Kathy is GREAT! She takes her time and listens. She squeezed me in today for a fill and pedi! She is lovely and knows her stuff!

I used to go here as a regular. There used to be a young woman who used to work on me forget her name. I came in one day and she was not working and the owner Kathy rudely told me SHE NO HERE !!! and walked away did not ask me to sit and wait or anything. I liked the girl that worked on me but one of the other ladies would have been ok too. I was not there to make a date just the nails. Hey no problem went down the street plenty of other places. That lady was really rude to me, SEEE YA

Audrey’s simply amazing, from her REAL personal chats to being the best nail tech Ive had - she does everything the way its supposed to be done and the way I like it, where she goes I go. I dont break nails because she lays her acrylic perfectly. If I could give her 10 stars I would.I dont use anyone else there but her, she is the BEST.

First time here as a customer for a pedicure. I called before arriving and showed up 30 min early. Kathy was not very attentive she finished doing a customers nails and instead of doing my pedicure she proceeded to talk to another vendor from the plaza. after 20minute of waiting she noticed i became anxious and decided to start my pedicure. she cut me twice and Im not even sure that they properly clean instruments. After she cut my cuticle another young lady completed my pedicure but she reused gloves and instruments from the previous customer. After my experience Im definitely not coming back

Horrible nails by Kathy my nextgen is alreading coming off 1 day later. Rushes and is very rough and sloppy. Cold water in pedicure spas. Do not recommend at all . If I could leave no stars I would.

This is my new spot from now on. The girl that does my nails (Marilyn) is amazing, she does a great job and she has a great personality.

Today I was in this establishment. A nail technician, swung her hand through a 3 year olds (young interracial baby girls) beautiful curly hair, and asked the father what about this childs hair? I was floored! If I was the father, that would never have been permitted!This is when self images are formed! To boot, the Technicians hair, was a mess, clothes, a mess, and her arguing with me, a real mess!!All the time the owners doing my nails, and never neutralized the arguement.Ill never go back..what a shame she (manager, term used lightly) did a pretty decent job!That young child was in a nail salon, not a hair salon...geesh!

Do not go here for NexGen!! Unfortunately, she does not know how to do it correctly. She obviously had never trained herself on how to apply it. My regular nail salon was busy with a lot of people out and couldn’t see me, but I needed my nails done ASAP so I found this place nearby. It had decent reviews on Google, but that was misleading. She did my NexGen as if they were gel and had me stick my hands under a UV light for each layer. Those of you who use NexGen know UV is not necessary. And it caused the NexGen come out deformed and she just kept applying layer after layer to try to fix the deformities. She ended up putting like 10-15 layers of NexGen. I kept quiet although I knew she didn’t know what she was doing, because I was hoping my nails would still come out decent and because I was desperate to have them done before a work presentation the next morning. Unsurprisingly, the very next morning, my nails are already chipping and look horrible. When done right, NexGen is the longest wearing compared to other types of polish, even gel, and rarely ever chip between salon visits. If you’re going to offer a service, at least train yourself on how to do it properly. I’m very disappointed. I know she won’t even know how to fix it and I don’t have time to go back and argue for my money back. So I will just take it as a loss and make sure I warn others as well as make appointments for my regular salon that knows how to do it properly. If I can post pics on here I will.

Kathy do not know how to do nails. She will rush to them your nails will be very uneven. Kathy is really rude to the customers. She barely apply acrylic she will leave your nails thin and break as soon as you leave. She doesnt know how to paint either.

I regret going there to give my nails done. The Asian lady there does not give a care about customer service, and has the audacity to charge extra. Horrible job at doing nails too. NEVER AGAIN. I WARNED YOU. DONT go to here, go to the other girls in there but not her please. Save your money and heart aches from going to her.

Jus so they dont lose customers they mest your nails up every nail is different and some are shorter then the other ones its jus horrible service dont recommend it

I asked for a design she said she couldnt do it then I asked for square nails my nails where all different shapes and thick then the gel polish wasnt applied correctly looked awful I had to go to another salon to get them fixed.

Terrible costumer service! They dont take serious the appointments! Dont even remember their appointments! Dont wasted your time and gas coming here!!!
