My boyfriend just had his hair cut by Kathy. He told her what he wanted she has cut his hair with no problem before. She did not and would not cut it the way he wanted. He asked for a fade and a 1 on the sides. She gave him a Mohawk in the back and didn’t even blend the hair. It looks horrible. He will not be returning to her for any more hair cuts. He said she was rushing bc someone else was waiting. I do not recommend goi to this salon!!!!

I love this place. I’ve been coming here for just a little over 5 years but she has been doing my moms nails for about 15 years. Prices are great and I just will always be coming here forever.

I have been coming to Kathy Hair & Nails for the last five years. Kathy makes all her customers feel comfortable and welcome in her Salon. She always does a great job on my nails,eyebrows and hair. I am living in Palm Beach county for the last 29 years and since I found Kathy I only come to her for my beauty help. I fully recommend Kathy Hair & Nails for five star service.

My girlfriend took me here to get my first pedicure. Kathy and her husband made me feel relaxed and did a great job. The salon is quiet, calm, and they have massage chairs, which is nice. Don’t expect fancy decor or 2019 booking and payment options. This place is old school, and sometimes it’s nice to take a step back and enjoy the little things in life.

A mom and pop place, yes. But what sweet and wonderful people. I don’t take the time to write reviews so that should say something. Kathy and her husband work hard and they are so kind. I am now a dedicated customer. You don’t find places that care like they do anymore.

I had my first set of eyelash extensions several weeks ago at Kathys Hair & Nail.I had the best experience. These people are full of positive energy and I didnt even realize how long I was in there! They was amazing! I will not let anyone else touch my lashes. My lashes are extremely thick and beautiful! I just moved to the area and was looking for a new go-to place. My technician did a great job on my nails. And She is really a funny person. My nails look natural and shiny. The ambiance is relaxing and calming. To sum up, thanks final touch!

Im so impressed!! One of my friends recommended I come here to get facial service and eyelash extension.I had previously gone others salon and got terrible service, No education and a bad result! but the staff here did a perfect work. They paid attention to detail and created my eyelashes looked like natural more ever and my face was very clean. GOOD service!DEFINITELY recommend this salon! Im going to come back here.

Not impressed. Salon was empty when I came in. That should have been a sign. Other people did arrive after me, but some were totally ignored when they walked in the door.The pedicure procedure was alright, but the manicure was uncomfortable. They told me to relax in a comfortable chair with the massager, but the position of my hands to get the manicure done was for their convenience, not my relaxation.When both the manicure and pedicure wad complete, I was set at a drying station where I was left, unattended for over 30 min.When I examined my nails when I returned home I noticed that they are not shaped well on the hand or foot.Very disappointed. I do not plan to return.

I love this salon. I always get my hair cut here. The price is so good that I always leave a 100% tip, which equals the amount of the cut. Quality of my haircut is always excellent. Kathy is friendly and excellent. John Seger

This place has been one of best kept secrets!!! The staff here are always keep all of chairs/tools very clean and hygienic. Ive never worried their prices, Its so reasonable more than any nail shop if I know. Five stars for you, sure :))

I found Kathys Hair & Nail after having a very bad experience elsewhere about 3 months ago. After reading the reviews, I called.I am so thankful I found them. They are wonderful people. Absolutely love the environment and service I received at here. My eyelashes are really natural and gorgerous. It last to ~6 weeks since done. Thanks guys!I am a lifelong customer and sing their praises to anyone that will listen.

Probably the worst nail salon I have ever visited. Nails were filed uneven even after I pointed it out. Polish must have been very old. Sat under the nail dryer for 35 minutes. Polish still tacky. I asked to have them redone and was told I would have to wait an hour. Paid the bill and left without tipping. Went elsewhere and had the job finished correctly. Happy I have choices.

Loved this place! AMAZINGGGG services!They made sure me felt fabulous for whatever services I was getting. They also understood to my needs and styles, they make it happen! They had a lot of variety lashes to choose from with highly quality products! Ive been received compliments from everybody.Loyal this spot till I go bald! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

She was doing a pedicure and I needed to get my eyebrows waxed, I went to the back and she started to do my eyebrows without washing her hands. I told her what I wanted and she completely ruined my eyebrow s no joke ! I got in my car and literally started crying

I was very impressed at the service and hospitality here! I showed my technician an example of what I wanted (GEL MANICURE) and she nailed it. I cant stop looking down at my nails to admire the impeccable paint job! All in all, I was pleased with the experience and will return.

Terrible job, my wife nail was not on straight, unprofessional to say the least. Started on someone that came in after her first. Hands & feet took 2.5 hours. Very unsanitary, didn’t wash hands in between clients. Use same pedi tool without cleaning on multiple clients. Very rude and rough on hands. Poor shaping on nails. Would’ve been better off with PRESS ONS.

Went To this place because it was closer than where Inusually go. The man that did my pedicure, started then the lady finished it. Scrub the bottom of my feet too much with the pumice n gel, and my feet have been chopped, bleeding n still have opened wounds under both my feet. It hurts to walk and it’s been over a month or more. Please don’t let everyone do your feet. I have never had any problems with my feet in my life til I went here.

Best haircut

I’ve been to fancy high dollar places and nothing compares to the way Kathy does nails I have been going to her since I was a kid. I left for 10 years because I moved and came back she remembered who I was she talks to me her and her husband our very sweet and this is still the best place to go for natural looking nails that last longer than two weeks she has the best prices

Awesome place

I thought it was going to be great because I heard of this place before. The man started my then the owner took over. 3 days later my nail polish started to peel off on its own. Never again will i go there. My middle nails 1 is longer than the other I kept telling her but she act like she didnt hear me. Very unproffessional. 0 star if it was possible

I went in and contacted this salon through mobile to get an appt. And extremely happy with. My staff was extremely personable & he did exactly what I wanted - a polish change for my fingers a toes. In add to, he took his time for a facial waxing and my result is outstanding so will definitely return again.

My mom & I have been coming here since I was 5 years old. I am now 18 years old. They have always treated us like family. They are never rude and very patient. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would.

Have had a old gel pedicure and have looked for several nail salon around my town and just loved here. Cant believe how great my nails look. She did such wonderful job on my pedis ( included re-designed and chose a gel color too) ... very value for pricing ... and always get tons of compliments! will have a manis plan for next double of weeks.

I went in to get a gel manicure on my natural nail, number one the place was empty.. so the woman that did my gel nails, claimed that they would last for 2 weeks, we’ll they didn’t even last for 2 days. They started cracking and peeling off... mind you, they charged me $30.00.... Won’t be coming back.

Worst pedicure. Owner Kathy was there but another lady did pedicure, just awful. She was not detail oriented wanted to finish fast, left lot of dead skin, asked her to clean more and she grabbed foot in bad mood. I said please be gentle. Worst place.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Youre supposed to leave the salon feeling happy not disappointed over a pedi you waisted money on just to come home and re do it yourself because she didnt get the full nails or corners. I honestly dont know why I keep going there. Only because its walking distance. But I dont recommend going here and I never will again. Very unprofessional

They use the same utensils for everyone’s pedicure no new packaging. Kathy has been around for years and after almost 15 years of going there on and off she doesn’t update or upgrade anything and could care less too.

I came for a full set and my eyebrows, it was 2:03 and Im still sitting here at 3:41!! I picked a maroon color and they changed it with brighter red because it was clumpy (which I didnt mind)... My nails look awful! They completed two hair cuts, a pedicure and a wash/blow dry ALL before I even walked out.Find a different salon 😡👎🏼

Well I had played for my fiance to go get her nails just painted. Thay first insultednail polish colour then did did there most horrible job painting them she almost wanted to cry. So unprofessional and needs to close it doors that sick will never send my fiance back you guys sick cant even paint nails smh never go here
