The maintenance for our building is great! He is such a professional as well as so kind hearted and willing to help! We cannot say enough good things about him! We appreciate so much!

I have been living here for 15 years, and I love it! Peaceful community, friendly neighbors, clean, feels like home. Would definitely refer friends and family. Grounds well maintained, maintenance quick to complete work requests. Office and maintenance staff are very friendly and easy to talk to.

I really enjoy living at this apartment complex. Everyone is nice and courteous. I have great neighbors who are considerate of each other. The community is immaculate - kept very clean. The small issues I had were resolved immediately. Mike is a very personable and professional maintenance person and went beyond the call of duty to help us when we first moved in. Heather, the office manager, also addressed any issues I had immediately and professionally. I highly recommend anyone to move here.

Worst place I ever lived. People harass others and the higher ups do bare bones about the situation. Noise is a serious issue and forget about having any sort of privacy with you and your neighbors. One star all around. The only thing good that I can say is that the maintenance worker is kind.

I lived here for a whole year and today is actually my last day here. I just turned my keys in with Heather, who is an amazing manager for the whole complex. Their whole staff is super courteous, accommodating and kind! Their on staff resident handyman Mike is also an amazing human being. Always there to help with a smile on his face! Loved living here and would highly recommend this beautiful community to anyone!

Love it here!! My commute to work is not bad. The apartment is big and the rent is fair. The office staff is nice. All in all 5 stars!!

The price is absurd for 725 sq ft, $1250.00 and it keeps going up each year. The noise in the building from people slamming doors was so annoying. It took maintenance three time to get the front apartment door from slamming shut. I could hear the movement of every step of the person above me. Tenants have no respect for each other. Floor boards squeak like no tomorrow. Carpet was not new in any shape or form and I even mentioned this in my move in report. But when I moved out after only two years living by myself, I was charged to for complete carpet removal. So if you own a pet, the $300 non refundible pet fee an $25 month extra doesnt buy you much protection. And the pictures they took were not pet damage but normal wear and tear. There was mold and mildew under carpet that contributed to my intense allergy suffering. I only found this out by the pictures they took of underneath the carpert when they tried to charge me $788 for a one bedroom carpet. No pictures of the top of the carpet, just underneath. A little suspicious to me they knew to check for this. Doesnt make a difference if you are a great tenant, pay you rent early, never complain about anything, try and beautify such a dull landscape which is also poorly mismanaged, Morgan Properties will keep your security deposit. So be forewarned. They also cut down perfectly healthy trees on the property. They put a play ground an picnic area out in the full sun so who can enjoy it in the middle of the summer? Trash areas are horrible, constantly full because of tenants who cant push or throw their trash towards the back. Tenants move out and throw all their unwanted furniture into the bins or outside bins. I could go on but I think you get the point. Consider carefully renting at Willowood apartments in Westminster or anywhere.

I recently had to have some work done in my apartment, and they took care of the issue so quickly, which eliminated most of the stress for me. They make living here so comfortable, and worry free. Thank you all for everything.

The location is great and the apartment is nice. The maintenance staff is great and does a great job with what his has to deal with. The price is okay. However, the leasing manager will say and do whatever she needs to in order to keep the apartments rented and has no clue what is happening outside the model apartment.Our hot water heater broke and flooded the whole apartment!!! We could not get to the water shut off because it is behind a locked door that I could not get open, so we had to wait for someone to come unlock it. The maintenance staff member worked quickly to replace the hot water heater. The service company they use, did not!!! It took HOURS for them to arrive. Its been 3 days and our apartment smells worse than an outhouse! The machine they have in the apartment is full and has started to leak all over the floor, just want we needed, a flood caused by the company that is suppose to be repairing our place due to a flood.When I called he office to speak with the manager, she had NO CLUE that we had 3 large machines in our apartment, she thought we only had a few fans, its actually 3 large machines, and 7 fans! She had NO CLUE when the company is coming back to finish the work.She does NOT want to accept any blame for this mess!!!! She only wants to hear that we are letting our rental insurance handle everything.She needs to understand a few facts...1. The apartments needsto pay my deductible. 2. They need to pay the difference in our water bill and BG&E bill. 3. They need to have the carpets cleaned and the walls repaired and painted.I should not have to pay for HER neglect!!!!SHE NEEDS TO REALIZE THIS IS HER RESPONSIBILITY. We did not cause this damage!!!The multiple sclerosis advocates and disability groups are going to enjoy hearing how she treats someone is is disabled and to make matters worse, my husband is currently in major surgery at Johns Hopkins

They didnt return my security deposit. Charged for 3 days when I moved out days before. Took money out of my desposit to clean carpet, when you normally would. They didnt call to say they wouldnt return deposit. I didnt enjoy it here Some neighbors are loud and disrespectful.. I dont recommend moving here. They mislead you

I have lived in this apartment for over a year now, and so far its the best one ive lived in.The 5 stars is for the A+ managment she know my wife and kids by name, and every time my kids come over they always want to Se her. Shes understandable and works well with any issues. The maintance is great for a one man to do what he does here is top notch. About 6 months after I moved in my bathroom flooded and he was here within mins of my call and did everything to fix it.The only thing i can say I wish they did here is offer stuff for military, police, and other emergancy services, but still is a great place

Heather the owner was very sweet our neibors however kept harrising us and left a dent in my car couldnt stand it anymore and hated using complex washing machines that everyone uses thats why we left good luck if your next to apartment L that lady is a physco

This place is extremely overpriced for what it is, too many hostile people and someone pored bleach all over my daughters clothes and also open the dryers to make me lose money on purpose. The head of staff doesnt do anything about my neighbors dog who barks for 4 hours on end every morning to the point where my babies monitor is completely useless and my baby has to suffer. Also Comcast has a monopoly on the tv and internet services and make it impossible to get any other internet service provider and they make you pay an insane amount for basic cable and internet and they add on so many hidden fees after the fact..I PAY 87 DOLLARS for the lowest plan Comcast had. These apartments are extremely overpriced in general. The quality is really really really REALLY not even close to being worth being here. The apartments are remodeled so cheaply and poorly that they are pretty much already falling apart. I really cant wait untill my contract ends so I can get as far away as possible.

My family and I have lived here for a few years. In the last year, my wife and both our children have noticed a drastic change for the worse. New management (the girl in the office) only views us as a number and sees us as dollar signs. The new tenants moving in are constantly smoking in the hallways and so much that our bedrooms are invaded by 2nd hand smoke. Its time to move on from a place that thinks dog parks are better to install and up the rent then to care about tenants that pay on time for years. Its really sad and seems that the screening process went out the window. I think they must be desperate to fill apartments in light of the recent exodus of great tenants. We have complained about the smoke and nothing has been done but a little febreeze sprayed... Time for us to move on to a better place. Steer clear of this trainwreck of a community.
