Its a decent place for the most part. The washer and dryers are nice. But if u end up losing money because of a faulty washer or whatnot good luck trying to get your money back. Ive been writing for the past 2 months and cant even get a response back about my refund.

Spacious and plenty of machines to use but theres a lot of broken down machines which can be inconvenient

Bathrooms are just dirty and nasty!!! Walls are gross around toilet and seat are disgusting always!! The big washers are constantly broke!! They have been for months now!! Change machines are constantly empty. How does 2 change machines end up empty for days!! Someone needs to pay better attention to the needs of this laundrymat! They also never reimburse you for lost money in broke machines or change machines!! It usto be the best in waukesha, it is definitely declining!!!!!!.

I am here right now. Not one, but BOTH of the change machines are broken…. I doubt this just happened. Why isn’t someone checking at least once a day on this?

Well kept and clean inside. Hardly ever any issues with machines being down. I use the big washers and dryers for bedding and towels and it gets done quicker then doing it at home.

Washers are great; they are a bit pricey. & they need better staff for cleaning, not the cleanest here especially the restroom…

I have had a few issues in the past and those issues were taken care of promptly. I washed a load of laundry there today and was impressed by the cleanliness and the efficiency of the machines that I used.

Machines are working good, they have enough coins change. Staff are working well.

Broken machines, dirty place, what happened here ? I use to like this place and now is rundown, used the $8 machine just a few coins to wash it and couldnt put the remaining 1.75, machine not working, really a bummer, this place used to be good, not coming here again thats for sure

Sometimes can be fairly painless coming here. But literally its russian roulette if your coins will actually be accepted in a machine. I lost out a lot of money because they cant seem to empty or repair anything...OH and you never see a dime back when you complain about it since they never have any forms to fill out... Moldy smelling machines, over priced, and dont you dare think you can use the change machine on a Sunday, its always empty.

Been twice,both time something went wrong with the washing machine and dryer. The last time I was there over 2 hours just because the washers keep messing up. Sunset Laundry a BIG HEAD😱

Worst place to do laundry. All machines are broken and management seem to give 0 pupu about it. If you have to work and do laundry the same day, go somewhere else. You don’t know if either the laundry machine or drying machine are gonna stop working all of a sudden.

Machines are too expensive and quarter machines are always empty. Ended up going elsewhere.

Seemed fine to me. I went mid morning during the week and the place seemed clean and it was not crowded at all. True, there were a lot of machines out of service but it didnt affect me at all and the other customers there appeared to make due. Plus Murfs is next door so while your stuff is drying you can grab a burger. #Win!

People need to learn to pick up after themselves. Spacious, alot of parking. Good location

Dont bother going here. The machines rip you off (in my case $4.00) and the owners refuse to reimburse. Its really great, isnt it, to get paid for nothing? Update: they did send me a refund, about a month after I called and told them I lost money in their machine. I still wish there was someone closer by that could take better care of the customers at this site.

Standard self service laundry. Plenty of working equipment. The floor needed sweeping.

Terrible laundromat machines dont work my clothes got locked in the machine they told me it would take 3 to 5 days for someone to come and open the machine to get my clothes out it is a terrible laundromat there were several blocking machines there and two other people that were having problems with their washing machines when you called the customer service number it goes to Canada and then they have to transfer you back to the US theres no ongoing site manager terrible laundry

Half the machines dont work and many of the ones that say they do work eat up your quarters. Or the displays on them are broke so u are unsure how much you put in. Glad I only go here a few times a year. If it was weekly Id definitely find a new place to wash laundry.

Pumped 8.75 into a wahser with no out of order sign to find out it doesnt work called the number on the machine to report it and ask that someone come give me ny quarters back. Was told it has to be mailed to me. Probably wont be able to dry all my laundry which today is several washers full. Also filled out a maintenance slip. I flipped through the box of slips which is full and cleaely unattended to and found other slips with the same washer being reported. So not only has action not being taken but theyre probably not putting an out of order slip on the machine or theyre taking it down so people will put money in not knowing it doesnt work and lose out on almost 10 bucks. Ill do everything in my power to get this place shut down so the owners cant make another penny if I dont get my money back

Can you fix your your machines and fill your change machine this is ridiculous Ive gone through $10 in change because machines arent working and this will be the 2and time now that I have to leave to get change. Is this a business or not and no number for customers to call and tell you you stuff is broke are you kidding me

Went to this laundromat cuz I was on this side of town instead of going to the one I usually go to. Its more expensive to both wash and dry than the one I usually go to and washers take 10 minutes longer and still dont clean your clothes. Some of my clothes werent even wet and there was still laundry detergent all over my clothes. I ended up having to hand scrub out the stains in the sink and wash off the rest of the laundry detergent that the washer didnt. I didnt even have a big load I literally had a Walmart shopping bag with a few items in it and that was it so its not like I overloaded the washer.

I have been going now for about a month. My 2nd visit, I used a huge machine, one of the 2 monster ones right in front. It wasnt until I got all EIGHT DOLLARS worth of quarters in that and error message popped up on the little screen and I couldnt use it, o already had all my clothes in PLUS the laundry soap so I wasnt happy. I filled out a form that says we get reimbursed when the attendant can tell there was an issue. It states that they will be able to tell if there really was an issue. Well its been just about 3 weeks and I have not gotten reimbursed. I wouldnt complain but it really was annoying especially since I did use the laundry soap and fabric softener already. Ill now be letting everyone know plus Ill be going elsewhere.

Half the washers and dryers at this place are ALWAYS broken. They dont all have signs either. Ive lost a ton of money here trying to do laundry and then finding out the machine is broken AFTER it ate my money.

This establishment is in a good location, not the best machines, I lose money to the bandit looking to get clean clothes.Several machines show out of order on each visit I have been there. Overall appearance, dirty, trash on floor and on top of units. Kids not watched closely.

One star is to much for this place washers are always broken without a sign posted on them and it takes your money and you can never get reimbursed

Not very clean. There was green mold in the door of the washer I used that I didnt notice until I was unloading my laundry.

Pretty Clean services, the bathroom couldve been properly stocked with handsoap, paper towels, ect.

Average laundromat, dryers are a little pricy, only 2 top loading machines. The double loaders are only 1.00 on Wednesdays but almost all of them are out of order. No wifi, no staff available.

Machine locked clothes in wash and kept saying error codes no body came to my aid terrible want a refund

I really didnt like the fact they didnt have chairs to sit in only stoles. Stoles like you would find in a high school science lab. Very uncomfortable and the floor seemed slippery. Other than that it was a laundromat with everything you need to wash your clothes.

Really miss the old owner.
