Love getting my nails done here! They always do a great job!!

Took 3 hours to get a pedicure and a sub-par dip. Its two weeks later and I am going to get their dip removed and a proper dip done elsewhere. I have never had such a terrible dip job that my nails are literally breaking one by one. Will not be returning.

If you go here be sure to block out four hours of your day. They are extremely slow and I am a pretty patient person. Instead of informing you that they are a little behind schedule they ignore you like you are not there. However, they will be sure to charge you full price regardless. SAVE YOUR MONEY and thank me later.

I had a good experience. No line no waiting is a PLUS when a walk-in. Tech then took her time and was not rushed. The space looks new and somewhat like they just moved in but nonetheless very nice. Pleased with my pedicure. Will def return.

Overall 10/10 a fair price for nexgen & I love how the ombre came out, the tech was very precise and asked me if I liked it before she finished which I always appreciate. The staff was professional & it was a very clean environment.

I have been a loyal customer for over a year and have received quality service every visit. It’s nice to be spoken to by name. Anne have always made me feel like a VIP. She did my Gel nails so beautiful and it last over 3 weeks. I took off let them breath a week before redo and look at my nails, no sign of damage like other places I tried before. Great customer service and knowledgeable staff!!!

Have been to many different nail salons in Palm Beach County and none come close to the great service you get here. The techs do not rush at all. The equipment is very new and nice and the prices are decent. I would highly recommend going here. There was no wait and really a great experience.

Great people! Cleanest Place!I heard from friends this is New salon just opened but it little hard to find the place. Eventually, I got my nails and pedicure done here for the first time. Most cleanest place I ever visited, new chair...Great massage. They did gel polish on my nails, very clean cuticle and neat nail polish. Pedicure was perfect indeed. Will come back soon with more friends.

Well, the chairs are nice. The people are friendly. But their work is neither. They had to redo my nexgen because one hand was a completely different color than the other (french). Then my french toes came out worse. She redid those twice. Cant wait to get home and put some acetone on them. They had me pay way before they were done cause they had to close the register. Fool me once, shame on you. You wont fool me twice. If only I could upload a picture on here......horrible horrible horrible. They gave me a coupon to come back and get nails and toes done at a cheaper price. Seriously?? No thank you. Should have taken care of me now, not next time.

Excellent job done by the staff. Ive read many reviews about this place and they are usually good. The place is Super cute, clean, neat, and they took me on time.They deserve 5 stars. They prepared well for reopening during Co vid-19. I loved their new air purifiers, which make the air better than at my work place.

This was the best experience Ive ever had getting my nails done. Staffs were nice and friendly. My nails have never looked better. They is the best in the city so far. I have a few cats. It hard to take care them while keep your nails from breaking. I haven’t had any gel nails broke since come to this salon. They deserve to have more customer.

I have been to this salon about 4 times and have seen someone different each time. The staff is wonderful and each time I have had a great experience. It’s not very often you go into a salon and feel welcomed, but at Athena you will. I have never felt rushed and they truly listen to what you would like to have done. I have lived in the area for over 10 years and this by far is the best nail salon around. I highly recommend trying them.

My nail tech Suri is absolutely AMAZING. I came in with my nails all busted from moving. Some longer than others. They were a mess.She worked her magic and they are BEAUTIFUL!! Thank you Suri..You ROCK!!Also, the salon is absolutely beautiful, clean and practicing social distancing, not mention a great glass of wine 😀..

I love it here. Its a beautiful salon with down to earth and professional staff. I dont get my nails done as often as Id like to and it was my first visit to Athena, but, once I walked in, I loved the atmosphere. The staff are all so nice and very friendly. Everyone treats you as VIP. I walked in close to closing time, but they accommodated me without rushing me. I left there very happy with how my nails looked and will return for a facial. Nam, the owner was very kind.2nd reviewI called Athena Nail Salon today for a nail appointment and was very thankful that I was able to be seen with such short notice even when they had a couple of workers out sick. Tami did my pedicure. I chose the Signature deluxe pedicure and loved it. So relaxing. Tami was great. Once that was done, Jenna did my gel nails beautifully. I absolutely am won over by the great results and already made appointment to return. Thank you, Athena.

The staffs at this nail salon are very professional and attentive. I receive excellent nail care at this salon.I think this is the most hygienic salon I’ve ever been too . They use clean plastic liner on my pedicure, a new set of foot scrub... and I like the way they way they did pedicure. I had a hard time to choose colors since too many of them :) they never rush me like Other Salon did. Will def make another appointment soon. Keep up the good work guys.👍

This is a great spa . The service was fantastic and the results were perfect. It was easy to park and I did not have to wait. Danelia was absolutely amazing. She did my nails so perfect. She was so nice. Ill be returning here again. I finally found a good nail salon.

The only thing I would chance is about the employees (the girls), they talk too much and they stop doing their job in your nail to talk. If one girl is working in your nails, another girl come to talk with her just like she is not with a costumer (very rude). But the job is good

Very good service, the staff is wonderful they offer you water, they even asked if I wanted to change the music they had on to my preference. It is very clean. They have very good technique, they pay attention to every little detail that there is on your nail. Overall today was my third time coming here and I’ve always came out very happy!

Amazing!!! You must come here!!! Just found this place by accident and it exceeded my expectations!!! The chairs are so comfy and everything is brand new!Frank does the best gel pedicure—I’ve always done regular pedicure but the gel stays for weeks with no wait time!For manicure Jenna does perfect nails. I get the French and French ombré. I’ve never met anyone that can do them so perfectly and they lasted for 5 weeks!!!

Rinny gave me the best pedicure I’ve ever had. Such attention to detail. He took his time and was so gentle. My ingrown toe nail is completely gone and painless. Rinny is THE BEST !!! I love this place.

This was THE WORST nail salon I have ever been too. I made an appointment and frank (nail tech) told me to go and wash my hands, next thing I know someone else is in my seat and my purse was moved.... MY NAILS WERENT EVEN FINISHED!!! and they told me to dry my nails when they were already dry while the person was sitting in my seat... she was just a walk-in. The manager said thats how the nail tech does it and gave me $3 off, like I care about the 3 dollars. I should of gotten more because of how rude these people were. And my nails are not that great. ATHENA NAILS YOU GOT SOME WORK TO DO! PLEASE FIX YOURSELVES!!!!!!!!!!

The guy that i went to overcharged for a gel set and also my nails came off within a week i wouldnt recommend also they dont know how to do pedicures, just a mess.

This nail salon is amazing. Customer service is a 10! Nail technician Jenna and everyone else who works here are a 10! The music is great and the atmosphere is so very nice. The pedicure chairs are state of the art and spacious. The salon does not feel crowded because its roomy. EVERYONE here is friendly and converse with their customers. Jenna always does my nails to perfection. Eyebrow waxes and other waxes are great here. I drove out of the way just to come to this location because of the superior service. Brand new salon with the largest selection of polish, gel polish, Nexgen, and more. I have a been a client of Jenna for years (for gel, acrylic, & nexgen) and she always does an amazing job that lasts for weeks. Very happy she made her way to this high end salon. I recommend that you check this place out!

Hands down the absolute worst nail salon experience Ive ever encountered.My daughter needed a fill and both of her pointer finger nails replaced. The guy that was doing her nails didnt file her nails to match the 2 new ones he put on. It was extremely noticeable.My daughter tried explaining it to him and he wouldnt listen so she came over to me to show me and asked me to help make him understand that her nails were very uneven. The man had the nerve to yell at my daughter! Yes I said yell! He told my daughter she didnt need to come to me that he is in front of her and she needs to speak to him so I spoke up and corrected him for speaking to a minor like that and for telling her she cant come to her mother and he proceeded to yell at me! It took everything in me not to turn that place upside down. He might have understood or cared to try and understand if he wasnt in the phone from the time we walked in until the minute we left.Long story short he laughed in my daughters face when she told him he was wrong for treating customers like that.Oh and let me not leave out the fact that the lady that was doing my nails all of the sudden didnt know English after conversating with me before this all happened. Noone tried to help us, the other employees just acted like nothing was happening.

I HIGHLY Dont Recommend using this nail Salon!!!!! Today I received the WORST customer service EVER from Jenna!!!!! First off I had my nails done literally 5 days ago, yes 5 days ago and paid FULL PRICE for it, and within 3 to 4 days 3 of my nails broke off! I went back to the salon to repair them, and as jenna is repairing them shes trying to convince me the color she put on me which it didnt match with the color I already had on my nails from earlier and was trying to tell me in a few days the colors will match up and she didnt feel like changing them!! She was trying to get me to leave with unmatched colors, when I told her it was ugly and it didnt look good having two different colors on my nails..after changing it with an attitude, Jenna was very unprofessional when she NOT ONCE mentioned to me about charging me for this service that shouldve been FREE today, since I was there 5 days ago, My nails shouldnt be brokennnnnn and charged again for it!!!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! If you want to be charged for bad service twice then this is the place for you, otherwise I highly dont recommend this rip off Salon at All !!!!!!!!Hope this Helps!!!

I absolutely love Athena Nail Spa. The first time I went in there I felt so welcomed. The place is super clean, they have a wide range of colors to choose from, and everyone is so nice and good at their job. Jon, was the first one to do my nails and he was amazing, he did a great job. I then went back to do an Ombre and pedi. Jenna did my nails and omg I love them she has definitely got a new customer on her hands. Tammy did my pedi and she made sure I was happy. I picked a first color that wasnt applying right, it was a little to light, so she picked another color very similar and redid my nails and made sure I was happy with them even offered to redo the whole thing if I wasnt happy. You never see nail techs do that, if you dont like something they just try to push it on you. Its not like that here they make sure your happy. Everyone is so good there. I love it and this is not my new nail home!

I dont get my nails done much but I got a full nextgen set on 12.8.18 and in 12.10.18 the clear coat started coming off. 12.15.18 make a week and 3 nails broke off right were the fake nail was place. I spent $40 on a set that didnt even last. Im a legal assistant so Im not hard with my hands so disappointing
