The Maintenance guy Terry is an absolute great guy. Always there in a flash and very trustworthy. He reminds me of one of myUncles and he deserves a raise and a street named after him . The facility is always in good order and the office staff answer the phone right away and are friendly and professional.
Great service! Great conversation! Came through quickly and made sure we were taken care of, on the weekend! Ricky was professional and we really appreciate the work he did!
We have lived at Ironeood for a few years now and it has been great! The staff are very friendly, professional and helpful! The maintenance staff is exceptional! They always do great work and are very timely in responding to maintenance requests! Highly recommend!
Had to leave a review because I put in a service request, and 5 minutes later Ricky and Larry were here fixing the issue! They were very professional and just overall good people. Moved in last week and its been a great experience for us so far.
I want to send a shout out to the best maintenance crew in any Apt. that Ive lived in. These guys are always very timely in handling any issues and have the maintenance acumen to handle whatever theyre faced with. Any interaction Ive had with them has always been handled with professionalism and courtesy.
I am a current resident here and have been living at Ironwood for about 7 months now. I have to say this has been my best experience when it comes to apartment living. Everything from the actual apartment itself to the staff has been a great experience. The leasing office staff has addressed every question/concern Ive had in a professional and timely manner. They do go above and beyond to make sure the residents are happy. The maintenance staff is also very friendly, and have done a great job. The community is also great and the location is even better. These apartments are truly a hidden gem. I am glad I found them. Keep up the good work!
We loved living at Ironwood. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, and have been taking extra precautions since COVID. The apartments are really nice, in a nice community, and we never had any maintenance issues. They respond quickly to emails too which is always nice. Would highly recommend!
We have lived here for 3 years now and have nothing but amazing things to say! Great place to live! The most Friendly and Helpful staff! Beautiful Community!
Great community...Giselle is a great leasing consultant..great maintenance staff..beautiful views...close to retail...the apartment manager was very sweet..would definitely recommend
Ive lived at the Ironwood Apts. for some time now and its been great. They have a friendly and professional staff. The maintenance crew always does excellent work, in a timely manner.
Something needs to be done about the increase in crime at this location. Multiple vehicles being broken into alongside our neighbors car being stolen last week means that I am extremely concerned now about my own safety and well being.
Highly, highly recommend Ironwood at the Ranch. We are only leaving here due to our need to have a yard for our pup, but we would stay with this community if we could! If you are looking for excellent staff with quick responses, as well as an amazing maintenance team, absolutely consider living here. Whenever we needed anything, from a plugged sink (our fault) to needing a replacement lightbulb or handle, the maintenance staff was on it immediately. They also have after hours support if there are ever any emergencies. The wood burning fireplaces are rare to come by, and make the apartments so cozy. Given the square footage (we had a 2 bedroom, 1 bath) the heater and AC worked fast and effectively. Cold? Pop on the heater and your apartment is warm within 10 minutes.Parking was always available right outside, and they also have covered spots available for low fees. When it snowed, the staff put out salt immediately and were diligent in keeping sidewalks and streets paved in the community, keeping you safe.Unfortunately, some folks dont like to pick up their dogs waste, and would leave them around - but the maintenance staff even helped with that (which they shouldnt have to), and kept the grounds pristine. All in all, the apartment was a great place for us to live, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves here. Thank you Ironwood staff for making our stay so warm and welcomed, and we highly recommend if you are looking for an apartment to check this place out!
I absolutely loved my time at Ironwood at the Ranch. The management team is phenomenal - great communication and caring people. So many walking paths and nearby open spaces made this a great place for me and my pups! Would highly recommend!
We really loved living at Ironwood at the Ranch and only moved because we bought a house. Our apartment was adorable with a brick fireplace, big windows, and a big tub, features that you dont usually find in the cookie-cutter apartments around Denver (unless youre paying an arm and a leg every month). The staff was always really helpful and respectful- everyone we encountered over the 2.5 years we lived there was great. Plus, they hosted regular, fun community events with food and drinks. The neighborhood was also amazing. It is a really cozy, safe area. There are great places to go on walks with a baby in a stroller and I always felt completely safe. It is very much a neighborhood feel. There are a ton of grocery stores, restaurants, etc. within a 5-10 minute drive and its easy and quick to hop over to I25 or to 36.Honestly, I was in tears when we locked the door for the last time and we absolutely would have continued to rent here if we hadnt bought our first home.Thank you to Shaya and her team for a great place to live!
Nice apartments, for a good price! Maintenance is always super quick to come and check out any complaints. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking.
Ironwood at the Ranch is an excellent place to live. The apartment is bright, spacious, unique and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. The amenities - gym/business center/grill area - are useful and easily accessible. The community itself feels safe, and is surrounded by bike trails and quiet subdivisions - excellent if you enjoy running. All in all, highly recommended.
I have been living in this apartment complex for two years and have absolutely loved it. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help with anything. I had trouble adjusting to a new payment schedule from a new job and the staff at Ironwood gladly worked with me. Anytime I have needed something fixed in my apartment, the maintenance men have been their the next day to fix the problem. This complex has truly felt like a home to me in the couple of years I have been here. There is a new running path across the street and close by to many businesses. I never seem to have to go far from my place to get to where I need to go. If you are worried about parking, there is no problem with that here. I have never, ever had to park away from my apartment. It is super quiet here and there is a nice golf course nearby. I have enjoyed going on many walks by the course. I would definitely recommend moving to Ironwood at the Ranch if you are looking for a place to live.
The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. The staff was great and responded quick to any situation, very professional. Maintenance was amazing and responds to any situation with urgency. Overall great experience
We moved in August of 2018 and so far it has been a great apartment complex. Quiet, maintenance has been easy to come by for any issues, no crime that I can speak of. The pool area, workout facility and hot tub are great amenities. They even have computers for you to use with printers for any needs.
I had a wonderful experience interacting with the staff. Marissa/Shaya went up and above to get me moved in as quickly as possible. I feel the rates are competitive, nice neighborhood, very dog friendly, lots of trees, and plenty of amenities. Picked this place for easy access to I25 and work is minutes away. Definitely recommend this place.
The Staff here is hands down the most accommodating, friendly and very understanding staff I have ever had the pleasure of working with.My Fiance and I are moving from out of state in a few months to the Ironwood and over the past few weeks, I have been working with Gissel (who is a SWEETHEART) on getting us set up for our new home.We visited the property a few weeks ago and it seemed very well kept and cleaned. The units she showed us were updated and very nice. Warm, natural lighting, very spacious. Gissel was also very honest and patient with all of the questions we had. Were very excited to become future residents of Ironwood at the Ranch!
I have lived here for roughly a yeag and the Office staff is super friendly! The apartments are nice but we had a good amount of issues with our appliances. Maintenance always responded in a timely manner. Finally got a new washer in the apartment. Overall has been a good place to live!
With out a doubt one of the best experiences I have encountered in renting. Not only is this place absolutely beautiful but the staff is impeccable in their duties and demeanor.Marissa Laicer was my leasing consultant and oozes with personality and professionalism.I highly recommend Ironwood at the ranch and Marissa to anyone looking for a new apartment.
Dont move there it sux
I came here for an apartment tour and found the two-bedroom model to be severely lacking. Cheap fold-out doors for everything (one of which was too stiff in the hinges), dead bugs all over the floors, spider webs in the door frame, cheap old paint jobs, and rotting wooden steps (all I could think about were all the splinters my dogs feet would get). The quality of everything else felt poor. Tiny bedrooms, tiny kitchens, no cabinet space at all (there literally was no cabinet space big enough to put kitchen cookware, and that was in a two-bedroom!). I was not at all impressed, and for $1400 a month for a one-bedroom? There are much better options! Our tour guide was very nice but explained that she was new, so she didnt know the answers to many of our questions. Definitely not worth the price here.
Ironwood at the Ranch does not live up to the definition of luxury. Luxury does not equal poor heating and cooling systems, constant pest problems (worms, spiders) which are a real major problem in the summer and poor management. We have a two bedroom apartment and the heat and cooling system would not work for the second bedroom. During the summer that bedroom was the same temperature outside as well in the winter. Pest control came out on various occasions but did not solve the pest problems. The pest were a problem throughout the apartment. Lastly, the management who are very unprofessional can barely read a lease agreement, keep paperwork organized or follow up on requests such as a getting a mail key made. Not worth $1500 a month.
I don’t live at these apartments but my friend does. They struggle to get maintenance to fix anything. Going days without any follow ups while being told “maintenance is coming out tomorrow” each time they inquire about the issue. This is unacceptable and I wouldn’t recommend the apartment complex.
I have lived at Ironwood at the Ranch for 3 years. Since Grandpeaks has taken over than have done tremendous work to make this apartment a pleasant place to live. From remodeling everything to the staff just being pleasant and professional to work with. I have gone from not liking these apartments to highly recommending them. I encourage anyone interested in the area to check them out!
We cant speak highly enough about the service weve received from Vickie and Shannon. When we were searching for apartments, we visited 5-6 different complexes, all of which felt rushed and uninspired. We decided to visit Ironwood and was extremely impressed with the attention and service provided by Vickie. After spending time with Vickie and visiting the open unit, we knew we found our next apartment. The complex isnt crowded like many other complexes, facilities and units are updated and great looking, and the location is accessible, yet also tucked away. Throughout the application process, everybody was super responsive and helpful. We have not officially moved in, but wanted to rate our positive front end experience. We cant wait to officially join the community.
I have enjoyed my stay at Ironwood. The staff is extremely friendly. Marissa & Shaya are always so professional and willing to help. By far some of the best customer service I have ever received while renting. The property is beautiful. So many trees and lots of green areas. We live on the top floor and have vaulted ceilings which make our small one bedroom feel so much bigger than it is. Majority of the bad reviews of this place seem to be coming from people who did not read their lease. Part of renting is agreeing to someone elses terms. Almost ALL apartment communities have issues with trash and parking. Thats what happens when you put a large group of people in a small area. I have never had an issue with maintenance or staff. I would definitely recommend this spot.
Lived here for one year from 2011 to 2012. It was a pretty decent and average place. I enjoyed the real wood fireplaces. The complex was relatively quite and neighbors were OK. Good access to nearby trails. The hot tub was broken often and the pool was always unbearably ice cold even in the summer. Management was overall friendly and helpful. I would recommend to anyone wanting to live in the area.
From the front desk to the maintenance team this place has by far the most top notch and professional employees of any apartment complex I have lived in. This place is definitely one you will want to call home! Love the location too!!
This place is trash. EVERYTHING BREAKS. Theyve obviously bought the ABSOLUTE CHEAPEST OF EVERYTHING. Drawer faces, closet doors. I had a water leak in the wall right next to a electrical outlet. Their solution, to sand the water damage down to look even worse and call it a day. Their hot tub is always broke or disgusting. This place is all cosmetic, instead of fixing the horrible windows doors, and water damage they painted their buildings, and they didnt even do a good job on that, the doors are thee most random shade of blue that doesnt match the rest. Move on to the next place
Good property and great staff. Accommodating and always of service when they can be. The property is older but has good upkeep and a sound maintenance team. Great location near I-25 and major Westminster/Broomfield thoroughfares.
Fantastic staff! Everyone with whom I have met and worked, sales, and maintenance have been absolutely fantastic.
I have lived here for 6 months .I have been treated great and I love my apartment .
Since writing this review I was then responded to on Google and was told to re read my lease agreement and that the reaction from the managers un professionalism was due to claims of my boyfriends illegal trash dumping at the apartment. First of all MANAGEMENT my complaint was due to the approach of your team member and in regards to her threatening terms of parking. Your retaliation was a response of a problem that was never once brought to my attention since there were multiple infractions. Your response doesnt have any merit or involve me and just shows your sincere dismissal of tenant resolution. How about get a clue and just appologize for your lack of ability to manage your own propertys policy for compost pick ups, failure to comply with ironwood staff giving respectful customer service to paying tenants and your tactless assistant manager. I would recommend some retraining for your management staff and with all the money you make skimping on trash pick ups and apartment service repairs -hire some trash police, my suggestion would be Marissa. Thanks, but no thanks and my review still holds the same disapproval. LNThe assistant property manager Marissa is so unprofessional. One night my boyfriend was dropping me off at my apartment in his truck and she stomped over and started screaming at us in the parking lot in front of other residents at the pool about not being able to park there if we werent residents. I calmly asked her for her name and then let her know that I was a resident and that I was just being dropped off. She then rolled her eyes and demanded to know what apartment I was in and that if any vehicles that were not on the lease or parked here again they would be towed. The Power trip and belittling by this manager was humiliating and the worst customer service Ive ever been treated with. I would recommend not living in a community where people like her work.
This is a great place very upscale great community. Marissa and Shaya are wonderful they got me approved instantly and able to move in right away, units are clean and in good shape. Marissa and shaya even went to the extent of getting me a pizza and Pepsi lol when I arrived 😊. Anyone looking to relocate to Westminster Colorado I highly recommend this building. They have a gym a club house pool and spa.
When your lease is up, you will get a letter stating if you do nothing, your lease will change to a month-to-month rate of X but do not fall for it and do nothing, you actually have to sign it. I did nothing as the paper said and am now being charged almost $100 more per month than originally stated. I will be moving soon. (I have already emailed about my dissatisfaction, such as being tricked into a higher month-to-month rate than was originally offered, being woken up while I am sleeping, poor communication, etc.)
A nice neighborhood surrounded with trees and respectful, quiet neighbors.. fireplace in our home was great, everything functioned fine and it was a good experience over all!
The staff has been very kind and welcoming. The maintenance staff is very competent and accommodating.
I was considering living at ironwood at the ranch as it appears nice from the outside and is in a nice area. I very quickly realized this is not a place you want to live after seeing how my friend who is a current resident has been treated. I watched the maintenance manager Ricky leave my friends apartment because Ricky believed he was being disrespected when Ricky was told we didnt know what the problem was you tell us. When I brought up this issue to the office manager she defended Ricky saying this was our fault and that he acted exactly how he should of. Attempting to get her to listen to my side of the situation was impossible. Coming from years of customer service this is the absolute wrong way to handle things. This has left an extremely sour taste in my mouth and I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone that hates dealing with rude people.
Great team, Manager, assiatant and The Maintenance are extremly very Nice I will definetly recomand to all my Friend and Familly...
Not a luxury apartment by any means. Mature landscaping (great trees!), and vaulted ceilings (on top floor apartments), easy access to open space, and friendly staff are the pluses. But the only pluses. Beater stove, poor kitchen, cheaply updated and maintained. Short season pool, year round hot tub (never been in it), not a bad common area (never use it either). And that dang diagonal door in the bedroom... Make sure you get a look at the exact apartment you lease. Updates are not across the board. Some have different counters/stoves/lighting. Kitchen layout and size still suck.Photos are most obvious cases of trying to cut update and maintenance costs. The bathroom outlet is shoe horned in and not fully secured. The water maintenance happened without notification, but did occur around the time of a scheduled HVAC check. One week and counting that its been like that. The heat/ac doesnt work as set (granted, I havent put in a ticket, but I was waiting till after the HVAC maintenance). Neighbors and noise levels are fine. Also, they do all their rent payments and deposits through a Walmart payee program. Granted, everything after the first payment can be online, but cmon, really? My bank manager, overheard me talking to my teller (hey, I like to talk to the people I meet) and had a cow about it. But its been ok. Just barely.6 month lease cause I wasnt sure, but I like the trees and nearby open space. Didnt end up outweighing the issues. I wont be staying beyond that.Oh, and they take pets.
Shannon is just AMAAAAAZING LADY i have never seen anyone like her until now she has the best customer service ever. I didnt move to apartment yet i dont know how it would be but i am givjng shannon i 5 star she desrve more than 5 star. She is awesome thank you shannon
We moved in June 2014 from out of state with only 2 weeks notice. So we were able to rent this place sight unseen. The pro was that we had a first floor apartment facing the street. But let me lay some facts that occurred while our stay here (we JUST moved out):- The apartment across from us would always get flooded whenever we had rain, resorting my neighbors to lay down dirt bags around their front door to keep the water out. Luckily, our apartment was spared slightly because we were just a tad higher.- Mid-2015 = The apartment office sent out notices regarding a trend in car break-ins and notified us by letter to lock our car doors (I still have the letters from them)- Oct. 2015 = Our car got broken into (I have a police report to prove this)- Nov. 2015 = Our car was STOLEN from the internal parking area for the complex (I have a police report to prove this)- We told the apartment complex about our car being stolen, and noticed that they NEVER sent out a letter notification to the other residents about it.- Dec. 2015 = Our mailbox attached to the complex got broken into overnight. Not just our mailbox, but the entire SIDE of mailboxes....multiple residents were affected. This caused us to go to our local USPS office to pick up our mail every day. For THREE months. It finally got fixed in the first week of March 2016 stating we got a new lock for it.- A friend of ours was looking into this complex for renting. When he brought up our issues (stolen car/break ins), the complex told him it wasnt true and none of those things ever happened.I wouldve kept my experiences to myself, but the fact that they lied to a potential resident infuriates me.Take this as you will. And good luck!
I agree. The maintenance takes weeks to complete. The property is poorly maintained. Ive seen huge errors: certain tenants not getting charged for water/sewer/trash, maintenance losing keys to apartments....fire extinguisher boxes broken......I too wish I could give zero stars.
This is the worst place you can live in. I wish i could give 0 start!!!Dishonest managers!
Nice place looks quite a clean
A wonderful place
Predatory garbage.
