Lucky Nails is taking very seriously each COVID 19 guidelines. No walk-ins... only appointments. One client at a time per technician. Each station has a transparent shield to avoid splash and be protected at all times. My mom loves Jimmys work for her nails. Jennifer and Elizabeth are awesome for pedicure. We had a great experience. I wish each business were good as Lucky Nails about COVID 19 guidelines.

I have Jimmy do my nails he’s the BEST hands down!!! I’ve been coming almost 2 years now couldn’t wait for them to open back up. Due to COVID-19 they closed but today their back open and not only was it already extremely clean, they are making customers sanitize at the door and taking temperatures just for everyone to feel somewhat safe!! If you’re looking for a nice place with good quality work come here ask for Jimmy he’s my guy but everyone there is great.

Had a pedicure done today, I was very impressed before walking in they are checking your temp and making sure you sanitize your hands. They are limiting the amount of people and have plastic stands all over the place.. Felt safe!

This salon is under new management. Please note that this salon is under new management. I read a lot of the reviews and fortunately I have not experienced any of the negative things described there. First, the prices are fair. Second, the salon is very clean and smells like it. There is not that fuming smell that some salons have. Third, my experience with Tiffany and Snow has been remarkable. I never feel rushed or like I am just another number. So I moved to WPB about 2 years now and I scoured the area for a new nail salon to call home. I had tried about 3-4 different nail salons and always felt like just another number and that my business wasn’t appreciated. Here, I never look at my hands and/ or feet and say: “Never again.” I’ve been coming here for about 7-8 months now and I wanted to share my experience because the past reviews really make you want to run. I hope this helps someone make a choice to join my nail crew. :-)

I gave this nail salon 6 months & will never go again.. I truly believe they only cater to white & Spanish people. The reason I said they also cater to Spanish people is because they have 1 Spanish employee & thats the majority of her clientele. Jimmy is always RUDE & the last time I went for a pedicure I was paired with Jennifer. While I believe she has the potential to be nice to certain AKA white people, she rushed my pedicure. She kept pushing & grabbing my feet instead of gently or asking me to place them back in the water. There was another lady doing a mans pedicure next to me who had started long before me- I WAS DONE BEFORE HIM. Thats how quickly she rushed & her massage was like swishing oil on my leg, no type of attention. She never greeted me, smiled or remotely looked at me. Im tired of spending my money in establishments who dont treat all customers fairly & over all their service isnt worth it.. invest in customer service!

Went today, and they messed up my toes. Cut them too short. Could have done them myself. Also, dont like my nails. Its as if the girl did not know what she was doing. Wanted clear, but she gave me pinkWill not be going back ever again. Will be going to Elite nails.

I got a very thorough no pain pedicure. My technician was very funny and nice. I will definitely be coming back, this is my new favorite spot.

Very nice, enjoyed my time. I like to do my nails and feet separate so I can relax and enjoy myself. I dont want to feel like Im cattle in a shoot, being shoved through. Im paying for the enjoyment and relaxing day. They gave me that. Ill be back for another time, see if it repeats itselfs

I went there a few months ago, and the staff there are so rude. It was my first time going to a nail salon so I wasn’t familiar with the different type of nail services that they provided. One of the nail techs tried to convince me to a gel pedicure and manicure but I told her that I wasn’t interested, so she started to talk trash about me to one of the other techs in her native tongue. I could tell because she was talking to her like she was frustrated and the other tech she was talking to was looking at me while she was talking to her. I would never go to that salon again. The staff are so unprofessional and completely rude. They need to work on their customer service.

This is the worse place I have ever came, I called to make a appointment for my niece on Sunday they told me come in I can do her nails since we are slow, when I get their they didn’t want to let me come inside with my 7 year old niece they wanted her toCome in alone and for me to wait outside in my car it was the weirdest experience ever, I took my business else where and it was the best thing I could have done ❤️

I come here often and their customer service is great! I usually come for Yiset or Victoria, theyre my favorite! I came in one day and didnt know what to do with my nails but they quickly suggested the best. I walked out very happy that night. Jimmy is a very nice guy which works quickly and nice .

I have been coming to Lucky Nails for years. Great basic service. Yiset is terrific. Rachel, the owner comes off a little brusque but I think that is cultural. Since they take walk ins, appointments may need to wait a bit until the nail tech frees up, but it is always worth a short wait. They try very hard to please and have lately hired someone who does more fancy artwork.

LOVE this nail salon Ive been in west palm beach for going on two years and they are still my #1 choice nail salon, Ive moved away and have been forced to go to local salons and regretted it and found myself going right back to lucky nails they saved my nails and feet on many occasions due to bad service at other nail salons. Everyone in lucky nails is very sweet and down to earth plus the prices are great for quality work, my go to nail tech is Yiset or Jimmy. But all around great nail salon never walked out unhappy.

Horrible experience. I don’t know what products they use but the nexgen peels right off like acrylic.... they don’t even let the top coats try and all the nails get messed up. They also add superglue to the top coats...

The owner of this business is extremely rude and so is her nail technician Jimmy. I came with my daughter to get my nails done and she made Jimmy do my nails, after which some other customers came in and then she said they can’t do my daughters nail I told her I wasn’t happy with her service. Then she started yelling at me that that is how we people (black people) come to her business and yell. And if I can’t wait we should leave. I am never setting foot into this business place because they are nasty people who think that they are better than black people. If I could give 0 stars I would have. Some advice to anyone wanting to come here, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!

I work 65+ hours a week, and only get 1 full day off every two weeks. I had an appointment today at 4pm. I made my appointment at that time so I would be done right before my valentines day dinner.I arrived at my appointment at 3:40 and the door was locked. A man inside waved me off multiple times motioning that they were closed. Which my appointment and the hours on the door clearly contridicted.I mouthed that I had an appointment, and waited a while behind a locked door for the owner to come to the door and tell me the girl I made my appointment with went home early sorry.I am completely aware that life happens and things come up that may require you to leave work early, but it was now almost 4 on a sunday. NO other nail salon was going to take me this last minute and close to closing.If there is one thing i hate it is having my time wasted. AT LEAST couldve called me earlier so I couldve possibly found a different place.I will never go there again, they lost a once loyal customer.

Came In was told 20mins wait,I waited and 1hour and 30mins later nothing I asked what was going on they acted as if they ddnt even know I was waiting for them, by far the worst time wasted ever never again!!

I waited for over an hour while the staffs children played on the floor. I finally walked out without service after they served another customer who came in 45 min after me. I plan to send them an invoice for wasting my time.
