Only lived here for 2 months and had numerous of issues. Super dirty neighbors and community. Also, don’t bother telling office they pay no mind. I do NOT recommend to anyone with children!

They need some type of security. My son-in-laws truck was stolen three nights ago from the parking lot. Its a Ford gray truck Im not sure what kind but its a newer model and it has two tones. It looks like they dumped the license plates after money tree, and there was spray paint on it black so it might have been spray painted. But theres no cameras or anything to help us out so were just out of a car.

Nice place, but to get hot water is ridiculous! Especially if you want a hot shower. Now that its been cold there has been no hot water! I am not having my kid take a bath in cold water!

Working with Keiana the Leasing Agent was a bit of a challenge, she wasnt very computer literate in general and couldnt help me unless I went in person, gave me the wrong forms twice and then demanded I come in today or else I would loose my apartment after it was her error. I was just about to cancel my application when the other lady Aileen took over my file and helped me through the process of completing my application, at move in she was really nice, there were some requests I had that she handled immediately. Jose and Jordan were super nice every time they came in to take care of the work orders I had. Overall I havent had any issues in apartment.

Stole my money and lied to me. For three weeks this place had me convinced I was getting in. Only to tell me at the last second that the property was income restricted. This wasn’t on the listing, nor was it told during the three weeks I was in communication with the leasing office. So I fill out even more paperwork and spend MORE money jumping through their hoops, just for my paperwork to be lost and them trying to get me to start the process over.No, just no. Shoulda listened to the reviews

I have lived in Toscana 2 years now, I have had a good experience with the Office ladies and I have not had any issues in my apartment or neighbors. Its family friendly area, its important to me because its a safe area for my loved ones.

The apartments are really clean and nice, the grounds always picked up every morning. Jose the maintenance guy really works hard to keep up with the place. Arlene made my move in extremely easy, she was super nice and helpful, even helped me find the perfect movers and schools for my children.

Lousy management. Wont fix a noise issue with one of my neighbors and refuses any proof of the noise that I have documented because my neighbor always turns off her music just minutes before they arrive or they claim that they cant hear the music outside their door because of all the loud ACs running outside. Ive even had to call the cops twice because the music would go on until 5am and management wouldnt do anything about it.

They dont take care of there tenants they dont repair things when asked they only care about money and not following the orders given by governor polis they harass you they dont take responsibility for conditions of there apartments they are infested with bed bugs and they will take you to court

Great place so far move in was easy & simple. Management is great. Me neighbors are awful what can you do. Management does what they can if it wasn’t for my neighbors & the bar across the way this would be the best place I have lived in years.

Was great until I moved out. Four months later, I got a call from Collections. I refused to settle with collections as I had been a model tenant, paid on time, and left the place immaculate! I took pictures to prove it. When I called Toscana to dispute the charges, the young lady said that they have a thirty second phone record to prove that they tried calling me. Thirty seconds??? She wasnt interested in seeing my pictures and wasnt willing to compare my pictures to theirs. She couldnt give me details as to why I owed them money and said that I just needed to settle it with collections. Now I have a mark on my credit that wont go away for 7-10 years.My advice to you, . . . keep looking. Crooks.

This has been my home since 2012. The office staff is awesome. They always greet you with a smile and help with your needs. The maintenance staff are quick to fix your problems and are always polite and friendly. I would recommend Toscana Apartment Homes to my friends.Thanks to all the staff for making this my home.

Super annoyed AND happy at the same time!! I had been communicating with ANNA the property manager and she made an appointment with me MONDAY DECEMBER 24TH she told me she would be here with me and told me to come early because the office closed at 3. I get here at 12 sharp and the office is closed!! a service maintenance guy told me that the manager did not show up and that others were off. What kind of manager is that? I figured the office would close for the holiday, so I came back today (December 26) I was greeted by another ANA who this was the leasing agent. OMG SHE IS AMAZING!! totally made up for my frustration on Monday. She made sure we saw everything I was interested in, offered me coffee and toured me. She explained everything to me and from what I saw it looks like people really like her at this complex. The whole time we were on tour people were waving, saying hi and asking her about her holiday. I love her! If you come here make sure to get an appointment with her ONLY!!

I have lived here for a couple years and have had zero issues. No bugs, my car hasn’t gotten broken into, and I haven’t heard any gunshots or ever felt unsafe. When I put in maintenance requests they get taken care of the day of or the next day. When I wanted to transfer from a studio to a one bedroom the office staff made the transition incredibly smooth. Overall I am very satisfied with my time spent here.

This is a fantastic apartment complex. The people in the office are always friendly and professional, always willing to answer questions, and the service techs are very responsive to any problems that might crop up. The complex is clean, (mostly) quiet, kid-and-pet friendly, and you never have to worry about battling for parking. The apartments are fantastic, though one might have the rare issue with getting cable internet due to the age of the building. I would definitely recommend this place!

Great complex, great staff. Theres a good community in most of the buildings at Toscana, and the staff is great. They were incredibly flexible with us, we always had our maintenance done quickly, and they were always incredibly kind and easy to work with. For the price, you certainly cant beat it.

I have lived here for almost two years and absolutely love it here. The office staff/management is incredible! If there is ever a problem, they get on it right away. The maintenance crew always goes above and beyond. Hands down, the best apartments Iveever lived at, with the nicest people!

Originally I was very dissatisfied with the place and had a rough move in process due to a certain staff member that was really quite rude. Laundry room could use a bit more maintenance but it has improved over the year as well as the staff. Owner/managers are wonderful. Cute apartments with good space for a great price. Originally gave one star with bad reports but now I am much happier with the place as a whole.

Great customer service. Ana the leasing agent has been hands down the best I have every worked with. She was happy and bubbly, answered all my questions, offered to show me a apartment, showed me pictures of other units, walked me through the complex and I can tell people love her. When we would walk around the complex she would see current tenants and everyone said hi to her and she would say funny things to make them laugh. The manager name is also Anna and she too is always very nice and in a great mood. I am way too excited to be moving into this place where these awesome ladies work.

This apartment complex is the best ever you see kids playing outside people waking the dogs or pets people at the park and the dog park and the pool this makes me feel safe and secured this is definitely better than palmetto club apartments this is a real community people make friends

I live outside of Colorado. I came once before in November or 2018 to tour. I was out on the wait list. The people that were here previously cared about you as a person The manager was Anna and so was the leasing girl, her name was Ana. These new people they have here are extremely rude and the manager Lesley (big lady) is such a hypocrite. I asked what the process was- since now there is a new management team and she said well you might want to make sure you can afford to live in Colorado I might come from a small town but I know fair housing. I called their corporate office and left a voicemail. I think Echelon needs to reconsider their training skills. BRING THE OLD CREW BACK!!! I am 100% sure the current residents would agree.

When packages are delivered, anyone can waltz into the office and walk away with your package and there is ZERO accountability for loss of MY MAIL. No ID check, No Signature. Just go into a closet and grab what you want. My package was delivered yesterday afternoon and was stolen before opening this morning. Its disgusting, the lack of organization, communication, and integrity in this office. Ive been a resident for 3years and simplysi cant wait to move.

I have to call so many time before Maintance is coming and then they never do a great job of fixing anything they used to when David was working there he always cared and got the job done right. I have been dealing with a clogged toilet for almost 2 weeks now they still haven’t fixed it properly yet and I live with my 8 year old!!!!! So frustrating

Dont give them your money! I put down my deposit in July. I havent received one phone call. Now theyre refusing to give me corporates number! They said, I have to speak to the manager. I work everyday when she is available. Theyre rude people with no customer service! Especially shawana. Who lives in these very apartments. My sister, who has 4 small children, got jumped in these apartments by her own neighbors. the office has failed to do anything about it! You dont want to live here and neither do I. I just want my money back!Update. The manager has kept in touch with me to this point on my refund. The other two ladies in the office Ann and Shawna are useless. I talked to Shawna numerous times over the phone and she proceeded to tell me she was waiting for my check from corporate. She knew me by name over the phone because I always calling at least once a week. After a few months this of that I became frustrated and gave my forwarding address for my refund again for the second time to Ann in the front office in person. The office manager Anna told me neither of them had relayed the info to her or notified her of my request for a refund!!! Shawna and Ann tried to scare me away by threatening that I was an unauthorized occupant when I went to the office the last time getting upset with no update. Thats when I posted this review. Amazing what Google can do.AttentionWeve got low income housing taking money from struggling families and households. Then trying to scare them away from theyre own money!! Im disgusted with these ladies! Someone needs to make this known. Anna has been helpful after everything and should really think about her help.

I have lived at Toscana for 3 years so far. I have to say the changes that have taken place over the past few months are much needed. The place is cleaner and the bad people are leaving. The old management people were lairs and crooks and didn’t care about the place. They would leave used needles and trash everywhere. They took money from the tenants they would harass tenants and would only help you if they liked you. On top of everything the leasing girl was sleeping with tenants and shawna the manager was dealing drugs from her apartment. The new management that came in a few months back is really good. Ashley and Leslie are greats they make sure they help you and go out of their ways to make things right. My ac went out and the manager called me and followed up with me the entire time. The office is always doing things for the residents parties. Leslie handed everyone popsicles while my family was at the pool. I can honestly see a change for the good. No apartment is perfect the office always keeps in touch and walks you through and makes up for mistakes.I would recommend Toscana to anyone wanting to live at a place that Cares.

I have enjoyed living here at Toscana. Everyone has been super friendly to me office staff, neighbors, etc. I love the location and the people I live around. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly and that is probably because I am a friendly person who loves to meet new people. I have enjoyed my stay here at Toscana and havent ran into any serious issues except the poop always being closed but that is because the people who live here cant control their children. Its not Toscanas fault for the children who mis behave. l honestly have nothing negative to say about this complex it is what you make of it and I have made the best out of my stay so that is probably why I have really enjoyed myself☺

Paper thin walls, noisy bar next door you can hear every word, frequent police cars. One laundry room for so many apartments you almost always have to wait. Kids asked my guests for money. The appliance are old.

If you look at this property you will see trash like used condoms, drug needles, and beer bottles all over the place, and if you take one step in any patch of grass on this property your shoes as well as any of your belongings you move in to your new unit will absolutely be covered in dog poop. The second Leslie started at Toscana trash walk and grounds clean up ceased to exist. Along with all the homeless people camping out behind the leasing office and along the train tracks of the entire complex property, that Leslie does nothing about. When it comes to snow removal she calls the maintenance supervisor away from helping the maintenance staff, as well as sends him home and leaves all the emergency legally required snow removal on grounds crew and tech’s after they’ve already been out for 10hr+ shifts. It got so bad that multiple of us tenants would go out to help the maintenance crew shovel the snow on numerous occasions. She actually asked and expected an employee to split his check in half because of the amount of overtime pay he would receive from doing emergency on call and snow removal weeks. She also expected that same employee to allow corporate into his own apartment unit he lived in on site at any time she so desired. When he denied this request, she made it an unsafe hostile work environment for him. Unacceptable right? It keeps going. Leslie butts heads with absolutely everyone, employees and tenants. She drives around in her car with her husband on site and sits in the office eating pizza almost daily instead of doing her job. My husband and I terminated our lease almost 2 months after Leslie started working at this property. Do not waist your time! Leslie’s threats are absolutely ridiculous. If you are in charge of my home and you have all my personal information in your possession there is absolutely no rhyme or reason you should be making personal threats. This woman is dangerous. Her lack of communication skills she blames on “if you speak to her before her morning coffee” Don’t get me wrong I’m a huge coffee drinker and I can not function without it, but there is absolutely a difference between a lack of coffee in your system and having a lack of common human decency- being just plain rude, disrespectful and dismissive. The first question you should have when you enter this property is “Does Leslie still work here?” If the answer is yes, walk out now. From the first snow storm she was in charge of they didn’t have barely any ice melt, and for this property specifically those stairs are a death trap and a lawsuit waiting to happen because of how icy they get on already breaking, unstable, steep stairs.If you are elderly you absolutely need to be on the bottom floor for your own safety, especially with the level of neglect Leslie gives this property. One of her first moves once she became in charge of this property was to strip everyone’s patios away. This property has community patios, and you are no longer allowed to even have patio furniture in front of your own apartment door.... her reason for takin away something that tenants have had for YEARS was that “Because she can do it. It says it in the lease, I don’t have to give you a patio.” Leslie is a bully, she acts out of female emotion and spite. Keep in mind this entire review is coming from a female.Also don’t even bother getting in their properties pool, not as long as the tenants children keep pooping in it. The entire summer season of 2018 the pool was closed no exaggeration, daily to every other day because of this. I will clarify, no we did not leave this property on bad terms. We terminated, we were not evicted. We had no additional fees or anything negative towards us after leaving, or should I say running away. I cleaned my unit myself and left it spotless and cleaner than the unit was when we got it. No complaints or problems there. No bad endings. This is a purely honest review. Stay away from Leslie. Toscana seriously needs to not only remove her from the Toscana staff but from the Eschleon company altogether.

Customer service is very bad. I just called today to ask how much and how long it would be for a studio, for my dad and she says there 100% full so he cant tell me much. I asked her will do you know how long the wait list will be and she just said a year. I asked how much does a studio run for and she says she cant tell me anything until she runs my dads credit. I said ok thank you and she hung up with no response back. I dont know what was wrong with her, but she was very rude and unhelpful. Like why girl??

This review is just about a conversation I overheard the women in the front and a man talking about, I do not reside in the apartments and frankly after the words I heard being exchanged I am glad none of my relatives or close friends (besides one of my childhood friends whom I drove down to visit for the holidays) have tried to rent from the property. My friend who we will call ‘Jane’ were going over some paperwork in her unit when her printer unfortunately runs out of ink, instead of driving to Wal Mart I suggested that I would just walk down to the office and use the Club House printer. No one greeted me or even noticed I walked in, and before I could make it to the Club House Jane sends me a text letting me know we did not need any more copies so as I was responding, the tone of the woman speaking in the front office grabbed my attention. She was very stern to a man who was soft-spoken trying to explain his situation, but there was no sympathy, no remorse, just the antagonism of company policy. As I was about to walk out and make my presence known, the other woman made the most impolite, discourteous, out-of-line comment which also summed up the reason for this mans visit. Laughing, she says ‘You better start getting some boxes for your daughter at 7/11, she’s out of here.’ I immediately stormed out. Whoever manages this specific property needs to be the one to go, if there is one thing that I learned from previously working with low-income families it has to be the ability to truly relate to your tenants, to build that foundation and avoid resentment. There is a difference between people being out right irresponsible/not cooperating and TRUE hardship, being the one on the outside looking in your staff clearly does not have any sense of what a conscious is and apparently has never once experienced tough times. The way I overheard Toscana’s company policies being executed, is that no matter what situation you find yourself in whether ignoring warnings purposely or just getting back on your feet. The women who represent Echelon Property Group at this location do not care NO MATTER what, it may be wrong for me to base my opinion on one incident that I just happened to hear, but all it takes is one impression to define the type of person you are. Your response to the comment below me says you strive to provide excellent customer service to future tenants, but yet when dealt with in person someone who is a current resident your staff laughed and joked about this mans hardship, and for their incapability to even provide any sympathy for this man I will be contacting the corporate office after the holidays and I will post this review on rental websites that sponsor this property. Surely, management will come across this message and apologize but please feel free to respond to this review because I would really love to hear you stick up for this kind of behavior.Kind regards,Sincerely a concerned neighbor.

I am writing this review because of a great concern about the ladies in the office. I am a mother of a daughter that lives in one of your buildings but I promised my daughter I will not mention her name because she does not want to get in trouble. My question is does any one in that office have any right to talk about their co workers spouses?. Last week my daughter came to visit me with my grandkids and she looked so disturbed when she came. I asked her what was wrong and she said to me and I quote. Mom does anyone have any right to talk about other co workers spouses?. As a psychologist; I told her no noone has any right to talk about other co workers spouses. Then I asked her why she asked that question; thats when she started to tell me. She told me that while in the resource center using the computer she over heard the ladies in the front talking about one of their co workers wife. One of them said; I dont know why David is with that ugly wife of his. She has no teeth and shes fat. Then the other lady responded and said; I know right; David deserves someone pretty that has teeth. Then the ladies started laughing; they stopped when someone opened the door. My daughter felt so bad that she just got up and left the resource center. This has made me concern because first of; no person has any right to talk about other peoples spouses because thats his or her decision to choose who he or she wants to be with. No matter how much we dislike someone we just need to keep our thoughts to ourselves because that was so mean of those ladies to say those things about their co workers spouse. And second; the ladies need to watch their surroundings before saying anything about other people because they dont know if someone is there and might hear what their saying. That was their mistake that they didnt check before they started gossiping about their co workers spouse. This just bothered me since my daughter told me this issue that is why I thought I would just write this review. I ask you as the manager of this office; does your employees have any right to talk about other employees spouse and use those words. We all have issues in life but we cant just start saying mean things about other co workers spouses. I hope that David doesnt hear about this because he really is a good person. How I know his a good person, because I was visiting my daughter when she had an issue with her refrigerator and she called the maintenance and thats how I met David. His a very quiet guy and does his work well. All I am saying is that those ladies should have kept their opinions to themselves and just let it go, but instead they just said what they want to say with laughter not knowing that someone is in the resource center. If an employee is up for nomination for employee of the month or year; I would vote for David because he works hard and does his job well. Though I might not live there at Toscana but my daughter and her kids do. I am so disappointed because it doesnt really take that long to go over the reviews that people write about this apartment and the employees that work there. I hope that the maintenance wife is doing well and that she is strong and moving on. The only reason I gave this one star is because the apartments themselves are lovely. Fireplace in every unit, they even offer to paint an accent wall a color of your choice. lovely touch? sure! if the staff werent incredibly rude and completely inept of what even decent customer service OR just basic polite human interaction.Upon entering we where greeted by a gal who had no hellos or welcome to Tuscana she couldnt even inform us that we would be helped shortly. After standing there awkwardly for a good time she finally acknowledged my husband and I in a manor that made us feel like she was personally annoyed we where even there. No smile No warmth just annoyed and rude.We told her we where interested in filling out applications. We previously toured the property a few months prior and with the fixed income rent and charming layout we returned, figuring this is what we needed to live comfortably and work on building our credit score.Makia Peevey as her name was (approach with caution) handed us two very confusing and incredibly in depth packets to fill out and directed us to the community room making it very clear that even though she is the assistant manager she had no interest in helping, clarifying or really much of anything with the paper work. After we sorted through the tedious forms and dug up every scrap of info from our current bank account balance and over all net worth of our assets we returned to her office to fill out even more paper work that she kept confusing and making us redo. to top of the very unfriendly and indifferent encounter SHE INTERRUPTED US MID CONVERSATION TO MAKE A PRIVATE PHONE CALL!!! and not even a phone call to check on the kids or ask a question pertaining to our conversation but to a personal friend of personal nature... so once again my husband and I where left sitting in her office uncomfortably while she giggled and gossiped... Then hung up Held up a finger asking us to wait EVEN LONGER so she could send a text message. if it werent for the cheap rent and cute property we wouldnt have even stayed this long. finally we get to summing up the visit and are making progress and she informs us that with our credit we needed a co signer some one who made twice the amount of the monthly rent... her words. easy we thought two days later we returned with our co signer to be informed that she (the assistant manager) misinformed us. its FIVE times the amount of rent. ridiculous considering its a fixed income housing right ? even the gal (different from Makia ) acknowledged that that was a bit much. But all that would have been fine had we already not paid our non refundable application fee and if the ASSISTANT MANAGER could have provided us with the correct info and not wasted our time. Perhaps if you did your job, cared about your encounters with people and stopped being such a rude cold person you could have gotten your facts straight. ANYWAYS when we returned to withdraw our hold we put on the apartment we had the pleasure of one last encounter with miss Makia Peevey. she had the nerve to argue with us that she did tell us it was five times the rent for a qualifying co signer (mmm no you didnt other wise we wouldnt have wasted our time) and honestly what good is arguing whether you told us correct information or not? Oh all of a sudden I have a qualifying co signer?perhaps it was lucky we didnt qualify. not even a charming community and low rent is enough to make dealing with a rude individual who has no business working with people. Learn to be polite Makia. did your mommy not teach you manners. RUDE

Horrible place to stay . the whole office staff is rude . the pool is always closed . they have roaches rats . also my car has been broking into twice . this place is by far the ghetto of arvada . shootings happen no security cameras and Anna is the most rude inconsiderate human been Ive ever met!
