Worst laundry mat experience EVER, not just in Waukesha but life… One out of the two coin machines wasn’t working,and the other one only excepted $1and $5…One of the washing machines didnt unlocked after it’s cycle locking in ALL my work clothes… I can go on and on about my experience but I’ll just leave it at that…!!!

Ill never come here to do laundry again. Most of the washers and many dryers are out of order. Its like nobody cares about the maintenance if this place.

Good prices for laundry machines. Lot of them out of order. Go early in the morning.

This laundry facility was very clean, I like the fact that they have cameras watching everything. I was able to start my wash, walk a few feet next door placed an order for food. By the time I got back and ate, put close in dryer before I could finish eating the dryer was done. Clothes dried fast didnt steal my money, no 2-3 times having to restart the machines. Icing on the cake wouldve been if they had a TV to watch while waiting.

They need someone to fix washing machine so they can work. Dont have to wait on washing machine. They have red or white tag for repair.

Use to be nice. Now the washers leave your clothes dripping wet. Also, only half the quarters registered in the machines, costing double what they were supposed to.

Half the machines are out of order, alwaysosing money, no signs on machine til after u put money in to find out they dont work. Filled out papers to my money back but never received anything

So nice to see the new machines. Very clean. Actually enjoyed doing my laundry. However disabled auto door not working.

Do not recommend nothing there works

This place is always clean. Everytime Ive come here there have been less than 4 people here at a time. Wish they had more big load washers.

Dont enjoy laundry mats but home machine is broken and had no choice. Washer failed to start and I didnt notice it till the other two machines cycle ended. Started it, again and waited another 30 minutes only to have clothes literally dripping wet. NO ..it wasnt overloaded. Seems most machine were in need of repair. Change machine was empty so I had to run home and search for change.. 👎 Laundry mat itself was clean .

Machines did not work. They did refund money lost to the broken machines. I got refund in the mail.

I waited in my car for my close to wash. It was 9 50 and the doors were locked!!!!! Phone does not work. And the doors are locked at 9 40! New clothes! I better get them back. Thef. Please message me

My fisrt trip here and I loaded the washer right in the door. It stopped counting my money $3 in and now you owe me $3.50 on that. The unattended establishment has a sign to fill out a form with your info on it and theyll contact you. There is no lock on this mailbox where they would like you to file your grievance with your info on it; there are also no forms to be found anywhere. The number listed is out of service, WTF?!

Machines are not fixed and smell inside

There are more machines not working than they have refund slips available. They also close earlier than when I started coming here 3 years ago. They now close at 10. So its always full of people. Good for them but, Im going to start looking elsewhere.

Very convenient, clean and reasonably priced. I love using this place to do bedspreads and other large items. It could use some chairs instead of stools though.

This laundry place is cleaner than some of the others in the Waukesha area.

It was an ok experience at this laundromat. Cost is fair and wasnt to busy for a saturday afternoon. But 2 machines i attempted to use didnt work so out that $. And it was very dirty...

We use this laundromat alot. Because its usually very clean and has the large washers. Lately the dryers are NOT working at all wait 40 minutes to find out no heat !! Than move to another wait 40 minutes lost 2.50 this isnt the first time. This laundromat needs serious maintenance!!

I put my $20 bill in the change machine and only received $15.00. I used 9 of the $2.00 washers. I ended up putting about an extra .50 in 6 of the washers because the counter on the machine was either stuck or the machine wasnt registering the quarter. One machine stopped working and displayed a error code during the cycle.

It is a safe place, even if you have many inactive washing machines
