I gave it two stars because I think it’s a good place and the service is decent. HOWEVER, the 3 missing stars are because they lock you into a three months contract and then when you go to cancel you need to give a 2 months notice or pay 99$. That is really a 5 months contract which was not explained at sign up time. Of course. Please be aware!

The owner of this place has very shady/ predatory business practices. We’ve moved out of town and they refuse to cancel our contract unless we come in. Please avoid this place at all cost. Accounts held under my wifes name. Thats why you havent been able to locate me in your database. Im going to have her call today. If you are unable to resolve this issue this comment will remain.

Had to share this to try and inspire those that struggle with maintaining a workout routine. Im that girl, the one who never liked the gym and never committed. I always loved yoga and pilates but yoga studios are expensive and their hours are not flexible.I went into hotworx Wellington one day to get info and signed up on the spot. Kierra was lovely and helpful.I love that they are 24/7. I can go early hours or late nights. A lot of times I go after I have put the kids to bed. The workouts are AMAZING!!! Yes its on video but they are very detailed in the workouts and body movt. Iv been going for 2 months and just noticed they changed up the videos which is great, offers variety.Overall for the price, flexibility and the amazing workout you get, I highly highly recommend.

Not bad, I liked the sauna for the cardio really made me sweat. But i found that for muscle training this doesnt work for me. Kierra who helped me was really amazing however great with communication and knew everything!

Awesome gym. Very clean. I love going late at night when there’s not a lot of people there. The only thing I can think of to make this place even better is if they were to add a punching bag.

I saw the ad for the place for the 5th time on Facebook one day and decided, why not? I scheduled a free trail Appointment. All of the staff was polite and kind. The place is kept very clean and I love the 24 hours part. Kaid the manager worked with me and was so kind and attentive in reference to professionalism, scheduling, and communication. I could tell he put his heart in the job. Mainly best thing about this place though? You sweat so much in those isometric hot boxes, and you feel all the benefits, even from just using once. After my session there I felt detoxified, not drained, cleansed, like I just removed a few layers of yuck from inside of me. The results are scientifically substantial and you really do burn twice as much as a regular gym, working out in those wooden sweat box chambers. Sadly, I wasn’t able to sign up then due to a physical therapy complication, but I can’t wait to go back and get more work done, I can’t wait to sign up soon, and keep working myself here. I’m bad with gym commitments, but this one really feels worth my money. New owners, you’re doing good. 👍

Im obsessed! Im finally taking time to improve myself and it so happens to be Covid Friendly, mostly individual saunas, equipped with Infrared technology to give you the hardest and most fulfilling workout youll ever have in 30 to 45 minutes! 10 different virtual classes! Come on! So fun

Every staff member has been very kind and courteous to every person that comes in to the studio. The manager, Keagan, is always on point with customer service. Her and her team are the best you are ever going to find. The studio overall is very well maintained, clean, and a great environment to relax in. There is no pressure and no judgmental eyes here.

I always feel Great! after each visit whether I have spent 15 minutes or 2 hours. I highly recommend to anyone to start a fitness program at your own pace.

Love the feeling of the hot sauna; love the variety of workouts; love the friendliness of the staff and other members. Oh! And Love the results! More energy; better attitude; and feeling stronger after only a month. Really a great experience all around!

I am not a gym person but love coming in here. Intimate setting, open 24/7 for members, virtual instructors, variety of classes yoga, pilates, cycle, row and more. Amazing benefits within the infrared technology.

The manager, Keegan was rude and unprofessional to me and my guest. Id be surprised if this gym is around much longer.ETA: I appreciate the owners response. If anyone doubts it they can read through the other reviews that complain about Keegans unprofessional behavior. As for my true identity, youll know who I am when I come into cancel my membership.

I have lost 40 pounds. I feel great and now in a size 4. Cant wait to lose the last 10.

I signed up yesterday and did my first Hot Yoga class, the heat was great, you sweat a whole lot but you can breathe easily. Yoga is harder then it looks but Ill get the hang of it. Plus they have other rooms with different classes. I highly recommend it. The gentlemen that help me was Kaid, awesome guy, thanks Kaid.Merci Monsieur!Eric Rouleau

I 100% agree with the complaints against Keegan. Extremely rude, nasty and unprofessional. The staff overall tends to pick and choose who they want to be friendly with which is why I prefer to go in once they’ve all went home and before they arrive for the day. I come to the gym to relax not to be antagonized. Seriously thinking about cancelling and going back to LA Fitness. At least the said hello when I walked in.

I love every aspect of HOTWORX from the classes and health benefits, to the friendly, super helpful staff. I feel amazing after my workouts! Great place for a working mom!!

This place is amazing. I go every day to workout. I left Wellington Hotworx to go to Boynton Beach Hotworx . The best decision. The general manager Karissa is amazing perso . She is so sweet and Im so glad I got to meet her.

I LOVE Hotworx in Wellington!! I have been a member for almost a year now. Keagan the manager has always been polite, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and just outright AWESOME!! I am not sure what these other reviewers are talking about?!?! Everyone there is so amazing! I recommend this workout facility to everyone of all workout levels. I have lost almost 30 lbs since February of 2019! I have done bootcamps for over 5 years and never got results like I have from Hotworx! Go Now! You will not regret it!!🔥🔥

Terrible. They sign you up a month unlimited if you try it and don’t like it then they refund your money. LIES. I haven’t gotten to try it yet after 2 months because of an injury i tried to call and speak to the manager Sean who has avoided my calls and insisted I would receive no refund regardless of the contract.... I wanted to try it, however because of my injury I haven’t been able to and I wanted to work something out with the manager to move the months over. So rude and continued to call me not to follow up on my concern but to collect a routing number and back up payment. Just rude. Thank goodness I didn’t give them that and used an American Express. I’ll be filing a complaint, just a rude and dishonest way of doing business. Make sure you don’t get fooled.

Keagan was unhelpful and rude. Trying to cancel my account and being told I can not cancel my husband who is on MY ACCOUNT as a family plan. Then refusing to giving me contact info to corporate and even telling me there is no manager they are gone for weeks there is nobody but her I can speak with.
