I had never been here before. Hadn’t treated myself to a pedicure in about 9 months after complications with COVID and I usually go to Rose Nails but she’s very busy and I was catching a flight that day and didn’t have time to wait. Went in, seated quickly. I told her I couldn’t have my legs scrubbed because of pain. No problem. Starts using the foot file on my foot and used it on the side where there’s no calloused or built up skin. I jerked my foot. She grabbed it and started scrubbing again. I started bleeding. She scrubbed a hole in my foot. She asked “how long have you had a problem there?” Umm…never! She then put some kind of alcohol solution on it. My lord that burned! She still tried to scrub my legs, but quickly rinsed off the scrub after I told her I didn’t want them scrubbed. Not completely disappointed in the paint job. The overall experience just wasn’t great. I’ve been getting pedicures for the last 15-20 years and I’ve never been injured until now. Almost a week later and I’m still trying to heal.

I’ve been to Lily Nails 2x and love how Amber did my nails. It’s the first time in my life that my nails have lasted longer than a few days! My polish looked just like new even after 3 weeks.

Long story short. Went there to get fills on my nails. Wanted them shorter as well, technician cut them too short at first(basically to my own grown out nail length that had the tips on) After I said they are too short she put on NEW tip to an OLD one! Without removing it or anything.... Who even does that!!??I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she said that it might not be a good idea to do dip. I figured since shes the professional Ill leave it up to her to determine the best technique. Well what I wanted initially didnt work out becuse I simply didnt like after she did 2 nails. I asked her to remove the color and just do light pink. She got sassy and said next time dont change your mindAfter almost of 2h of disappointment I just wanted to leave. But heres a photo of how terrible the nails look.Maybe someone else will have better luck there.

We received a warm greeting by lovely, professional people. We were in a group and had different services, but they took the time and trouble to keep us together. Its a lovely salon with very kind people; and my pampered feet have never looked prettier!! Highly recommended!

I hate to be that person because this was always my go to salon, but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. My finger was cut open during my nails, and Tracy did not acknowledge the cut, my boyfriend was cut as well during a basic pedicure. When I asked to speak to a manager, they were hesitant and told me “Sometimes this happens” and tried to show me her hand, though hers was not as severe. I have never had any salon cut my finger like this. It has been 2 days and it hurts to lightly touch anything. They told me to put neosporin on it and a bandaid. While trying to reassure me that my nails were “pretty” despite them being misshapen and sloppy and me being visibly upset about them. Not to mention they did not ask me if I wanted NexGen nails but automatically gave it to me, I didn’t realize till I looked at my receipt. It is only a $3 up-charge but I still didn’t ask for it. The whole process was frustrating, I will definitely not be back.

I’ve been coming here for the last few month... and it’s incredible. All the women and ladies in there are awesome! They are very kind and you don’t wait for long. These ladies did an amazing job on my nails I will never be going anywhere else. When my sister was getting her nails done I decided I wanted to get mine done too and Kim her nail stylist didn’t have time to so Lee Lane was able to squeeze me in on her tight schedule

Neat, clean sanitary. Each foot bath is lined with a disposable plastic liner! I love this part and the reason I go there! Draw back...many of the nail techs do not speak English well or pretended they dont. You can make yourself understood, ( sign language and gestures) they talk amoung them selves in Vietnamese. Bring a book or plan to rest in their comfortable massage chairs. Its a little akin to being in a foreign country.However, they do a nice job!

I had to wait 40 min then they sit me down in the chair where they do the nails. Nobody since to know who is doing it! Of course I left since according to them my time is not valuable!! I would NEVER go or recommend Lily Nails.As a courtesy from the clients they should speak English so we know what is going on!! I’m spanish and I had a public business before.Customer service is always number one! You don’t have it.I definitely recommend Elegant Nails! Very professional and great customer service.

My daughter went here and specifically asked the price before and discussed adding design etc. She was told the price and after the nails were done the manager said it was a much higher price than quoted. They were long plain nails with 1 color. No designs, nothing special. When I called them out on it, they said it is what it is. Another customer was also complaining about the same thing while I was in there. They refused to charge the quoted price.

Walked into the salon and waited 45 minutes before I was even spoken too (it was a Monday). Eventually I got my nails done and I wanted ombré pink to glitter. I got tips added and she did pink powder which said $45 on the website. She used loose glitter instead of gel for the ombré, not sure why. The total ended up being $70 before tip! They look good but DEFINITELY not worth $70 :(

I made an appointment at 11, didn’t get spoken too until 12:30. Walk-ins went before me, messed up my color, shape, and length. Cut me multiple times and then overcharged me. Definitely not going back, customer service and time management need massive improvement.

Too expensive 53$ plus tip and didnt even clean under my nails. Lovely lady, great service. Wants to come in every 3 1/2 weeks. That would be $120 a month just for my nails.

I got Christy, she means well but is not good at what she does, this was the 2nd time I got her 1st time I chopped it down to her being new, but now OMGGGG she’s just bad. I had an appt at 9:15 and no one got to my feet till 11:30. She cut me with the cuticle nippers as she did the time before. So I didn’t even finish my nails it ended up being basic no nail polish and walked out of there 12:15 three hours later with nothing done smh

I was kind of disappointed by my first experience here. First off, I felt rushed through. Secondly, it was necessary to step up to the next level of pedicure to get what I normally have gotten at other salons. Thirdly, my daughters was done very nicely but my nails turned out very sloppy, not even cleaned up as they usually do at the end. I will likely keep looking for a place to have pedicures done.

We were a walk in. They painted our daughters nail and toes, and I had a manicure/pedicure while they worked with my daughters. The ladies were patient and wonderful with our daughters who are 4 and 8.

Ive been to most of the nail salons around Greer to get acrylic nails and this one has definitely been my favorite! I got a fill-in for my acrylic nails and they look the best they ever have. Although it only took 45 minutes, my nails look amazing! I walked in without an apointment and was still greeted promptly and I was only waiting for a few minutes before she started. Also, I am very picky and take a long time while making decisions on my nail color but it was so easy for me with their huge selection of gel polishes! Out of all the salons Ive been to, this has definitely been my favorite and I will be returning!

Visited Lily Nails for the first time yesterday and had a very good experience. I am very picky when it comes to the dip manicure because if the technician doesn’t know what they’re doing it will be very thick and uneven. I asked for Lily (knowing she’s the owner) and she did a great job. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I don’t think they dried all the way and a couple are slightly smudged. But overall I’m happy and will definitely return.

I have been going to the Lily’s nail salon for two years now and yesterday I went got my nails done in the powder dip around 5 o’clock by 2 o’clock That night my nails and fingers felt like they were on fire I called the manager this morning she told me that it was me that their products are perfectly fine she’s been using this for the 10 years and she’s never had a problem that she wasn’t going to refund me and or help finish taking them off that it would be 20$ for me to going there for two years doing the same thing every 2 to 3 weeks and being treated that way is ridiculous especially after you pay 60 bucks to get your nails done and within the same day you have to take them off because your fingers hurt my fingers have never hurt The way they did last night I was bawling and couldn’t sleep and for them to say it was my fought when I’ve had the same done the same thing over and over is crazy and they have forever lost my business

I received a gift card to do pedicure at Lily Nails. It was my first time, the person who did my pedicure is Bee. She did a very good job. I really enjoy the massage with hot stones. The Nails Spa is elegant and clean. I highly recommended for all of you to come here.

A friend and I got our eyebrows waxed and the girl was very sweet and did an awesome job! I told her how I wanted them and she shaped them perfectly. The building was also very clean and inviting. Will definitely be back!

I made an appointment for this evening after work. I arrived 5 mins early and signed in. The salon receptionist took 2 clients back that came in after I did. 5 minutes after my appointment I was asked for my name and the receptionist went into the salon asking the techs who made my appointment. I was told that it would be another 30-45 minutes. I was referred by a friend who recommended this salon. However, this was the worst possible first impression. Mistakes happen, but they didn’t even try to make it right by squeezing me in. I left. I do not recommend Lily Nails.

Great place to go for a little pampering. Love that they line the pedicure bowls before each use. They offer a wide variety of services. Very talented staff! It helps to have an appointment, especially if you have a favorite technician, but its not a requirement.

I just visited Lily nails for a manicure, and now I have an infected finger. My finger is swollen, pink, hot, and so sore I can barely stand for anything to touch it. I have never had this happen out of all the 21 years I have been getting my nails done. I suggest being more sanitary to avoid this happening to another client. I will most definitely not be back!

I really like this salon. Its a nice place. The people there are friendly. I really like Bee. I loved the deluxe or gull device pedicure. It was so worth the money.

I am extremely upset with the way my nails were done today. The woman doing my nails was constantly hurting my cuticle line with the file and after leaving I realized that my nails arent even fully covered with polish. I got acrylic nails with gel polish(which they charged me $50 for instead of 39 because of the shape of my nails) and my whole right hand has jagged edges on my nails and arent even painted properly. I have usually never had a problem at lily nails but the one day I let someone different do my nails they turn out awful.

We went to Elegant Nails to get pedicures for three of us told them we wanted to be side-by-side and together they said okay will be just a few minutes then after we sat there for 20 minutes they come and tell us theyll start with two and get the last one later they have appointments coming in and needed to get started on some of us . we were very upset and left and went straight down to Lily Nails. We asked them the same thing and they were very friendly and accommodating! They got us three places side-by-side was a great experience very clean facility loved it!! We will be going back there from now on!!!

Hands down the best place youre ever going to go in Greer. Wendy Lilly Amy Tom are all absolutely great and have been doing this for more than 16 years. Clean friendly environment happy faces. Family-oriented they genuinely care about you and your nails and the health of your skin.

My daughter, granddaughter and I visited Lily Nails last week for pedicures and I got a manicure. My daughter did not request the upgraded pedicure and yet was charged for it, I requested and got it. Im sure it had to do with the language barrier misunderstanding as it was quite difficult to understand the young lady. The lady did my manicure and I got cuts on two fingers on the sides. They are still sore a week later and I fear for infection. Also she did not have enough nail polish of the same color to do both my toes and fingers. I should have been told at the beginning so I could pick a different color to match instead of waiting until my toes were done and had to do a different color on my fingers. I feel the language barrier and rough technique has caused me to never recommend this place or to return again to to have my nails or toes done.
