I am appalled by the harsh reviews- I love this gym and all the employees here have always been nice and accommodating to me. It’s always clean, fresh, and I feel safe. I like I can relax and be myself while working out. It’s 5 stars for me.🏋️‍♀️💯

I love the support of the coaches, the positive atmosphere. I feel happy amd energized just entering the place.

This place is awesome if this is your first gym or youre an advanced weightlifter. The machines are fairly easy to use as they all have pictures that show how to use it but if youre still not sure you can ask one of the trainers on shift to demonstrate for you. They ensure social distancing and they always have workers going around sanitizing/mopping/vacuuming the top and bottom floor and the cardio/weight machines.

The employees are very nice and a stark difference from Ultima Gym that closed in Wellington. I ended up leaving Youfit only because they let my trainer go 2 weeks before his notice for leaving was up. So I lost $280. If they had kept him on like they should have for the last 2 weeks I could have used up my remaining training sessions with my trainer. So for that reason I left the gym.The gym is always clean and usually not super busy. I wish them well but I stayed with my trainer at his new location.

I totally disagree with the other reviewer. This gym is clean and the staff are awesome. The ladies at the front desk are very personable with beautiful personalities! The price point of this gym is unbeatable! Yes, it’s small, and yes, it has limited workout areas, but at $15 or so a month, it is unbeatable! There’s plenty of aerobic equipment, stretching room, free weights and exercise machines to do a full work out with little wait time. This gym offers value and, more importantly, all though a chain, it is a neighborhood gym that makes you feel welcome to work out here.

Don’t know the woman’s name, but she has purple hair and is a manager I guess. I’ve been going here for 3years and I’m starting to think I should take my business elsewhere... this woman was absolutely horrible, she was rude to me and my friend multiple occasion and is sarcastic and unprofessional with her responses. We were belittled and treated like children by this woman (purple hair). She acts like a dictator over this gym and honestly I cannot workout in peace when I feel like this woman is looking over everyone’s shoulder non stop. We were drinking water and were yelled at and threatened with our memberships for not having our mask under our eyes. Absolutely ridiculous. Would never recommend this gym solely because of this woman.

Great place, good price. Im very confused by harsh reviews, the staff couldnt be nicer. And accommodating. They also keep things very clean, especially in current pandemic.

I love the gym, the people and contrary to some, the cleanliness is on spot. But explain to me why I was turned away this morning and told I couldnt work out without bringing a towel or buying one. Without a towel I wipe down every piece of equipment with the spray that you provide. If I bring a towel its going to wiped down with a dirty towel and no disinfectant spray. Just really aggravated when we went for 2 months and couldnt use the gym because of covid yet never received any of my monthly dues returned to me. REALLY considering another gym if this is what its coming to.

This club is not only small but the staff is uneducated young and clueless the management must not careThis club will be ran to the ground by their own hands

I witnessed the man at the front desk yelling at a customer tonight and I am very bothered about the service here. I saw how upset the man was and went outside to talk with him, he explained the man named Scott picked an argument with him and I saw him in literal tears in the parking lot. If something is not done about Scott, I will be starting a petition to have him removed which I know will be full of signatures and corporate will definitely hear about this. Completely unprofessional and embarrassing to Youfit

Was working out at the gym night of 12/8 when “front desk specialist” Scott got into a heated argument with older man while he was exiting the gym. I was on the far side of the gym with earphones in and could hear Scott yelling at him. The argument became so heated I thought it would turn physical and left the gym soon after. There’s been MANY incidents with Scott and management keeps sweeping it under the rug. Many people are canceling their membership because of Scott.

Great machines in good condition, they clean benches religiously. Overall good service is provided. Fast rotations of machines.

Abysmal customer service.

This gym is a fantastic value. There are no other fitness options in the area that can match it. I have always been pleased with the level of service provided but within the past three months or so they have really taken it to another level. Any concerns or issues that I have had are always addressed in an expeditious manner.

I made a move from ultima fitness to Youfit & am not regretting it. A very friendly atmosphere, a very clean gym & very friendly staff always make u feel welcome, highly recommend!

This gym is filthy. Consistently dirty floors. Leaky roof. Trash cans were always full. They barely have the AC on. I do not recommend going here.

Never to full and is always clean. Staff is nice. They are small and dont have classes or child car but for about $15 a month (if you work in initiation fee and annual fee) its worth it. Super close and convenient feels like a small neighborhood gym and not a big chain even though they are.

I have been going to youfit for years, always been pretty satisfied with what is available (my results are not based on whats available!). This particular branch has always been friendly and despite being closed for 3 months ish, they have done everything in their power to help accommodate through this in the Re-Opening!

Nice, clean location. Not as big as the Greenacres gym, but has all of the equipment that I need for my workout. It can get a little crowded, so I get there fairly early when its not peak hours. Definitely coming back to this one.

Staff is always friendly and polite, facility is clean, . They keep everything working. They add new machines from time to time. Cant beat the monthly price. Been a member for years.

Great place great staff, for the past year I was able to lose 50 lbs here. I mean that goal can be achieved anywhere but I did it here.

The gym is clean and most of the cardio machines are working. The variety of resistance machines is good so that a person can get a good workout. The staff is friendly. In general the place has a pleasant atmosphere and is comfortable.

They put together a program for my specific needs and motivated me to achieve my goals. Recommend

This Place Is A Complete Joke... They Offered me a month free then turned around and charged my credit card. Once I cancelled my membership for them not keeping their word. I was told I can’t use the facility and that I would have to wait a month for a refund just cause I cancelled... It’s now been over a month and I still have not received my refund and I just keep getting the run around with excuse after excuse.... DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE YOU BETTER OFF GOING TO LA FITNESS !!!!!!

All the equipment you need. Its a little packed and closed in but a very good gym and you cant beat the membership price.

This is my usual gym location, the staff has all been really friendly, I see them cleaning the gym almost every time Im there. I just wish this location was bigger. Its the smallest youfit Ive been to so far. No class space. Has a decent amount if equipment but does lack a few things like a stair climber and such.

Worst gym ive been to by far. super small and crowded, overpriced membership, annual fees, and a cancellation fee. i joined thinking i would be joining a smaller gym with less of a crowd. probably had the same amount of people as a planet fitness in a waaaay smaller space. huge waste of money. not to mention i was not made aware of a cancellation fee when i joined.

Way too small for weightlifting... A lot of teenagers that do not work out and are just in the way.Pros: friendly staff. They added a free weight squat rack. Most of the equipment is pretty clean. If youre going for just cardio then its not bad.

$40 charge after the first 60 days and $10 cancellation fee. Kind of packed during popular gym hours, nice and calm 10pm-close or early in the morning. Nice gym to start working out or for a routine.

Great gym to workout at. 2nd level is all cardio & 1st level is machines, free weights, and bathroom. The 2nd floor could use a bit more room for its free space.

I have been going to this gym since high school and its been a huge part of my life since then. The gym is always clean! Doesnt matter if I go in the mornig or late at night, it is always spotless. The staff is very friendly and helpful, makes you feel as if you were at home. Although it is a small gym, there is no excuse to limit myself to what I can do in there! Absolutely love this place!

YouFIT will rip you off. I cancelled my membership in July. But they continued to bill me $510 over the next 3 months. $30 for membership fees, which they just flat out stole from me, and $480 for training sessions which I never booked, never attended and could not possibly have availed myself of since I no longer had a membership at the gym (even though they were still billing me $10 a month after I cancelled.) They will lie to you and steal your money. Go to Planet Fitness instead.

Not bad at all. I have a pass to go to all of them and because of work I go to most from ft Lauderdale to west palm. this location is always friendly and quiet when I go which I like a lot.

BE PREPARED: Cardio equipment old and quite tired. Majority of TVs are not in working order on machines. So bring your own music, etc.If you ask the staff about this issue, they give standard answers we are aware and have called in for repairs or we will be replacing them soon. This has been ongoing for over 12 months, with no improvement.On the plus side, the staff is pleasant and the facility is always clean.

Would be perfect if they had a squat rack.

I had a very bad experience today with the manger called Paula I believe.. when signing up the receptionist didnt explain anything about the cancelation fees or that you have to give 10 days notice before the end of the month ??! .. they wanted to charge me over 55 dollar just to cancel the membership.. anyways I am calling the credit card company to dispute the charges. Will never be back to that place again

I would leave 0 stars if I could....has nothing to do with the gym, just the owner/company. I joined a few days ago online...had a planet fitness membership that I never used and they charged me $40 a month, they dont let you cancel, so I change my banking info n find a new gym....youfit....after joining they charge my card for all the months I owed at planet fitness, totally screwing up my bills....my real bills... I did not give youfit permission to share my banking info with a third party company, planet fitness....especially to collect a debt....you opened a can of worms. You and your independent owner, that probably owns both the planet fitness and this youfit....evil debt collection practice....try telling people you plan to share their banking info with third party companies you own....Im going to sue you and go after your merchant account.....

So..I used to give this gym 5 stars. Within the last year, Ive come to accept this is probably the WORST YouFit in Palm Beach County.No matter what time you come this place will ALWAYS be crowded downstairs. Unless you for some reason dont work during the week sure, but you would have to come before 3pm.You will constantly feel claustrophobic by the free weights, and good look finding an open bench to use.Theres no squat rack or stair masters, so you have to resort to using the Smith machine if you want to do any sort of heavy lifts. Sure, you could take a barbell and do deadlift BUT, theres no room to do them!Theres signs everywhere saying dont drop weights yet almost every time Im there someone does or someone is SCREAMING like theyre Spider-Man in that scene where he saves the train full of people. Its a You Fit in Wellington dude? Dont be that guy??This place will never renovate or move and will probably never get new equipment either. Id rather waste the gas and just go to the one down Okeechobee or Greenacres instead.OH and if its ever raining, theres leaks. Everywhere. Yup. Youll see buckets for leaks about 20-30 feet. Im not exaggerating. Ive seen it myself about 15 times.

Dont become a member here. Hidden fees and when you cancel they throw a cancellation fee that they said anything about. Go to planet fitness or la fitness.

This location is pathetic considering its in beautiful and classy Wellington. Extremely cramped floor plan, no where to stretch, often filled with grannies and high schoolers.

First off the gps takes you to a home and not the youfit gym, its pretty lowkey and never too busy the couple times ive been there

Don’t join this gym. It’s dirty, old and has old and beat up machines. Youfit is a terrible company with bad communication. They cancel your personal training packages if they don’t have enough trainers without notice. This location is a mess even though it’s in a decent area.
