Big gym but the 40 or so treadmills where rusty next belt side, and cracks in the plastic.People running it was very knowledgeable and helpful .

I am very happy with this gym. I go Tuesdays and Thursday nights for a full body workout class by Andrea--she is the best! Also Daniel the manager is a great manager. He handles any problems or complaints and hes very caring and professional. When we renew our memberships we go through him. I recommend this gym.

Half of the treadmills are falling apart. Staff just sits at the desk. Can never find a single dumbbell you are looking for. All of the equipment is crumbling and falling apart. There are so many people in the gym you can barely move.

Delray Beach LA Fitness is super clean & all of the staff are very friendly. Now for Wellington, I was actually expecting the same service & cleanliness if not better, but that isn’t the case.The women’s locker room is filthy. It’s so dirty, not aesthetically pleasing to the eye, & the hardware is dated. Locker room could use a good renovation & daily proper cleaning because it’s not sanitary at all. The floors had tissue, hard and Lord knows what else on it.

Nice facility with a large variety of equipment. But, its not very clean and the weights are usually unorganized with equipment scattered around the gym.

Dan is great! I was having an issue with my account and he was so thorough, kind, patient and understanding. He truly exceeded my expectations. Alex is an awesome trainer, if youre looking for a trainer who knows what hes doing, then Alex is by far in a league of his own. One of the best trainers. I was treated with such respect and they had my best interest at heart. Great people.

Smaller than most. Needs to be reorganized. Weights were pretty available though. Got in and out.

Con artists here. Last gym I would recommend you join. Do a quick search and I promise you will be happier with any other company. Look at reviews here, please pick a different gym! They have sketchy billing practices and you will pay more than they quote. Worst management I have ever seen in a business. Save yourself a headache and find a reputable fitness center.

Equipment kind of rusty but still functional - good location - clean place

Nice location, but not as clean as I woukd expect and the machines were old and some not well taken care of, especially the rowing machines.

I just recently joined LA Fitness and feel so welcome! The staff and coaches are incredibly helpful. Working out is actually fun for once :)

For the equipment they do have, its old and falling apart. Granted, with covid, it makes sense that theyre having trouble getting replacement parts. Its hot and muggy. Cant keep grip on anything if youre sweating. Great place if youre a cardio bunny. The manager is really nice and helpful.

I just recently joined Wellington La Fitness. So far everything is going very well. I observed Members and staff have been very good in regards to keeping up with sanitizing the equipment and moping the floor. Some of the equipment could use a deep cleaning, such as the elliptical machines where you put your feet. There is dirt and debris all around the inside rim. A quick vacuum each night would work wonders. Also if only they would have a housekeeping crew to keep the bathrooms equally clean. I am there early am and the floors an garbage look as though it has not been cleaned since the previous day. I dont feel comfortable taking a shower and get ready for work there. This needs to be a priority for cleanliness regarding germs.

A lot of older equipment, but everything works. Its a great gym if youre motivated by people that are really in shape and push hard.

Everything inside is old. Never seen anyone going around cleaning. When they first open in the morning and everything(papertowels) should be restocked they are not. Treadmills do not work with headphones. They said they were fixing them, they didnt. This place needs a revamp and maybe some management that cares!

Great facility and just overall outstanding customer service! Come and check them out, they care about their clients in both actions and words!

I like to do Zumba but every time I’m going to the gym at Wellington the teacher has problem with the speaker we complain about it and they promise to fix the problem but never happens we paid every year over 30 dollars to maintenance and the equipment has mold so they don’t care about the members they only care about the money

They need stay open until 12 to be viable like they use to. Gym have everything but too pack No one has any gym etiquette. There are dumbells all over the place at any time of the day NO 1 puts dumbells away not even staff. Try being able to work on squat rack or bench press, 10 ppl waiting plus cant find dumbells. I should have waited

Its Ok as far as an LA Fitness goes. Free weights are very disorganized and people dont pick up the spray bottles of cleaning spray.

In dire need of an overhaul. Old weight equipment, Stair-Masters squeaky, treadmills rusty.

Equipment is old and outdated. The facility is crowded and more of a social scene then a gym. No one wears a mask once inside.

This place is filthy! After one day of my new membership, I’m contemplating if it’s even with it. A tenth of the machines were broken.

So far the best LA Fitness location. Never have to wait to use equipment, at any time of the day.

Easily the worst maintained, dirtiest LA fitness around. Equipment always all over the place. Always equipment scheduled for service (2/13 treadmills down for maintenance while 15 line the back walls being unused for social distancing) (1/3 stair masters down for maintenance while 2 line the basketball court walls being unused again for social distancing purposes). When it comes time to clean at night people are still utilizing the machines and equipment while the ones surrounding it are being “sanitized”. Overall extremely poorly run and “maintained”.

The worst LA Fitness Ive been in. The equipment is dated, to put nicely, and its always crowded. People do not rerack their weights as well. I will willingly drive further for a better workout experience daily.

I never write reviews. I have been a member for 10 years. Unfortunately last 2 years it has completely changed. Its become the clueless, entitled, no common consideration typical place. With the staff and members. The virus is the breaking point! They have mandated signs everywhere requiring masks. Most of them wear around the neck. Not tough enough to work out with them on. Its a sorry joke. I am really frustrated paid for the year, and yes they think people should pick up their weights while they sit on the equipment and text.

The team at LA fitness Wellington has done a great job keeping the club clean and organized.It has improved so much and I am excited to be able to work out again in a clean safe environment. Thanks to the management staff and the continued effort of the folks keeping it clean

Wow what an amazing staff! The facility is loaded with rooms for swimming, sauna, basketball, racquetball, kickboxing, yoga and more. They have free weights and a manageable payment plan for new members. It is worth it.

Very good gym. All the equipment that you need to have a great workout. Staff is very nice and helpful. James Joseph helped me out with a membership and was very welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

No masks for half the members, and no rules enforced by staff even with signage all around. Staff seemed attentive enough but theres no enforcement and made the place feel dangerous to work out in.

James Joesph the manager was super helpful and had a lot of good information I needed. He showed me the different options I had and what was available to me. Very friendly and easy to talk too. Didn’t feel like I was being pushed in any direction like other places. 👍🏻

The staff are amazing. Knowledgeable, courteous. When I came in two months ago I spoke to Anthony and he never tried to sell me anything, he was polite and respectful, only offered recommendations and started me on a path to get the best out of my body.

Try this gym and walk in and out within 15 minutes. Every way track I went to had so much weight on it that I would have had to spend 20 minutes removing it even though there was staff everywhere. Then I ran into an old friend who was working out there and ask him how he liked it and he said he works out there only because its giving it but he carries with him a bag of equipment like handles and cables and pins because you can never find anything there. That the staff is very friendly when you join and then they really could care less. Back to the drawing board.

If youre looking for a gym with great management along with a friendly front desk staff to welcome you, go someplace else. LA Fitness Wellington have what you need to get you where you want to be, but keep in mind you are going to be working out in a location where most members lack the common decency to clean up behind them or to simply re-rack their weights.

I have been to many LA Fitnesss in Florida, and this is my absolute favorite! The employees are always kind to me. They keep the gym clean, as well as the locker rooms. They are always replacing old equipment. (Plus they just renovated the entire gym, so no need for replacing old equipment) Yes, not everyone re-racks their weights, but its just rude. Not the gyms fault, because they have signs to re-rack the weights. It is a popular gym and it does get busy at certain times, but I am always able to complete my workout routine. I love this gym!

LA Fitness in Wellington FL. is horrible! When going at 5am (right when they open) the gym is a wreck. All the weights are slread out off over the gym and not racked the way they should be. There is trash and water bottles left on the floor. When going in the evening is the same as going at open. The free weights are NEVER where they should be. Trash is left all over the gym. The equipment is DIRTY as if it never gets wiped down. The weight assisted machines need greased because the weights constantly stick. It is very frustrating when you are wanting to have a good workout but can not because you have to spend more time searching for the weights you need than what you actually spend on working out. They need to hire employees who actually work instead of sitting at the front desk on their phones or gossiping with one another.

5 stars for being close to me and having a pool. -1 star for cleanliness in mens locker room, bathroom and shower areas, -1 star for broken toilet, -1 star for swamp like spa water.This is a habitual issue with this location for years. There is consistently an issue with something...and cleanliness is always ALWAYS something that they just dont consider top priority.

I can say that there was a problem I had and the manager was quick to resolve it. I think most any gym is going to have complaints and it’s probably unavoidable so I don’t want to give 3 stars when there is positive change. I leave my 9 month old there and they have been pretty good with her. The Spanish cleaning lady is amazing, super friendly and a hard worker. Cellular strength sucks in this area but WiFi is decent. Gets very packed during weekdays around 5pm. Hard to get a machine sometimes. Thursday and Friday aren’t so bad.

First time in Wellington locations since re opening. Bunch of teens sweating all over the places-and not re racking the weights. Went to tell the front desk none cared, they simply said: I’ll be right with you... nothing else happened. It’s a shame . Never again this location

Jacuzzi looks unclean compared to other locations. The Air Vents in the pool area and other areas in the building need cleaning as they are full of dirt. Staff members rarely smile/greet incoming and outgoing customers, unless they know them. The Pool, weights, and parking are good at this location.

The worst kids club ever! I feel much better when Sam, Jennifer &Mia are there. Other than that the older women is always on her phone or sitting on her BUTT while the kids are running around playing unsafe especially when little babies are around. I say FIRE the older & the Spanish women. They’re there for the money and not for the safety of the kids.

Its a love hate relationship its a nearby gym with free weights and wonderful people goes there but they just want your money and thats it.... I love working out and have no problem with the price tag but this place do really suck .....planet fitness is nice but they have no free weights ....Im still look for that one gym that will make me happy...

After 8 years of membership, I’ve seen several new faces coming in and out of this gym and for the people like myself, that have been here several years can concede that it’s gotten worse. The final straw and incident that tops all beyond several occurred yesterday in the parking lot when I had a man draw a gun on me and cock it over nothing but a power trip following his work out. Membership has promptly been cancelled. The practice of overcharging people in the thousands and taking advantage of unsuspecting teens is absurd but if they can get away with it, they will gladly continue this practice. The only people who I can gladly vouch for are the custodians and some of the greeters.

So crowded almost anytime of the day. They say its one of the busiest L.As in the country and I believe them. I worked in this industry, and I prefer somewhere less shoulder to shoulder. Was also very dirty and old in the rest room, shower, and pool deck.

This place is awful! I spoke with a gentleman named Will and he wanted to charge me two start up fees one being an initiation fee which was already high starting at $205 -$159 depending on the monthly just to start up!! not including first and last month ! Was very pushy on signing me up that day .Then they want to hit you with an annual fee of $49 2 months after you sign up! When I did my 3 day trial the sauna was broke it gets super busy theirs trash all over the locker room floor some lockers got broken into I mean this was all within 3 days of being their when I brought it to the attention of a gentleman named James he was to busy txting on his phone and sent me to the front desk to speak with someone

I really love going to this LA Fitness. Ive been to o e in Miami and Pembroke Pine, and have found this one to be the better of the 3.The place is clean and the staff is very great. Never a wait to use anything at the gym, great classes and I really enjoy myself at this LA Fitness.

DEPLORABLE GYM. Equipment is completely outdated, not enough variety, not even extra attachment for back exercises, not enough dumbbells and several pairs never match or theyre randomly scattered around the building without anybody supervising/organizing the place. LA FITNESS as an organization is clearly on its way out and at this point they only care about selling memberships and keeping those numbers up. They do not care about the customer, maintaining facilities, improvements, etc. And as a whole, THEY ARE NOT suitable for fitness and bodybuilding.

I have lived in the area for 10 years right next to this gym. I will take the extra 10-15 min. to go to another location rather then the wellington location. This place is a has needed a remodel for the last 8 years. Every other location seems to be twice as nice as this one.

This gym is very popular so its usually crowded. There are plenty of machines and weights to use. My wife loves taking all the free cardio classes they offer.

Went it to tour the facility, was told I would get emailed a 1 week pass to try out the gym. Never got an email. Called to ask about it, was told they were busy and would call back. A week went by and not a single phone call. Called customer service who said the manager would call me in 5 minutes. 30 minutes later the manager calls and tells me that they have been busy and they must have forgoten about me. Has no desire to make amends. Asks if I am coming or not. I tell him I’m not sure it’s the right fit, he hangs up on me. The quality of an employee here is horrible. Would not recommend.
