Ive been to another gym in town for the same price and its crazy how much this gym is better. I really really appreciate the womens only room (which is a little small but better than nothing!) because being in a gym which is usually full of big bulky dudes is a bit scary, especially for me, whos pretty new to all this. For the most part I only really use the womens room, the cardio theater (which is so great, by the way? The movie takes my mind off of how much Im suffering) and the group fitness room when nothing is scheduled but I love it so much. Its got a very cozy feeling to it all. The locker room area is great. I cant wait to try the sauna. Its usually quite clean and Im so thankful for it. Usually its not too busy to keep me from enjoying the time I stay there. Im so thankful that the gym is always open, too. Sometimes you need a spontaneous workout at a time you may not be feeling your best.

The women’s workout room is very small and often full. I have also gone to several classes that were cancelled last minute, leaving groups waiting without notice.Otherwise a decent gym overall. Golds was way more reliable, but this one has a convenient location for me.

Love this gym. The staff are cool and friendly unlike golds gym. Also they are open 24hrs! Win win!

This place I workout at is by far the best place I ever experienced with great weight lifting machines, to the staff that are very friendly and kind. I just started working out and the environment is super motivated. Everyone treats everyone with respect and always welcome new comers. High recommended gym. Plus AWESOME price. 😁😁

In town for CFD and dropped in from Nashville. Excellent gym. The equipment options for both cardio and weights (both machine and free weights) were great. My son (16) and I were both impressed with the size of the gym and how nice it was. Very clean and a good price.

It would be 5 stars if yall didnt let equipment get stolen so often. Some broke boy keeps stealing jump ropes, yall might wanna find him a job or something clearly he needs some bucks.

Went in to inquire about a membership. Staff was very friendly and eager to show myself and my wife around. Facility was clean and had lots of equipment. Wasnt overly packed and even if it was appeared to have plenty of equipment for people to use. Locker rooms were clean and nice. They even had a room for women only which I thought was cool! Looks like a very nice place to workout and prices were fair.

I have been a member here for more than 6 years. Never had an issue, except my key card once. Thats no biggie! Megan some cool people, and have enjoyed this place much. They have a little bit of everything!

They do well to let you workout however you please. They have great hours and a good variety of classes.

Great gym. Has a sauna, large locker rooms with plenty of showers, cardio theater, plenty of space and modern equipment. Good customer service and 24 hours. Checks all the boxes for me. Also nice that there are 2 locations in town. This is definitely the nicer one facilities wise.

Open 24/7. Equipment is in good repair and theres a large variety. Never had to wait for a machine. Courteous staff and relaxed atmosphere. Rates are reasonable

Well I have have been back for a few months. My time away from town spent in Chicago, I have worked out at a few gyms. Fitness One is by fare the best one to come back to. Love the new color and the staff, are super friendly. Outstanding management. That listen to members concerns and work out on ways to fix things.Weather you have been working out for a long time or just getting started. This it a great place to start. I have spent time at both locations.

Wish you would open a location in Minnesota! I loved going to your gym when I lived in Cheyenne and I have yet to find a gym in Minnesota that offers what you do especially at the price. Not many here are 24hr., they are a lot more expensive with less equipment very few have free weights and if they do max weight is 80lbs.

Good place with a great location. Gets busy after 4 P.M., but the staff is nice and its very well up kept. They could use new aerobic equipment in the theater room in the back.

Love this place!! Its helping me find myself again! I do think they need to update and fix some of there equipment, as Planet Fitness is coming and its cheaper, so I think they better make the equipment just as good and keep up with the times. All in all a great gym!! Also they need an employee there 24 hours a day 7 days a week just like the hours of the gym, as the showers and locker rooms get grimy and could use a cleaning more than once a day. Love the sauna as well, which Planet Fitness doesnt have!! Also the staff are very nice and personable.

Great gym! The staff keeps this facility clean!!! I found the open 24 hours very useful. The layout of the gym is a little different than most. Which I enjoy because I like things to be unique and different.The staff was always nice and helpful too! I didnt get the forceful sales pitch to upgrade anything on my membership. I felt they do a great job of providing you the info you ask for without making you feel like youre missing out on something because you dont do it.

Quality gym with good equipment, everything is kept quiet clean. They will give you a discount if a current member refers you. Be warned, the parking lot is in rough shape, pot holes, faded lines, and poor snow removal in the winter.

My favorite gym! All classes are included in the membership; there are several classes offered in the morning, lunchtime and evenings. The instructors are THE BEST and really make the classes fun and challenging. The staff is always friendly and are constantly cleaning and keeping the place organized. There are several areas with weights so even when it’s busy there is enough equipment. There is a smoothie bar, protein bars and several drinks for sale. The gym is open 24 hours and feels safe even in the middle of the night. It’s worth mentioning again that they have consistently for the past 7 years that I have used this gym had great instructors and front desk staff, a gym is only as good as its employees and they hire great employees.

Fitness one is seriously an amazing club. I worked here for over 9 months and was treated like family the entire time. Working out here was always comfortable and all the members are great!! I love my manager and regional manager! Their goals are to maintain a club that is clean and inviting to any type of fitness needs. This is the place in town to workout! If I had not moved, I would for sure still be working AND working out at fitness one!!

Not usually too crowded...but not dead either! Probably the best bang for your buck place here with classes and rock wall included in your membership and no contract. I have never had to wait to use equipment, although the free weight benches and racks are too close together (more of an annoyance really) Staff is friendly...overall great experience!

I really enjoy working out at fitness one my main reason being that I always see someone cleaning there. They take the cleanliness of their facility very seriously. Its really important that the machines are cleaned. They clean top to bottom and, of course, the bathrooms as well.

Love wirking out here especially in the morning or late evening. Machines are usually well maintained and the variety and amount of them are perfect. My friends who are a bit self conscious can use the ladies weight room without worry which seems to help. Great staff too!

Fitness 307 is a great facility. The instructors are very attentive, personal trainers assist when needed, and the front desk is amazing! Only downside is no childcare.

I have been a member of fitness one since they opened. The gym is so clean and it is a great place to work out. I got a great deal for a membership and the gym has everything I need.

Pretty good place to get sweaty. Low cost, no long term contacts, minimal muscle heads grunting for attention even though theyre well past needing a gym (come on guys, youre done, we get it, you can no longer use a keyboard with both hands but working out that frustration will only make it worse).

The cardio theater is a lot of fun. You dont even notice that youre doing it. The movies are great with surround sound. It gets you really involved in it.

Place and equipment are good. Upkeep seems to lag! Only a few friendly employees who seem knowledgeable about anything to do with fitness or care.

Fitness One, I really like their staff there, some employees in particular. There are my favorites too. They always greet you when you come in as well as goodbye on the way out! Theyll help you out if you have any questions too!

I have been a member for 5 years. I like the gym and the people. I had to go 3 stars because they HATE to fix equipment. They will have broken equipment sometimes for a month or more. They also do not maintain equipment. There are many bikes that do not work with the heart monitors and have a need for maintenance. The place looks good and has a good atmosphere. They just dont care if anything works. The mens sauna is broke now and who knows if or when it will get fixed. Just to give an idea of how much they hate to fix broken things, the mens sauna door has been broke for about 2 months or more, it slams so hard I am waiting for the glass to break. Very disruptive when you are in the sauna, the noise, the vibration and the jarring in the room, really bad. There is a water tote for the sauna and it was broken for at least 3 or 4 months until it just disappeared for a week or two. Now the thermometer is missing as well, probably never see that return. This is just one room and it shows just how much they hate to take care of the equipment and ultimately the customers. I will continue to go to gym, but I believe they need to lower prices and start offering rebates to customers when the equipment is not taken care of in a timely manner. All equipment should be fixed and in top condition within a day or two, never longer. The outside for extreme cases should be 1 week, not months as it gets to so easily. They just dont care about keeping the customers happy and the gym in top condition. Too bad they charge more than enough to take care of things properly, way more than enough. I have even asked about these items while there and they say they will get to it and they do, just takes a month or so on average.

The energy and atmosphere is amazing, the staff is outstanding. Its always so clean too.

They offer a lot of different classes for all levels. My favorites are Zumba and kickboxing. Im not really into weights so its nice to have those options available for me.

They could use more Treadmills, and the workers spend more time gossiping sometimes than helping customers. Theres no track or pool, but there is a nice little climbing wall.

Fitness one is always clean and energetic. The rates are good and if you have any problems or questions the staff are willing to take care of it for you.

One of my girlfriends told me that her Gym costs twice as much as Fitness One and it wasnt nearly as nice. There is so much stuff in there- something for everyone!

I like that you can try out a lot of different classes. I tried Bootcamp, insanity, ripped and spinning and really liked them, something i never thought I would enjoy. They encourage people to try new things and you can receive different points and win prizes. It was a great insensitive to work out and expand your workout routine.

The east side fitness 1 is definitly the worst gym in cheyenne. The few nice things are the equipment and the sauna. Other then that its very very poor. The front desk girls that work there (or used to) have a very snobby attitude the worst one was a girl named brittanie i believe.

Have an area just for women. And a theater with tredmills and ellipticals

Its supposed to be a gym, but it is like a soap drama TV show, people judging what you do on your work out and if you make to loud of a sound when youre lifting heavy weights, its a gym!.😣😣😒😎
