Nice place! Machines are reliable. Very close to eateries and stores so you can take a stroll while doing your laundry. Adam is always present and very helpful. He gave me pointers on how to use the machines and even recommended a killer taco shop next door called Marianas. This is the best laundromat in Frisco. I will continue visiting. Thank you Adam for making it pleasant and fun!

I like this place—there are extra large washers that are wonderful for lots of items or bulky bedding. Adam is very nice and helpful, the machines are well kept and work great.

No parking at all. Smells like raw sewage. Pretty shameful for the location.

Needed to wash a blanket and a few more stuff. Didnt had time to look for a better place, so decided to try out this one. Well what can i say, 3 stars is a fair rating. At least theres no mold inside the washers. Kind of pricey, $6 per wash small size washer, $8 larger size washer. Dont bother with using their bathroom. Its ok for a quick wash, but not for expensive clothes.

A double washer is $4.50 (way high). Ive been traveling the USA for several months and this is the most expensive Ive experienced. $2 to $3 is normal.A dryer is $1.50 minimum to get started. Not sure how long it will run, but it usually costs me .75 cents. So again, expensive.On the plus side, selecting hot on the washer resulted in warm water — as opposed many places that just give you cold anyway.Parking is also limited.All in all, gets the job done, but youll pay a *premium* price for an average or worse experience.

Washing machine, change machine, and dryer, all swallowed money. I think this place is making more money from swallowing it rather than actually giving service. If you dont want to waste your time, money and mood, go somewhere else.

I used this laundromat a couple of weeks ago to launder a large duvet, it was a very easy experience! They have one giant washing machine that made easy work of the heavy duvet. I met the owner and she walk me through all kinds of things and was extremely pleasant. Its clean and tidy the machines are fantastic I was really happy!

This place is clean and well maintained. They have many washer and dryers so there is little to no wait. Also the free wifi is strong to watch online videos. The good thing about the place is they have change machine, very useful if you forget to bring the quarters. Nearby places includes pubs and restaurants, so have a bite while your clothes are being washed.

First and last time here! Placed a $20 in the coin machine on the left. It spit out only $5 in quarters and called it a night. Blasted down to a local atm to get more cash. Came back with ones and fives. Then neither coin machine decide it was not going to work for me or the other two people who needed change. One was moving clothes from washer to dryer. Poor lady went home with 5 loads of wet clothing. I called the number listed “for service”. No one answered or returned my messages. Tried to put some $$ in the vending machine and hit the change return, no go. Then selected a .50¢ item. It got stuck. Talk about a life coy night. Needless today. This place is not even close to MVP! Sad to say but I won’t be returning anytime soon nor should anyone wanting a smooth experience.

This place is a mess everywhere no hot water to wash whites and only two small washers. No employee to be found in here. This place sucks. Last time I come Here! I would give them no stars.

Machine ate my money. No staff. No phone number for support. Could not find any refund card to fill out.

This place sucks. I read previous reviews and they weren’t good, but they were from about a year ago, so I figured the problems would have been fixed by now. Nope. Only two coin machines in the facility. One was out of order and the other one refused to take my cash. There was no employee on the premises. I ended up driving 15 min to a better laundromat in Little Elm. It may be the only laundromat in Frisco, but it doesn’t deserve anyone’s business if they can’t fix their problems.

They have new machines, however since they are they only one in the region the price is high. The small machine charges you $4 so be prepared to spend if you have a great pack of laundry. Avoid Saturday.

While here, I forgot I was in Frisco. Several machines were out of order. Others that were working were filled with trash. The back half of the building looked like an abandoned remodel. And above all else, I felt that cost of the machines was more expensive than at a much nicer laundromat Ive used in Lewisville.

Worst place to go! Inserted $20 bill got $10 back. No one their to attend called customer service number told what happened and owner totally rude about it. Started asking about it if i came earlier last week with same situation/problem and said i cant do anything. First of all, someone else got same problem its been a week they didnt fixed problem yet. Secondly, Even if Im the same person. Why she will not give my money back? At last, She told me to wait and came after 35-40 mins. No sorry nothing again with attitude as i expected on the call. IDK only god can help her.. She has to just come regularly to her own business and fill their damn machine back with quarters but NO. Again, Never coming back!

This place is kept very clean, inexpensive and well cared for. Very nice and couteaous personnel. They provide services as well.

Needed to wash my sons cheap comforters and they only had one large machine that can fit queen sized comforters. Began throwing quarters in before noticing price $9.00 !!! For a 20 minute wash! Plus $2.00 to dry. A whopping $11.00 plus gas spent to get here. Stuck washing the first one because theres no return on money. Decided to throw out the second one and buy him a new one for $20.00For these prices youre better off buying a new comforter for $15-30 or buying a larger washing machine that can accommodate comforters.

Great options for Laundry they have Front Loading as well as Top Loading machines for washing. Also, they have multiple washers as well as dryers.

Alright, I came despite seeing reviews about not having staff on site and Im out $3.75 because of it. This machines door sensor was broken, but we didnt know it because it wont show this door warning until you put the money in. I loaded up 2 blankets and only one machine worked after lots of jiggling and pushing the handle. Other customer tried to help but no luck.I tried sending a message via the website, and got an error message.

Worst and most expensive one I have been too. No ac either.

Good overall, but sometimes machines malfunction and theres no one around to help. Not a big deal, but I lost a couple of dollars on a machine that wouldnt work.

Bad experience. One of the dryers swallowed my coins and wouldnt let me take out. I lost my money. There is no one in the place to turn to in these cases, nor is there a telephone number.
