Over love this place 1st time here but won’t be the last from the time I walked in Laura was pleasant with her joyfulness and her willingness to help after she was finished doing my nails and I seen how great of a job she did I asked my mom to come and get her nails done she was very pleased and happy with the service and how they did her nails we will be back thanks Laura

I came in with no appointment. Someone other 2 girls came after me WITHOUT A APPOINTMENT AS WELL. somehow they got help before me and I had to wait 1hour and 30 minutes before anyone helped me. What I wanted was clearly simple. I told them I wanted pink and length just like the picture! BUT this is the result it’s like they didn’t try. ALSO MY NAILS HURT IM SURE THEY USE THE MMA PRODUCT I HAD TO REMOVE THEM. At another place wasting more money again my nails for 60$ and this set looks like I did them myself . GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Very clean salon. Everyone was professional and courteous. I had eyebrow waxing, Abe did an amazing job! They were busy and i was a walk in they got me right in within minutes . I highly recommend.

The atmosphere was very inviting. Im visiting from BOSTON and I couldnt find a place that wasnt taken appointments so I Googled nail salon near me and NAIL LUX popped up....Vick was my nail technician and he was concentrated and kind... He had a very friendly smile and I saw it under the mask.I love the color and the service.Thank You. TILL NEXT TIME

Laura did wonderful on the ombré nails pleased on how my nails turned out. I recommend going to her.

New owners!! Beware. Husband is rude. Curses at young ladies. Over charges and if you don’t like the price they will tell you to get up and leave. If there is any issue they get extremely nasty. They aren’t using brand new tools for pedicures, some have rust on them. Spend your money elsewhere.

DONt DO YOUR EYELASHES THERE PLEASE!!!! It took out all my eyelashes

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I WENT HERE they were so rude talking about me the owner worked on my nails i have natural long nails no need for tips and he destroyed them my healthy nails were horrible so uneven the charged me $85 for my own nails i didnt need tips im very disappointed i saw roaches crawling around I stepped on a dead one 🤮 they were drinking wine and while working i left bleeding this store was the worst the called me a broke b**** cause i left a 2 dollar tip unacceptable

DO NOT go to this nail salon they won’t do what you ask for. Then have the nerve to over price you & charge $80!! Not satisfied at all. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I got a gel pedicure with one of the gentleman he was very rude and I could tell he was doing everything like he was forced. Very uncomfortable experience.

I have been coming here since they opened, its a close location for me and I always get great service. The nail reps are so nice and inviting and have expertise, quality experience. I have never left unhappy.!

I always go to Nora for a full set. Definitely recommend her, shes so sweet and cheerful. I also get a pedicure there, and basically any of the ladies available do a excellent job. Just call to make an appointment 1-2 days before you want to go... i always get attended right away, but if i did ever wait it was never more than 5-10 minutes.

DON’T COME HERE! I would not recommend this place at all they love to over price things and lie on the receipts, my nail is ugly and not straight at all.

Very professional and clean, I recommend Tom, he did a wonderful job with my nails!! Will be coming back.

I did not have a good experience here at all!!!! I asked for a full set and the lady took over 2 HOURS!!! to finish just my nails!!! I wish I remembered her name but pray you don’t get her turtle self!! I don’t know if she’s new to doing nails but she’s slow and my nails were horrible looking after. My sister had to make appointments with a guy named T to make sure she didn’t get stuck with Miss Turtle. Hope y’all have a better experience then me

Sunday is salon day.. I dread the wait time to get our nails done which is why I visit this location. The staff is always friendly and accommodating to our needs and wants. I highly recommend this location.

I got a normal short set of acrylic and a pedicure and they charged me $75 like what the heck. they didnt do the shape properly. it was all sorts of messed up. and all my nails came off within a week. $75 for gel polish “coffin shape” and “medium length” and a pedicure. the nail techs are not trained properly. im never coming here ever again.

Amazing designs, definitely better than any other nail salon I’ve been to. Staff super friendly and open. Will be returning 100%

Do not go here! Horrible customer service! Went back 2 hours after getting a full set because they looked horrible (the lady that did them did not smooth them out and the French tip she painted on with a white design brush so it was clumpy and messy) I insisted she just do a white tip from the start but she wasn’t comfortable and wanted to paint it on instead. when I returned to have them fixed they made me wait over 30 min only to say it would be over 30 more to even be seen to FIX THE MISTAKE THEY MADE. Never returning.

Horrible first experience. Am only giving two stars because the lady doing my nails was kind but the way she did them was horrible!! Let me start by saying it took 3 hours for her to do a full set on me. The full set starting lifting after the second day. She cut about 4 of my fingers and for the first two days it burned to wash my hands. I paid 40$ which is relatively cheaper than the usual. But this is not worth it at all. The gel was done so bad, it didnt cover my whole nail. I asked for 3D flowers on my ring finger and she proceeded to add gems which in no way even resembled a flower. And the index finger I wanted gems on was so thick, it looked ghetto. I work in an office setting so it was from no fault of my own. Also, the shape was different for each coffin nail. My thing is, why let her work for your company if she does nails like this?!? Safe to say I wont be coming back.

The people were nice and the work was good, but the chemical smell was so bad my lungs hurt even when I left the store. Not healthy.

Ladies were friendly, but I couldn’t believe the explicit and raunchy music that was playing. I have never heard the word “pussy” being said so many times. Very uncomfortable and very unprofessional.

Went there twice during the week once at 6:30 and another time at 6, and was turned away both times because “they were about to close”. Never been to a salon that didn’t accept customers until closing. Both times going there only one other customer there. Ridiculous especially since this is a new shop, and I work near the plaza. Could have had a long time customer.

I paid $ 25 for a non-colored pedicure, the only thing I asked for was cleaning the cuticles and he didnt do anything sloppy, I dont use gloves, they have no control with covid, there were people together without respecting the distance the dirty bathroom
