I used to love this place but it’s slowly going downhill my nails and toes were rushed I couldn’t even get comfortable because the workers were trying to leave early, Forcing me to get my nails and toes done at the same time which was extremely uncomfortable and the guy who did my nails was so rough hurting me. Overall I gave them three stars because my nails looked decent I just wish they were a bit neater.

Tony is excellent! My gel nails and gel pedicure look divine! I’m soo glad I discovered this hidden gem! This will now be my go to salon!

I refuse to go anywhere else to get my nails done and ONLY Andy is allowed to do my eyebrows. I love this place. They are professional and super clean.

There is a vast selection of polish that seems unending. There are many employees here, so despite a large amount of foot traffic, we were seen very quickly. The short wait went by even quicker getting to love on the sweet dog here. The decor is very nice with a tiled counter, laced curtains, and wood, tile, and stone floors. The amount of attention given to our simple mani pedi without polish was impressive. The skill used working around the corners of my nail beds and cuticals were exceptional; not once did she make me jump. It was a wonderful treat.

Looking for a nail salon to go to where you are remembered and treated like a celebrity then CT nails is the place to go! I can guarantee if you go one time you will become part of the fam yes I said family cuz the staff there is so amazing and caring they dont just see you as a dollar sign they treat you like your family they always are talking to you, giving you good advice, cheering you up if your going threw something I love love love this place!!! Prices are a steal when you see the quality of the nails they do! Andy is my #1 go to guy but everyone there is great. They even offer great deals on Thursdays. But I could go on for days about the great job, customer service, clean salon, amazing pedicure chairs. To go anywhere else Is silly because your only missing out on the best place around! They are located right on northlake next to burger king in the plaza thats got John Smith subs, little ceasers, & Platos closet .

The worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Not only that the pedicure was horrible the lady had a very nasty attitude I felt like I was bothering her at the end when I was going to pay she snatch the money off my hand very rude and unprofessional I will never visit this place again.25 dollars down the drain

My favorite place to go during my self care, days...Andy is thee absolute best .. hes very professional, doesnt rush& pays close attention to detail...Tu, is always my choice for pedicures!! She takes her time& has never dissatisfied with her service...I even have my mom hooked!! 👌

Today was my first time visit. I was surprised at how wonderful the service is. Cheaper then my usual nail place. This is my new nail shop. I love this place Andy and Tuna are the best!!! Thank guys!!!!

My first time here and they did not disappoint. I did a ombré fullset and a french pedicure with Andy. I absolutely loved both services especially my ombré nails. I will be back for sure 😁

So I was told that they have availability to accommodate a nexgen mani and a gel pedi. I was there for 3 hours and they still had not started my nexgen. I got there at 3p and I called ahead of time. They did not complete the service I requested within the 3 hours time I spent there. I had to leave without my nails done and they charged FULL price for the pedi.I think they just told me that they could take me to make money. They were not concerned about carrying out good customer service at all. I paid for the service and made a mental note to never return.

Extremely rude. I walked in and was not greeted. When I asked for a pink and white repair the man in the front said “We don’t have the same powder”. I said that’s okay if it’s a little off. He then asked to see my hand then promptly told me “We don’t do that here.” All I have is pink and white acrylic French tips. Wow! Horrible customer service. Would not recommend.

If I could rate no stars I would. this lady name Kim veryyy rude not professional. a simple eyelash extension procedure due to the same prior day of receiving my service I explained to Kim that the eyelash was put on incorrectly and I explained that was arrington my eye and also if I could get it removed she said NO she would not remove it. the next morning my eyes was swollen shut unable to see.i went back to KIM letting her know what she did and she was unapologetic and rude about it.DO NOT GET YOUR EYELASHES DONE THERE

This place has the rudest customer service Ive ever experienced in a nail salon. The young lady at the bar who does eyebrows & lashes, has bad energy. Not everyone is hood & ghetto and dont want to be talked to as such. I get it, that you cater to your clientele but, man. They over-lie about the wait time. But the sad thing is, they will continue to thrive, because WE spend tons of money on things we THINK we need & do not care about the service.Ive started to write reviews, because I feel we need to get in the habit of it, to help bad businesses change or encourage good business to keep doing well. When we are aware, not knowing is no longer an excuse.This is not the place for me. 😒

Kim and Andy are awesome!!!! I am always very pleased. Every time I try a new place....I end up right back at CT Nails!! I give the best pedicures! I love the way Kim does eyebrows. There isnt anybody with her technique!

Where Do I Even start ??? I have Been going there for years & never went anywhere else. The last time I went there my nail fell off hours later, because they are so cheap on glue I have to tell them to please put more because it falls off quick & the barely put some more . I went in recently & i even was looking for another nail place to check out but i still went to ct nails after reading the reviews, I was like I will still go because I don’t trust anyone else & I went in & First he cut me & put glue on it ?? Excuse me ??& then the next day my nail chipped so easy I’m like of course . & week later it 3 falls off . Won’t be going back . Don’t go here !!!!!!! Not worth it !!!!

I wish I could show you a picture of my nails. Then youd understand better. This was a gift. I asked for square gel tips with sides rounded-like Ive had done a dozen times. The young man who did my nails was by far the most unfriendly, hostile (almost) person Ive ever dealt with. He didnt even say hello when I sat down. I said hello, and he responded without even looking at me. He didnt look at me the entire time he was doing my nails except to acknowledge he understood what I was asking for, and when I saw he had not rounded them but left them perfectly square. I asked him to round them and he said they were. I tried to clarify and be brushed me off. It was terrible service. I gave it a 3 star though because my gift also included a pedicure, and the woman was very sweet and pleasant.

I did my nails here less than a week ago my friend and I, We got the ombré . Which didn’t even look like ombré, he didn’t blend the colors right at all, but the next day one of my nails fell off, in like 2 days 3 fell off, it was a waste of $50, I rather go to the flea market where it’s less but my nails last long, very disappointedOther than that, the place looks clean and nice

I use to go here for a very long time Bout 12years. I thought when you go to a nail place you go to relax get some me time but in stead when you open the doors and walk in its like walking into a damn day care i looked on the door of what suppose to be a nail salon because I thought i was walking into the wrong place Daddy Day Care kids running jumping all over the place parents not controlling there children the nail salon said nothing wheres there a BIG SIGN that says watch your kids and then the rudest customer Service like they have attitudes because they have to do your nails but isnt that what there suppose to do

I decided to get my nails done with my daughter, which I havent done in years. The people are very nice and all but the service...... my nails came out horrible!! I watched The woman next to me get a fill and hers were horrible as well. My daughters nails came out bad as well. I could understand if I were ther only one that had an issue but three different employees did horrible work. I paid the $38 plus a tip but I WILL NEVER step foot in there nor recommend this place.. this is a place employed with people who do not know how to do nails

All I asked for was for my eyebrows to not be thin I wanted them to stay thick and arched not saying the young woman didnt know how to do her job, the young lady named Kim had the rudest attitude ever If Im paying my bucks on anything I have a right to request what I want PERIOD! Been going here on and off for years. Like any salon you have your favorites and they make sure your happy and satisfied.

I went to get a mani pedi done and arrived at 6 pm, they informed me that I had to choose which one I wanted because they closed soon. I asked them what time they closed and the guy said 7. I picked a pedicure and I finished at 6:30... my friend also went with me and got acrylic nails and she asked the man to do something and he snickered at her and was rushing and super rude. The lady who did my toes was super nice but both men that work there were super rude and disrespectful. I will NOT be going back there, and I do not suggest them whatsoever.

Kim is very rude and disrespectful.. I had my nails done Sunday 09/17/17 by Tina. I use to go here all the time to Tina and would do the gel polish and it would chipwithin a day or two. When I would go back and complain Kim would make a big deal as if it was my fault so I stop going. Well I tried going again on 09/17/17 and it was only Tina and Andy doing nails service wasn’t bad at all. When I went back that Wednesday because my gel polish AGAIN was chipping. I go to Tina she tells Kim and now there saying it’s my fault my polish is chipping and told them when I go elsewhere it never chips. So now there speaking in there language loud and aggressive. Long story short a guy end up doing it but I will NEVER go back there. Kim as the nastiest attitude and if she doesn’t fix it they will be out of business soon. She needs to learn how to talk to people give respect to get respect

The salon looked nice enough from the outside, but we entered the salon and it absolutely reeked of acrylic. It smelled like I was trapped in a nail polish bottle. If you can tolerate the scent then Im sure its a nice enough place, but my asthma couldnt handle it.

Well worth the wait. My daughter and I LOVE our nails!!!

HORRIBLE. The man that did my nails talked to me like I was a child, making demands instead being polite....my nails are all different sizes, he did my acrylic way too thin, I went five days ago and already lost two nails, have chipped polish, and the 3d designs I paid $15 bucks extra for fell off. To top it off he spilled black nail polish all over my foot and thighs and didnt even try to help remove it or say sorry. I wish I could give no stars. LA nails across the street did 100Xs better.

I was very disappointed in my visit today at this spa and I will never ever go back. I was referred by a friend to a lady by the name of Kim who supposedly does a great job on the brows. Well unfortunately due her nasty attitude and unprofessionalism I had to walk right out of there. I was made to know she was only going to be there until 6pm today, rushed after work to get there in time to then be told she wasnt there and would be back in 30 mins. So I patiently waited. When she finally arrived, the gentleman that worked there that was very pleasant in asking myself and my mother to wait told her we were waiting to have our eyebrows done. I got up to approach her and she walked straight pass me without saying hello or I would be with you in such a time, sat in the chair to begin a fresh set of nails. I was so frustrated and in asking for someone else to do my brows she then says it will be 45 mins waiting. I got up and left because I couldnt believe her manner as if I was begging for her service. The worst salon Ive ever been to and I will never refer anyone to her no matter how good she is, she need to fix that attitude!

Nice atmosphere! very spacious and clean!!! treats everyone with respect, EVEN on the busiest day of the week. Will continue to go there. just the customers are a lil impatient and annoying! estatisticians are AMAZING!!

If I could leave a poop emoji I so would. Ive come to this salon many many times, Ive never reviewed because it was never anything special anytime Ive gone there. As a matter of fact Ive left unhappy a few times but I didnt wanna sit there for them to correct the mistake so I always kept it to myself. Well Monday May 15th I took my 2 nieces daughter and myself to get our nails done. It was 6pm when we walked in and Kim the young very unprofessional greeter sitting in front as soon as you walk in instantly had a disgusted look as to why we even walked in the store. She was very short in asking what we wanted and cut me off before I could finish talking and simply said we close at & we cant do anything sorry. I just laughed and took my girls right across the street to LA Nails, Thankfully we were greeted very nicely and with a short wait we were in and out full of smiles and loved the work they did on our nails. I dont expect any special treatment anywhere I go but I do expect to be treated with respect when Im out spending my money at a place of business.

Went there on Saturday. The lady doing my pedi was complaining that her shoulder was hurting. She spent so much time on my toes that when she got to my heel she was tapped out. Taking my money elsewhere..
