Horrified. 2 hours for a NexGen manicure... and it still wasn’t done. I couldn’t take it anymore!I had plans and left there with them barely filed and no top coat anyway. They charged me $40 for this mess. See pictures.I had a sweet lady try and rescue me from an older guy that filed my natural nail super thin. The entire salon knew I was pissed. I tipped her well because she tried to save the situation, but it was too late.

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. The lady who did my nails left nail polish on my cuticle. I had her do the cat eye which is supposed to be a top color on my nail. The base coat was supposed to be black and she only did one coat and was going to start putting the top color on when you could see through the black. When I asked her to put another coat of black on she got an attitude with me and said I didnt need another one. She didnt know how to do the cat eye and did it anyway. Some of my nails dont even have the cat eye on it but she said that they did if I turn my nail. She didnt show me the nails before she put them in the light and it was to late to change anything. After all of my nails were out of the light they are normally supposed to be dry but they werent and she didnt touch then because she knew it and didnt do anything about it. She said she could redo them now but I had already been there for over an hour. She refused to give a refund or gift card. Now my nails are partially see through and I had to pay someone else to fix them

This is the second time that I have reviewed Garden Nails. I have been coming here for years, because I’m always pleased. The current owner, a lovely lady who lives in my development, offers even better services, and goes out of her way to make sure that you are completely satisfied. I love Jennifer, my tech - we are so glad to see each other, and chat, when I go in.

I stopped here on impulse before going to dinner at TRH. I had been dying to get my nails done and Im super picky and always read reviews but after being quarantined and all this pandemic stuff going on I was desperate and saw an Open sign. I stopped in for a walk-in on Friday at 6:30pm. I was very pleasantly surprised. My nails came out perfect for such a good value and my eyebrows are waxed to perfection. Definitely will be returning !

I have to say KIM and her family run an amazing business at Garden Nails. She does a spectacular job (being she is only my second go-to nail technician in Palm Beach). Love how inviting she is as well as how caring she is of every client she has. AMAZING PLACE IF you want an inexpensive but good quality pedicure/ Nexgen or regular Manicure in West Palm this is the place to go.

I am not sure why all of the bad reviews. I am from DC area and went here as husband and boys shopped in the nearby stores. I had to get three tips as well as a gel dip. The gentleman took his time and was meticulous. They were nice I felt the bad reviews were a bit much IMO.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Clean salon. Im a 30 year nail tech from another state here for a couple of months. Im glad I found them.

Very disappointed with dip on my real nails and it took 2 hours I was going to go back to have them redone but I just couldnt deal with them again

I always get compliments on my nails. The nexgen is never too thick.

I love garden nails!!!! Phan is the best !!! Nobody could ever make me happy with my eyebrows!!! This is the first time i am very happy and trust her very much . she does the best pedis i have ever had !!! I love extra coats of paint lol... She has no problem giving them to me!!! i have been coming to for 5 years and she takes her time with me all the time i am never rushed !!! I give garden nails a 5 for sure !!!

HORRIBLE! I took my 12 year old daughter there with me. She got her nails done in the gel and the girl missed half her nails. Nail polish all around the nails. She seemed more interested in the TV then her actual job! Then i asked for Nexgen French. The guy seemed like it was his first day. He took forever and when he dipped my nails they were not straight and so clumpy. I thought he would fix them with the drill but that was even worse. Every single finger has a cut on it. The nails are all different lengths. I finally told him to just stop that i was ready to leave. I handed him my card and the total came out to over $70! I am usually not one to negotiate prices or complain but every single finger was hurting by this point. I told him i was not paying $45 for my nails bc they were aweful and i was going to have to go somewhere and have them fix it. He called over the manager and she took one look and you could tell she was not happy either. She asked me to stay to fix them but by this point I wanted out of there asap. She said next time you come here come see me. I did not end up paying full price but still paid a ridiculous amount for having something I had to come home and take off. I will never go or refer to that salon again.

Not a very pleasant first visit. My nail tech was nice but he couldn’t understand me (language barrier). Everyone seemed a little annoyed/irritated. Not too very welcoming atmosphere! I asked him if they offered any specials to new customers!?( I know other places do, that’s why I asked) he only laughed and said ya.My cuticles are now hurting because he drilled to an extent that 2 of my fingers were bleeding.(not very much, but he had to wipe it off) hope I don’t get an infection of any sort. Needless to say I won’t be coming back or recommending.

Not very good unfortunately. my nail tech seemed very rushed and uncaring. i always get nexgen nails with tips (also known as dip nails) and they came off within the first 3 days of wearing them. i’ve gotten these nails several times and never had an issue, i didn’t do anything out of the ordinary and i don’t do any sports.

Got in at the last hour and they not only fixed me pretty again but also stayed late to make me feel great.!! Thanks Kim!

Take a long time, but they do a good job

Worse experience ever . Find a nail salong thats worth spending the money, not here. Got acrylics & 3 of the nails fell off the next day! Went to fix them but they only fixed one and made me wait an hour until sending me home. Also, the guy cut me 3 times and made me bleed around my nail. Def not coming back
