I always go to Nancy! She’s one of the best nail techs I’ve ever had 😁 they’re all so nice

I have been going here for years. They are prompt & I always love my hair afterwards which I am forever changing it up.

The place is nice, friendly and good service. They did my nails exactly how I want them. Specially when I said thin, because other salon even if you ask them not to be thick they still doing thick.. the only thing bad is that they should be more organized and actually look at the signing book and have the appointment people be priority. (This is a week after and still looking good)

I have been coming here for some time now. Tina is fantastic always very nice and does a beautiful job. However I cant say that from the people that make appointments. I made an appointment for 430 and I got there right on time. Tina put me in chair and told me to wait while she starts another lady. I dont think that is right being I made an appointment, Then she tells me to come back tomorrow. WOW really what a slap in the face that is. I spend good money there. I buy the spa treatments and I tip pretty good too. Why do they treat me so bad like that. I drove all the way across town for nothing. That is totally unfair. I have never walked out of a place before. Today I did. The lady that takes appointments I think the owner to me has an attitude problem. Maybe she does not want men to go there not really sure, but she is not very friendly at all. I have always been nice and polite to everyone there. I dont know what the problem is. I dont think I want to go back there anymore. Poor Tina, I will miss her

They are the best I love the nexgen hombre nails. Also had a pedicure with my daughters cause they serve to get pampered.

My mom had to repair a broken nail that was done at another salon. Called them and explained and was told to come over. Got there and my mom was attended to right away. She was met by Lena who owns the salon; the end product was beyond awesome and looked far better than the nails done at the other nail salon. Lena worked fast but neat and my mom was very satisfied!

The Asian female owner is very rude and unprofessional. She act as if she is doing you a favor. They over charge for mediocre work. She is not welcoming at all. Please don’t even waste your time, go somewhere there is better customer service.

Tina is the best for eyebrows and pedicures. I have been going to HER for over 10 yrs. Customer service from other workers could be better.

This place is great! I went in there after I tried to do my own nails, mind you I do have experience and I do have a few clients, However when it comes to doing my own nails... lets just say thank goodness for Nancy and Kim theyre amazing artist

My nails and toes look amazing! Best nail salon I have found since I moved here from NC. Nancy and Mint did such a wonderful job. I am so happy and will definitely be back to see them. Found my new nail salon here in South Florida.

This place is disgusting.. black mold and rats and the nail lady had the nerve to not do anything about it she just acted like they lived there !! Don’t go here !!!

I been in this salon for 17 years of my life good service. Michelle does great wax and designs recommend her. And Jeff does a good job at nails. Amazing salon :3 fair prices and now open again Sunday 11-5 pm

It was very clean. No wait. And the price for eye brow & lip waxing was a very good. She did a great job & was very quick. I love the way it looks!

Stopped in for a simple gel fill because they didnt look to busy. Waited 20 mins for 1 out of 2 nail techs to do a horrible job. Half my nails werent even so she had to file them done again. The one nail that had to be completely replaced was glued on crooked. If she hadnt done a rush job then Im sure I wouldve been satisfied.

The ladies do amazing on my eyebrows. Customer service isnt great all the time but the man here does amazing nails and is great at making conversation and always does everything your way. Ive been loyal here for awhile and the prices are very fair.

I always come here every month to get my nails done but i only let one chick do it the spanish lady in the second row she does them amazing if she busy i will always wait .. This is my number one place to get my nails done

Ive been getting pedicures for 20 years. Ive had good & great but this was the first time ever that I had a horrible pedicure. First the water was way too hot I couldnt put my feet in, I told the person doing it then it was cold instead of making it warm. Then I noticed the water wasnt blue because she didnt put any of their anti bacterial soap in thevm foot tub either. The pedi process hurt instead of feeling good. My pedi and my toes look like a child did them. They arent even filed evenly and the polish requested was french tip which wasnt done correctly either. I cant believe it. I could have done better myself. No massage done at the end either. Everyone knows thats one of the top reasons for a pedi and the better the pedi the better the tip will be. Then the girl next too me, everytime she tried to tell the girl doing her pedi something the woman had to get another girl to translate because the woman doing her pedi didnt speak ANY english at all. Last time I checked english is the first spoken language in this country so if your not Bi- lingual then at least speak english. I doubt she has her license too even do nails. I have a friend in the area of licensing and she said its very unlikely because in order to do the hours required by the state and take the state exam she would need to speak some english. If you would have seen her whole demeanor this is not someone who went to school and got their license to do nails. Im never going back there. Theres more but I feel this is already more negative then I ever want to have to write so all I can say is for the sake of the business I hope they improve all these services ASAP.

This place is absolutely horrible; each of the 3 nail technicians are so rude, their available nail polishes are completely out of date and theyre all either old, expired or both. The only thing they do well is eyebrow waxing.Although I live within walking distance of this place, I will never go there again.

The worst nail salon I been to I rate them zero. Very rude not enough workers and they dont have half the colors, they dont know how to do designs and nobody there knows how to do nails I will never go back or recommend anyone go here they are horrible. The male is the worst one. And Michelle sucks at doing nails she just knows the basic nail. They all need an upgrade and more training in all aspects. Or need to close
