They take there time and do the job right!! Been going here to do my nails for more than 15yrs and I now did my brows there its been about 3 or 4yrs and never needed a touch up!! Also get my lashes done by Lena

Recently got a full set and pedicure. The pedicurist was very thorough, she took her time but my nails are a different story, they chipped within a week and within 2 weeks, had about 4 chipped nails. I believe they are using cheaper products and it shows.

So family oriented there. Love them and their amazing work.

Absolutely love them! They work fast and they’re never crowded. Only place where I am out in less an hour and their work is awesome!

Nail tech was rude and unprofessional. Spoke condescending to me and how I should know the difference between gel and acrylic. Shaming me and entirely rude for a service that was their responsibility.

I got my lashes done here & she did an amazing job. It only lasted 1 week though, it was my first time so I didnt properly take care of it. But overall the staff are very nice and helpful. I will be returning soon.

The owner is very rude and nasty I was sitting in there while she was going off on another lady because she went somewhere else to get her nails done. Then the guy that was doing my nails was talking about the lady as well. Very unprofessional! I would not recommend no one there. I hope this lady never go back there to get her nails done. If I could give them a zero stars I would. She act like she the only one that can do nails. You need to change your attitude if you want business.

Gave me a new nail Tech that only spoke Spanish, barely understood what owner was telling her to Do messed up multiple times && Doesnt like constructive criticism. No Heat lamps to dry my nails she Used a Paper to fan . . . Tooo Too rough && Extreamly UNCOMFORTABLE. . I Won’t be comin here again sorry . .

It was my first time getting my nails done over there and the people were so friendly. There was this guy that was making jokes and talking with us and the lady was really nice and stood there helping choose how i wanted my nails done and next week Im going for a facial. This is my new salon for my nails and facials. Thank you nail boutiqe for your great service and hospitality.

No reason to do a fake page. That was my first review. Your wife was the one that did my nails before I went to the other nail place that you guys were upset about. Nails were very bumpy! Amy and hung is amazing over there and wish they work somewhere else to get my toes done but I would never recommend no one because of your attitude and wife. You can’t get upset because of how I feel. Lol

So I walked in the other day, asked the girl who is so-called owner whether I could get a pedicure because it was getting late, she said yes, as I went to sat on the chair, the nail tech informed me that it was too late after the same lady spoke with her in a foreign language. This is unprofessionalism at its best. People who have no customer service skills whatsoever took over a salon and dont know how to communicate with people and provide good service. If it wasnt for existing ladies who can never seem to quit this place, this shop would have definitely closed down. As I left, no one said sorry and apologized . WOW!

Are used to go there all the time but one day I came in sat down and waited about 25 minutes and then after that the girl says to me come back later why did she not tell me that when I 1st walked in I used to tip those girls very well and for some Reasons and that day when I came in I was treated like A- BUM so I dont go there anymore
