They did a wonderful and beautiful job on my nail. I had Trisha doing my nails and she was wonderful I will come back in the future and have her do my nail.

I saw Peter for an ombre set. I love the color, but the shape is very thick and coming pretty far up above the nail to the point where it looks bulbous. I asked him if he could make it less thick and he looked irritated and didnt say anything. A while later he filed them more with the dremol tool, but it did not help the thickness. My friends said it looks like a drop of water is on my nails. I felt really uncomfortable saying anything else, since I had already mentioned it so I just paid my 60$ fee for dip powder apparently, tipped, and left.

Went last week to do my nails gel, color did not come out like photo and got credit to redo. went back to use my “credit” and they did not do gel so what was the point of offering the refund when I technically got nothing back in return could’ve gone to Target to get polish and paint them myself just like how i did the first time. I said it ok about them doing the regular polish when they finished becase I just wanted to leave becase my wants weren’t fulfilled the two times :)

They are under new management and what a big difference. My nails were done by Peter and they look great. Pedicure was perfect and even had my brows done . Professional and clean!

I went here recently while on vacation for a cruise. I chose Koi nail salon based on reviews of cleanliness, friendly staff and quality services and location. Both Kelly and TT did a fine job on my powder dip manicure and gel pedicure. Kelly was very patient with me as I was indecisive in what I actually wanted on my nails. The salon was kept clean.Although I do not live here, I will certainly return again on my next visit to south Florida.

Horrible customer service since you walk in. I walked in to get a manicure and the woman wasn’t welcoming at all. She point to the colors and kept me waiting. She was gossiping and not doing any work. Another employee complaint on her and they started fighting with each other. At the end the lady that told me to just grab a color was so rude after the argument that I decided to walk out. Customers were embarrassed about the entire situation and the place was empty in a Saturday. To me that said enough. This place is 2 min from my home and I rather go far than this rude place. Plus the prices were high for the kind of service. Not relaxing, terrible customer service, not a lot of color selection...just horrible.

Ive been going here since it opened. Fuji was doing my nails somewhere else and I followed him. He is GREAT!!! I moved to Royal Palm Beach and tried a couple of closer salons. NO WAY! Back to Fuji. My nails are strong long and healthy again.

Havent gotten my nails done yet but Ive gotten my toes done there a few times. They always do such a great job and they come out very nice. Everyone there is super friendly as well

Kelly is awesome. She takes her time and my nails are perfect every time. The atmosphere is great, the shop is clean and the staff is very friendly. They are honest with people and dont just say 10-15 minutes when they know it will be longer.

Very unfortunate experience. The place is gorgeous and the owner was very nice. Unfortunately the woman doing my pedicure was absolutely awful. Which, when youre having a bad day and looking forward to having 30 minutes of bliss, and you get a rushed 10 from someone who seems like everything else in the room is more important is well, frustrating! She didnt even rub my feet! And rubbed both legs at the same time for about 10 seconds. And just my shins. I mean come on! The worst.I had high hopes for this place and am super bummed. I will not be back.

Linda Gives the greatest pedis!!! Kelley and Fuji are great nail techs! Large color variety and reasonably priced. Very clean and professional salon!! I can def tell they do their hardest to get people in and out but would recommend an appointment to avoid waiting!! Definitely recommend to you ladies and gents looking for a regular manicurist!

The place was so clean and got me in right away! I was excited as it was clean and priced well. I got the NextGen (dip) nails done on nov 23,2019. On Monday my left hand pointer finger nail broke. I hit it hard so I was like ok ... then today my right hand middle finger chipped off ON THE SIDE. My thumb also has some chips in it. I’ve been getting my nails done for 3 months now (my usual lady couldn’t fit me in so I tried this place) and this has NEVER happened to ANY nail. I was so disappointed in the quality. He had my nails done in less than an hour but I’d prefer quality over speed next time as this was a waste. My nails usually last 3 weeks and are just grown out. Never chip off. I won’t recommend this place except for saying it is clean. But to me I’d rather drive further and get good quality.

PLEASE do not let all of these good reviews fool you. The women in their cannot do nails. I tried to give them chances I sent my sister and my daughter same results. The man does good nails but is pretty racist. He says things about Latinos and can be very rude because hes overworked as hes the only one who actually knows how to do nails. Be careful make sure that if you get your feet done that theyre opening a new package. There is 1 man, who is good, and 1 girl who is acceptable. But its a gamble.

Horrible experience from when I open that door. The lady looked at me like I was an alien not been welcoming at all. The lady who did my pedicure peel off skin from my big toe meaning I am still in pain due to that poor job not able to wear close shoes. I asked her to cover the spaces she left empty, I only cover with nail polish the front part leaving nail polish on my skin. Regular manicure usually long last 3 days. This one was peeling 2 hours later, even the glitter that is hard to take off is gone already. I paid before do my manicure, when I walked away, the lady stop me asking if I paid already and made me wait 5 minutes until she figure out if I was saying the true or not. NEVEr NEVER again!

First time going the inside is so nice & relaxing the world are really nice people, they really helped me out with my nails made me feel comfortable the owner is really nice if youre not sure on whats good for you they will help you out. The best nails salon I ever been at, really recommend

11/3 Edit: in response to nik gonzales‘ review, I can personally vouch there was a mishap with his daughter‘s scheduled appointment being at 2 instead of 1. I was in the shop getting my nails done during this incident and his daughter was rude and disrespectful to the shop owner, Kelley. His daughter arrived around 1pm and they had 3 people ahead of her in the shop myself included. Kelley explained her appointment was at 2, apologized for the mishap and told her she can pick out her colors while she waits. His daughter then called her dad while in the shop and loudly complained about the shop in front of everyone and then began calling other shops to see if they could take her immediately. They ended up walking out of the shop and the staff did not say anything while his daughter was disrespectful. Shame on you for Nik for posting reviews that are damaging to people’s livelihoods and also allowing your daughter to speak disrespectfully to others. Kelley and her staff always try their best to accommodate their customers and are genuinely passionate about their business.I’ve been coming to Kelley for about 2 years and I cannot say enough good things about her and the shop. She helped me grow out my nails with the next gen. Everyone is incredibly skilled and creative. I always receive so many compliments on my nails and they are reasonably priced. I’m very hard on my nails with my day-to-day activities and they always last me 3-4 weeks. Any time I break a nail - Kelley always makes time for me to fix it.

First AND LAST visit. They were rude, unfriendly, unprofessional but most importantly UNSANITARY!! My daughters pedi turned into an infected toe after they put there dirty hands, utensils, etc. on day 1. She was visiting from up north and I made the very bad mistake of suggesting this place! Never have I felt so uncomfortable. I was there to have my nails off and get a basic manicure. The guy threw a full-on temper tantrum, throwing his weight around because I requested to have my nails wrapped and filed down rather than soaking my hands in acetone. Sorry I made your job that I WOULD HAVE PAID FOR a little bit more time consuming. He then brought other customers into his fit by asking them “this is how we do things here, isn’t it!”. Just appalling.

Was so unhappy with my nail salon. I got so lucky and came across Koi and even luckier because MINT did my nails and she is fantastic! She is so patient, she listens and her work is gorgeous and clean! Highly recommend!!

Apparently they thought it was funny that I wanted a pedicure, point taken, Im overweight and not the most handsome guy. Anyway after that total embarrassment, the lady didnt understand what I was saying and proceeded to cut skin that grows a little weird under my toe. Long story short, the toe got infected and Im now on antibiotics and had to have an abcess lanced and drained that included a 300 dollar podiatrist appointment. This is a typical low end Korean salon just in a better location with non English speaking employees who are plain rude, ignorant, and unprofessional. Im not even sure they are licensed.

BEST SERVICE EVER!! Kelly is a treasure!!! All these girls are so sweet and provide exceptional service. Looking at some of these reviewss, some of these people are walk ins that expect to be immediately seen as if they had an appointment(which they didnt). Koi nails is one of the hardest working establishments I know. Ive been coming here for years and sometimes these girls and Fuji dont even take lunch breaks. They are beyond hard workers. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! LOVE COMING TO THE SHOP

They have not kept up with the good work they started. My pedi is only ok. They rushed the nexgen mani and its terrible. Ill never go back. Besides cutting my cuticles many times. 😞 The pedi chairs are really nice (new) and comfortable. However the mani area is very messy and uncomfortable.

This people are very nice! My nails came out ok for a first timer! I just hated that when i got my pedicure the girl put a use disposable flipflop on my feet. You could clearly see a dirty footprint was already on the shoe. She just turned it over to use the cleaner side like its ok to reuse it.

I lived in Palm Beach County for 2 1/2 years and it took me 2 years to find this amazing nail salon. I am sooooo glad I did. Honestly don’t waste your time going to those chain nail salons. Go off the beaten path and go to Koi Nails. They are family oriented and do fantastic work. Fuji did my wedding nails, Linda always did my pedicures, and Kelly does the bombest gel manicures ever. This place is the real deal- all those fancy nails you see on Pinterest - they can do it at Koi Nails. I moved to California and just recently went back to Florida and got another amazing manicure from Kelly. Definitely the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. Big props to my friend Steph for discovering this place!

The gentleman poorly executed my nails. Seemed he was in a rush to get to his appointments. They only had one person on staff at the time I arrived doing nexgen so I had to wait a bit (which I didnt really mind). The only thing I like about my nails was the shape I asked for. Everything else seemed very amateur as far as my nails go. The place was nice and clean though

AMAZINGGG!!! Kelly does amazing nails. Fuji is the besttt; designs,forms and a great person to converse with. Pedicures are so magical when the nail tech (Linda) is really great with ingrowns. Clean, quickly attend you, give u honesty feedback if its good for nails or not. Dont forget they have massages and wax. What is a better way to bond and make new friends over some wine and designs? NOTHING. So come get your nails done by the best of the best in West Palm.

The old lady (i think her name is Wanda) gave me a horrible pedicure, she did nothing to my toes, and she also did not know how to do my nails, she destroyed my nails, I’m sorry for leaving this bad review n your page but she has done my nails twice and she just doesn’t know how to do them. This is my 3 visit for nexgen. The lady that did my first was not bad but I wasnt very happy with her work then I met Fuji and my experience changed completly. He is fast and detailed. I dont have a lot of time in hand since i go in my lunch hr. My nexgen so far has lasted anywhere from 3-4 weeks it all depends if i pick on them =)

Ok so from the time I walked in there was straight attitude! I told them when I walked in I needed a pedicure and full set done they told me yes they can do it so as I’m almost done with my nails the man lets me know that they won’t be able to do my nails so I asked him why would he tell me after my nails is done so he starts to cruss me out then theats to call the police on me because I’m speaking on how I feel . He called me a coco rat because I was on the phone speaking creole which is very disrespectful!!!! After I pay him he runs to my taxi to let my taxi know not to pick me up which I ended up getting in the taxi despite the fact!! Ladies this nail shop is HORRIBLE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!! Worst experience of my life !!! I wouldn’t recommend this nail shop at all !!!!!!!

Yes, very nice, new place but the ladies who do the pedicures are down right mean, rushed and unprofessional... the lady linda didnt even scrub the bottom of my feet, unbelievable, i told her I was ticklish but never said I did not want a scrub!!! The owner is very nice but what is the deal with rushing??? As if soooo many people were going in, Ive been there 3 times to give them the benefit of a doubt and always, always, rushing. Im done. Oh and not to mention I always get bubbles on my nails and Kelly is so rude as if it was my fault they also do not touch your own nail at all, no shaping nor anything, they only do the set they place, thats a sign of a bad nail place. Wellington has the best places, definitely worth the drive. Plenty of other places to go to.

If I had the option of giving 0 stars thats what this place would get. Went there to get a mani gel and pedicure for the first time and was very dissapointed. The person who did my pedi did ok, but the paint job was horrible, didnt clean the edges well. Linda did my gel mani. She was in a rush, the painting was very sloppy, edges were not painted so i called her out on it and she tried to paint over it making it look worse. I told her i didnt like the way she was painting my nails and that i wanted the nail polish removed. She got upset and began removing it very rudely, then she turned to her co worker and began talking to her in her language in a loud tone, obviously talking about me! SO DISRESPECTFUL!!!!! I went to pay and told the person up front to charge me only for my pedicure. She said i owed $40 bc they did mani... basically paid for a horrible service and horrible experience! I dont recommend this place to anyone!
