it all, great location, outstanding amenities, and amazing people.

My family and I have recently transferred from one Environs apartment to another, and the property manager, Lillian Chavez, has gone to a lot of effort to make the process easier. Moving is never fun, but it has been far less painful thanks to her.
Our water heater was leaking, and we had to have the after hours emergency maintenance tech come over. He was very professional, friendly and efficient. Michael was great! Thank you!
The team at Environs is great. Shutout to Elizabeth for all of her help! We came in on a Saturday and before we knew it, we were choosing our next home.Since moving in, they do a great job of communicating any types of updates to their residents, as well as responding to maintenance requests.Very pleased with my experience here.
Lillian helped me with a package that was delivered to my old apartment at Environs. With Covid delaying mail I had already moved after 2 years at my apartment and didnt want to loose it. She was kind enough to get a hold of the new tenant and get my package.
Lisa was very helpful towards me and my roommates move in. She made the whole process go very fast and made sure we got the price we were offered. She is great at her job and it goes the extra mile for you. I recommend seeing her if you go she is awesome
Im a resident here and I just wanted to say that, Lilian in the office here, always goes above and beyond in customer service when it comes to any issues or questions I may have, shes always there with a smile and a solution. This community is lucky to have her here.
Things have gone downhill FAST.Paid year round for a year round pool and hot tub when it was not open all winter. When it finally did open, it has not been maintained, it’s filthy and the hot tub is closed more than it is open.Sprinklers do not work and they will not fix them. Then they fertilized without watering so it killed our grass even faster.Multiple times they have come into our house without 24 hours notice even when we specifically asked them not to because we have dogs that will bolt out the door unless they are kenneled. I don’t mind kenneling them when I am given the notice but if you call while I’m at work, I can’t come home to lock them up. They still come in anyways.They installed new garage doors that don’t match the colors of the houses. They look tacky and cheap. They put a new pin pad on and won’t give us any information of what the new pin is so we can’t change it.I went to the leasing office 5 separate times to get a renewal letter. I kept saying I never got one and no one could tell me if there would be changes to my rent. I finally received it 2 days before I would’ve had to give my notice to move out.I could go on...management does not care about residents or the property and it shows.The only thing worth staying for is the price.

Stay AWAY from this place!!! Everything you’re reading about this place is ALL true! They approve you and than turn around and say you’re not! We are more than over qualified! They take your deposit, say you’re qualified and than has the audacity say your income is not enough. Don’t waste your time, money, energy and effort with this place!
I’ve lived at the environs for 4 years now going on 5 and I absolutely love it here! The new management staff and maintenance staff are truly incredible! The property manager Bearron (Sorry if I spelt that wrong) is the reason I am staying at the environs he helped us move into a new upgraded unit and took the stress of moving away! I highly recommend this rental community to anyone looking for a nice safe community to live in.Thanks again, Environs staff for all you do here!
Cons:The most horrible customer service I have experienced as a renter.House was much older and less updated than images and descriptions used on their website.Very low upkeep and maintenance done on property.Very short notice (sometimes same day) when access was needed into your rental or backyard.You pay for the backyard maintenance through your rent but the maintenance is not done weekly like its supposed to be.The community billing for utilities and gas/electric is very unorganized and confusing.Followup on issues from management is non existent.If you choose to rent from them, make sure you keep detailed and accurate records for everything. There were instances where we made payments and were billed for the same thing twice. Had we not been organized we would have been paying extra money. We have been out of the rental for 60 days and we have yet to receive our deposit . They mailed the check to the rental property and not the new address we provided to them on our move out day.Pros: short lease.

I was in the process of trying to lease. Elizabeth was helping me with the whole process. There were a couple if times that the process was getting confusing, but overall Elizabeth was very nice, and pleasant to work with. I ended up needing to cancel the application, because I found out one of the dogs are a restricted breed. Check into all details. I fell in love with the one bedroom floor plan with the upstairs loft, and was bummed out when I found out about the breed restrictions.

I’m rating it a 2 star management sucks if Lisa isn’t in the office nothing gets done or no one gets attended. The roof of the houses have tree branches and the gutters seem to be growing trees them selves. They are good to complain about something you have wrong. For the price I would have expected I CLEAN, good Costumer service complex. I will be contacting Corporate

This place is terrible. The “remodels” are a joke. I literally had to rewire outlets and appliances. My drier was not even hooked up, I fixed it myself. There were exposed electrical wires from the microwave. They clearly did not have a licensed electrician do the work. The noise from neighbors has made living here MISERABLE. I live upstairs and the noise from my downstairs neighbor is so loud that it sounds like a construction project all day everyday. The management company is in my unit entirely way too much. Like every month at least once. My work van was broken into and thousands of dollars of tools stolen. Management really didn’t seem to care. So yeah, don’t move here!!!
I moved into this place because of the spacious floor plan. I got my move in dates mixed up but through the confusion Lisa did everything she could to make sure I got the place I had my heart set on. The unit is super cozy and I can’t wait to use my first fireplace this winter!
She was professional always had a smile. She always answered my questions returned my phone calls. I am pleased with her service and very good customer service.

BIG disappointment!! One star is WAY too much. I have seen complaints on many review sites including this one about office staff being rude and not helpful but nothing changes. Im not even sure messages get passed on when you call. Maintenance hours are only 10-4 and no Saturdays so if you have a pet, if they cannot be locked up or out of the unit, no maintenance. If you dont no problem. Who can take time off work to be there? We have to pay for this overpriced place to live somehow. I am not sure about other units but the kitchens certainly are NOT modern and that should not be on their website. There is nothing MODERN about much. Nothing is new that I have seen (except the model). No ceiling fan here either. The windows and doors are probably as old as the unit is. There must be no insulation because the house is ALWAYS cold no matter what. Parking is horrendous. People who live in the town homes and even the homes park in the apartment parking lot because there is no where for them to park since the garage is used for storage (hardly any storage if you dont have a basement plus the garages are not very big), or they have 5 cars and a 1 car garage. Tenants care less about noise levels or where they park on the street. I have been out and seen driveways blocked, cars that never move, garbage on the streets and broken down cars. One night there was even someone breeding their dogs and I thought that a dog was actually dying with the screams coming from it. Its very sad because it looks like a nice place to live but in this case, looks were very deceiving. As for asking to call the office to talk about my concerns, forget about it. The brush off is not what I need. These are some of my concerns so no need to call and talk to you.
5 stars for LISA in the office who does all she can within the parameters of her job description. She is the only one in the office that consistently brings the community rapport to Environs Residential Rental Community. She is friendly and outgoing and engages with me in the form that I prefer: actual person- in person face time; I know what a novel concept!Unfortunately Mission Rock Residential and current Property Management Personnel seem to be forgetting their own CORE VALUES, Equal Focus on our Residents, Team Members, and Client Satisfaction.Lisa was one of the major reasons we renewed our lease, but with MANAGEMENT issues and LACK of SATISFACTORY SERVICE(Responsibility ultimately on Managements shoulders)...Relocating to a different rental community or Home-ownership is looking way more appealing. We picked this community prior to it being bought and property management being changed largely because of the community vibe that it had; if we choose to leave it will be largely in part because Property Management has chosen to neglect or adamantly refuse to nurture the rapport with residents.IF youre looking to rent...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE UNTIL MANAGEMENT IMPROVES. Try back in a year or so, turn over seems to be high.If youre Management reading this; take it as constructive criticism and a chance to work on your interpersonal communication skills or better yet; STEP UP YOUR GAME AND PROVE ME WRONG!

After being a very happy community member for 2 years I am a little disappointed in the change in management. The office is often closed for portions of the day without notice which closes access to amenities (business center, coffee). Coffee machine has been unusable waiting for a new filter with no urgency to fix it. Hopefully things will smooth out soon and I can change my review back to 5 stars!
Lisa has always been the person I come to see at Environs. Shes always extremely professional, courteous, and just a great employee. If you ever need anything, she is the one to speak with.
My sister lives here and i really like her house so i went in a few days ago to check out what they have. Marcus showed me around and the ladies offered me cold water. It just felt welcoming. Plus my sister gets a bonus when i move in. I wish they had the exact floor plan i was hoping for in my price range but itll be nice to be there in general.
I have a really hard time trusting a company that hires a professional reviewer to boost their stats.I have no strong feelings on their management style thus far. I implore anyone who uses google reviews to compare rental companies to actually look into the people who are leaving the 5 star reviews. Take for example Spencer Wade (pictured below) Spencer left a glowing 5 star review for the apartment complex shortly after new management took over. After a bit of digging I find out that Spencer runs a google partner agency in Chicago(Also picture below).I award them one star for dishonesty.

This apartment complex is the worst! Apparently, they are renovating / have been renovating for MONTHS --- which is outrageous because everything looks the same, no internal apartment upgrades, just extensive construction on the exterior of the buildings. Construction literally right outside my front door. Men on my porch, knocking on my windows instead of the front door, notes on my front door saying dont open my windows for 10 days, notes saying they are not liable to any damage to cars, people, property, etc. yet I see the construction workers drinking beer while they work, leaving empty cans in the yard areas, piles of ladders all over, piles of wood taking up parking spots.. No discounted rent, no condolences, cant break the lease, no one told us this would happen when we signed it in March. It is outrageous.Not to mention the people who live here.. are ratchet. So many kids, so much smoking. I hear some baby (thats not even in my building) screaming every single night. I hear sirens all the time. My bathroom smells like weed at 5AM every morning from the guy downstairs, everyone here is coughing up their lungs, low income, you get what you pay for. Dont waste your money here, pay a little more for something nicer, quieter.. We have already signed a new lease, paying $200 more per month for a smaller apartment, and I cannot wait. Thats how bad this place is.
I was referred to the Environs by my sister and brother-in-law who have lived here for years and always had nothing but good things to say about it. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to become a resident and plan on being a long time resident of the Environs. The office staff have always been so friendly and helpful. The maintenance has always responded to my concerns in a timely manner. It’s a quiet and affordable community that I’m glad to be a part of. The parking in the apartments can be a headache at times but I have paid more at other complexes and had the same parking issues so it’s not just here. Other than the parking, I have zero complaints. Don’t let the negative reviews fool you as I’ve noticed a lot of them are issues that the Environs has no control over and they are issues you would find at any community. I would recommend the Environs to anyone!
The leasing office is quick to respond to complaints, repairs, and questions. The staff is very friendly also. My one complaint is that the sprinkler system has not worked since we moved in thus we had no grass in the backyard before putting a sprinkler in ourselves. Our house layout is very spacious with open common areas which have been great for entertaining purposes. The pool is beyond great, especially for a rental community, and the gym is brand new.
Elisabeth is new to our community but very professional. She is kind and very patient. She is very personable and likes to shard.She is very welcoming.

You get what you pay for here. Noise from other apartments due to super thin walls are our biggest complaint. A tub that wont drain even after they fixed is the second. Outside of that the rooms are nicely with plenty of space. Wouldnt live here again mainly because Westminster isnt central to much.
Nothing but problems since the new management has taken over. We have an AC, but even after multiple visits from maintenance, we still have to leave windows open because we get not cool air. When we complained yet again, they said there was nothing they could do and blamed it on the high ceilings. Our dryer wasn’t hooked up properly, causing fuzz to coat our apartment. Our tiny fridge died and it took 3 days to get someone out. I ended up fixing it on day two and tried to cancel the request. They still entered our home and did absolutely nothing. Trash is a huge problem. People have left thousands of dollars worth of furniture in the dumpsters in the year we’ve lived here, let alone the amount of trash left out by careless residents. They repaved the parking lot and gave us a schedule of which sections they were doing when, only to not stick to the schedule and tow multiple cars because people had no idea they were paving that day. Packages get stolen often, our mailbox lock broke and it took nearly 2 weeks to get back into it. The windows and doors aren’t properly sealed, leading to crazy drafts in the winter. It was so cold we had ice form so thick along the doorframe we couldn’t open the door. There are weeds growing out of the gutters, cracks in the sidewalk, and there was a literal shooting right outside our front door. There is never enough parking, and in response to that the management sent out a memo saying cars unregistered to the complex would be towed. My car was registered to the complex but not the state. I got a giant sticker slapped on my window, causing a residue left behind when I removed it, threatening me that if I didn’t register my car it would be towed in 72 hours. After going to the dmv, I learned I needed an out of state title transfer, which takes longer than 48 hours. I called the complex and asked for an extension, which they granted, only to find my car was towed before the extension ran out. It’s in such a beautiful area of town and such a great location, but the place has to be the worst place I’ve lived. The price was great when we moved in, but with how the management has been treating the residents, it wouldn’t surprise me if it skyrocketed. Find a different place to live.

All I wanted to do was look at an apartment and they scheduled me at 5 then told me they were closed for tours and sent me a map and gave me the wrong apartment numbers to look at saying that the apartments were unlocked.. I tried opening an apartment for someone that already lived there. This place sucks.

Ive lived at the Environs twice and enjoyed both stays. The office and maintenance were easy to work with, the amenities were nice and the living spaces were great, nice floor plan, lots of space and pet friendly.
DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! Worst place Ive ever lived!!! These people just care about taking your money!!! Say goodbye to your deposit because you will not see that money again!!! Even if your house is spotless and nothing wrong with it after you move out and still had to owe them money lol some nerve!!! And I had to live with bed bugs most of the time I was there. Marcus is not pleasant to work with, he obviously hates his job and acts like everyone who comes in should know the procedure without him going into any detail, nor does he offer up any written guidance, just speaks to you in a patronizing way. The units themselves are outdated trash bags for the rental costs. Theyll bill you for new carpet yet you can see none of these units have had it replaced. It was old and stale, with all the thresholds poking you, yet we get billed $900.00 LOL~! Also did a deep clean prior to moving out, and was stilled billed for it. I recommend avoiding this place at all costs, there are far better options available.AVOID.
My wife, brother in law, and I have been trying to get everything setup for our move in on the 24th. We did a roommate transfer lease. Which means we have put a lot of our own time and money into fixing the unit up and making it less trashy.The problem is the office staff. I cant get any information, it took two weeks of going into the office daily after work just to get the locks changed and get our keys. The office guy we work with is completely unprofessional and jokes about kicking us in the face. Talks to the other office staff the same way. Very unprofessional and very rude.All of us were added to the lease; however, even though he said he would have the leases ready for us to sign, and we showed up after taking time off of work to do this, he still didnt have the lease contracts ready and for some reason thought that was funny. If anyone has any kind of direct contact link to the management company in charge of this place I would greatly appreciate it. The office at the property never answers the phone, they never return voicemails or emails, and are frequently absent in the office as a whole. Ive NEVER experienced an office staff so unprofessional or incompetent.

Maintenance takes days to stop in and check your issue then tell you they cant fix it and to wait a month until they send a tech out. The apartments are way over priced for how old they are. I cant wait until our lease is up so we can go live somewhere better.
Our year around pool just opened up this weekend just like almost every pool in the state. It has been down for months. Year around pools closed all winter
The Environs community looks nice and the staff is great... UNTIL you have signed a lease. Lets just say that I have been waiting for 3 months to have a back glass door fixed that does not lock (seems like a big safety issue). I guess if our place gets robbed or my roommate gets raped or hurt, the Environs does not care because it wasnt their friends or loved ones. We also have a screen door that fell off the tracks and our garage has a hole in it. I have now taken it upon myself to fix issues. I have fixed a light switch that stopped working, the garbage disposal and a few other minor things. One advantage of renting is that the renter doesnt have to fix things that break. That is not the case here.Their website is garbage. I have signed up for automatic payment 3 times and so far it has not worked a single time. Because it is not being taken out of my acct I have been hit with 3 $100 late payments.Upon moving into our house we noticed that there was dog waste all over the back yard. Our fire place was missing the pieces and after only a month noticed that the carpet is splitting at the seems. This means the Environs are just stretching the carpet instead of replacing pieces. Im sure Ill be getting charged for their short cuts. On two separate occasions the staff has come into my home to do regular maintenance, which is fine and I completely understand the need for it. But they left muddy footprints on my carpet.For the money you pay and the little respect you are given, Id say rent from a private party, as I will be doing when my lease is up.
Because of the current economy Im forced to continue to rent. Its sad, but I love Colorado. Its also sad that Ive been at Environs for 5 years. There is never any geeatfulness for loyalty. Just raise the rent and take take take.The ground maintenance keeps getting worse. The are at my building is dirt or mud, walkway is chipped and cracking. We are embarrassed to have ppl over and just tell them we live in the ghetto. I pray we can move soon.Refrigerator is so small, we can no longer buy ice. I was told thats what the condos get and I cant have larger. Guess I have to buy my own.Would not provide a programmable thermostat. Bought my own. If they think they are keeping it when I leave, they truly are crazy.Not enough parking. Better be home by 530 or you are walking.True what others say about the dumpsters. Always trashed and often blocked.Its a nice location. Too bad the property and its ppl dont fit in.

This is among the worst complexes Ive lived at. The staff is incredibly unprofessional and unpleasant to work with. The apartments seem nice, but theyre not taken care of. The paint is patchy and cracking, the doors dont actually close. Closet door never closed. First week living there my car was rummaged through, our neighbors car was broken into and damaged. 6 months later they arrested a car theft gang. Washer and dryer broke down about 5 times, they only replaced it a week before we moved out. Horrible wasp problem - the vaulted ceilings were pretty until you couldnt reach the 3 wasps living up there. When we would finally manage to grab them and kill them there would be more tomorrrow. When we put in a request the next day they claimed to have come by and sprayed. We had been home all day and night, and they had never actually come. Took the complex over 2 and half months to get my deposit back to me after moving out. There are so many other things I could mention.
Our biggest complaint is the office staff--they do not seem to have their stuff straight, nor do they bother to double check their files/computer system before calling the residents with issues.First problem was when I had a package delivered there, I was never notified it was there and when I called to double check on it, I was told it had been sitting there a month. Never did they try to call me and notify me that it was there.Second issue was when they called and tried telling us that our renters insurance was expired and that they needed a new copy of our renewed policy before or else we would have been fined...except, we, along with many other people, set up our renters insurance policy to run the length of our lease. This was 4 months before our lease was supposed to end. After correcting them--they realized that they didnt bother to double check anything, they just made the phone call.And lastly, after we moved out, we got a bill with the damage charges and we sent a check like we were asked to; I even called to double check on the total amount due. Two months after we had moved and after the phone conversation, the office called and stated that they were sending us to collections because our bill wasnt paid. Only to find out--after losing our cool with the office staff--that they had our bill as paid in their system, but nobody bothered to double check that before making a phone call!Ive spent some time working in property management AND Ive had to deal with different property managers having lived at different complexes--NEVER have I had so many issues with incompetency in the front office!
STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!! Linda in the office in confrontational and the management does nothing to correct the situation. My boyfriend and I went and looked at an apartment here and not only did she never get back to us until we finally changed our minds, but when we asked for the deposit back that we were told we would have to put down immediately or we would lose this apartment she said no. We had to fight and go around her to get our money back. Then they lost our check in the mail. That is crap. The manager probabaly never mailed it back to begin with. There is no accountability at all.SO, if the customer service wasnt enough to keep you away, let me tell you about the apartment. Horrible. The spacious downstairs smelled like dog/pee and had a narrow spiral staircase that would have been more than difficult to set up furniture down there. Also, the new clean carpets were crunchy. Everything was old, and there were major dents in the refrigerator and the front door... who knows what happened there. When we did the tour she showed us the back and the screen door fell off. The stackable laundry units were tiny and she bragged she could fit 3 towels in there. WOW, 3 towels?? Tell me more!Trust me, this is not a place you want to live. You can find nicer places for less. Keep looking elsewhere!
I have experienced such rude treatment from one of your leasing agent. Each time I try to make a request about anything, she acts as though I were an annoyance.I had a very bad experience this Saturday 02/02/19 in the morning the leasing agent was very rude.
The staff is very unprofessional. Most times they are unwilling to help, sarcastic and overall rude. Ive lived here for 6 months and have had nothing but issues with the staff on hand at environs. The ONLY thing that is relatively good is the maintenance crew and their fast service.
Staff is very unprofessional. Maintaince comes in with out knocking and does not leave notice when they have entered your home. Had no lights due to electric issue, mold due to leak in the upstairs bathroom over my food pantry. Served me a notice about my service dog when they had proper documentation already on file. Must I go on..... Yes! Management as made comments about the number of vehicles out side my home. The list can go on and on...... Do not rent here.By the way i wonder if I will have lights for Christmas...
Go anywhere else! Outdated everything for crazy prices. Rude/unpleasant/ incompetent staff and maintenance. Renovated the pool last summer and its already trashed. How they get anyone to renew is a mystery to me. I wish i could rate lower than 1 star.

Moved out in time and correctly and they tried to collect money for late fees. Also there incompetent landscapers broke my Window with a rock with a weed wacker and they say it was not them. I have the statement that they owe me money and they have not paid me. I challenge their staff to look me up and call me and end this. They also reported me to collections for no reason. A one star rating is too much to give to these incompetent people.
I just moved out of these Apartments in the beginning of August. These have been the worst Apts I stayed in. The office Staff (Besides one) were rude and made me feel like anything I asked for was inconvenient to them. The Apts are run down and the day I was scheduled to move in they were not done fixing the apt. The walls are thin and I can hear my neighbors every move. My car was broken into and the office staff didnt seem to care at all. The ONLY good thing I would say are 90% of the neighbors are AWESOME but I would never recommend these apts to anybody.
REVIEW EDITED:I sign my least in August, but Im giving them a negative review now. I think its a huge inconvenience to have somebody come in a month and a half away from signing a lease have them pay a deposit, and have them sign an agreement stating that their place will be ready by August 10th, and then calling them on July 28th to tell them that sorry you failed at getting their apartment ready in time and it wont be available until the 15th. This has become a huge inconvenience for me because I have a dog that I now have to find lodging for, and since we gave notice at our old apartment that we would be out by a specific date we cant change that move out date and it is now put me an inconvenience to find another place to live for those additional days that Im out of an apartment. Not to mention my storage unit which Ive already put notice in at and Ill now have to extend my stay there, oh and lets not forget about my mail thats going to be delivered to an apartment that I am NOT living at because this company failed at getting my apartment ready. And then they dont even give you a deal for them not meeting their end of the agreement but I bet you theyre going to expect that rent check every month on the first. They can give us sorry all they want, but that doesnt make up for unprofessional workers. I work for a property management company, and the person that is responsible for this mistake would be fired.Edited on 2-20-17: The rental team did what they could to assist us, and had us moved in by the original move in date. After living in the community I realized it was a quiet neighborhood, and the staff does work very hard to maintain the common areas. The rental office tries to make it an inclusive community by having events for all ages, and they even allow a resident to put on a community breakfast buffet.I resigned my lease for ten months, and so far things have been going well. My lease ends this summer, and I am unsure on if I will renew or not.If it was not for the rocky start I would be tempted to give them a 5 star review, but I can not forget about how things started

Staff is very unprofessional and rude. I haven’t even moved in yet and the friendly and courteous attitude is gone. I’m going to cancel my my lease before I move in. Unfortunate, I was looking forward to moving in with my son but don’t want to live in an environment where you are treated poorly and disrespected. Glad I found out now.Luis

Everything these people do is completely half ass ...they only care taking your money...my furnace broke 8 times the window seals are garbage and leak cold air ...my sink and drain leak ive asked 3 months in a row to have someone fix it ...the tile in my bathroom are falling off of the wall ...the microwave has been broken since day one ...and this is only a few of the problems they havent cate to fix...I wish i could give this place less tgan 1 star.....blaaaah
Loud neighbors, people enter your apartment when no one is home and without warning. Dog feces everywhere outside and good luck getting anything fixed.

Seriously this place is the worst I have been out with out a light for a few days and now my kitchen light is out and they are in no rush to fix it DONT EVEN BOTHER LOOKING AT THESE APARTMENT LOOK SOME WHERE ELSE..
Driving by I saw a family being evicted. This property must be a society transformation spot.
The management is terrible at returning calls and its been over a week and they still havent sent maintenance to my apartment to get repairs done.
