Small polish selection for gel and regular polish. I got a gel manicure. There were acrylic nails everywhere among the polishes -- unclean. One of the nail techs wasnt wearing a mask (ignoring COVID, its unsanitary in a nail salon).The nail tech didnt clean up stray polish on my hands after the gel dried. She also didnt trim all of my cuticles. The manicure in general felt unorganized, rushed, and unprofessional. She took a rather long personal call during the manicure as well.

I like this place, its small not many workers and every time Ive been here its not too many customers.The guy is fast and efficient.My reason for three stars is their products are pretty dated..I chose a polish that he said was old...but I went ahead and chose another that was fine...they may need to spend a little money updating the place and their supplies

I’ve been coming a while now and I give 2 stars because John is amazing at what he does with the nails. And great prices. But everything else could use MUCH improvement. They only have 2 nail technicians.. which can make waiting even behind 1 or 2 people an hour long wait. Poor customer service. Not super clean. Idk why they haven’t worked or made any efforts to improve these issues.

They cant do nails. If you want your nails to look beautiful and clean then I suggest you look somewhere else. All they do is wet your feet and then put on some nail polish. Anyone can do what they do at their own house instead of having to drive there and pay for something so simple.

The lady was very quiet. Went for a polish she gave me a pedicure lol. I paid though

Awful. Place was unsanitary. 1 of the nail techs brushed her teeth in the sink right up front and swishes and rinsed her mouth out in the sink. The equipment wasnt properly stored the nail tech was eating her lunch right un front of me snacking and talking with food in her mouth. They both were rude asking me to pay them up front. I was the only customer there. This nail salon needs to inspected by the health department. So uncouth. I do not reccomend this place at all. Very poor service and just plain rude and nasty.

Ive been in palm beach for 10 years ! This is the worst place Ive EVER been to. Today though I left with an unfinished full set, toe polish taken off that I couldve went another week with and my eyebrows undone. Only 3 people work there and I swear this place should be shut down. They use OLD ASS drills to drill the nails today he cut me and we went head for head in an arugument. I absolutely dont recommend anyone go here. Go any where but here. I set an appointment with the nail salon inside of Walmart on 45th which is where I go whenever Im not satisfied because its across the street. DO NOT GO HERE !
