Due to a long tangled story, I was in a local Waukesha hospital that did not have laundry service for patients. I was so happy to find a local laundry with pickup and delivery service. John was a pleasure to deal with, and was able to arrange pickup the same day. Delivery next day. Thank you, John, for the service and clean clothes!

The place offers awesome Laundry Rates for Washing between Tuesdays-Thursdays. $1.25 for standard size washer and ¢25 for 8 mins for standard size dryers. Expect rush in Tuesday-Thursday window. Some machines are usually out of order.Quality of washers and dryers is at par with regular washers and dryers.

One of the best laundromats in the waukesha area! Been here a few times now and its always clean (came in early today and the owner greeted me and went on her way of keeping it orderly and making sure everything was filled!) And the machines work great! Only thing negative I can see is it is a little cozy so if its crowded you may have to wait to get around someone.Definitely would recommend!

Laundromat with clean washers and dryers that work well. 2.50 for regular washer and dryer starts at 25¢. Convenient locationn in a shopping center with kohls, anytime fitness and a few others shops.Visited on a Sunday around lunch, not to busy. They have restrooms available and vending machines, two change machines, both in working order.

Prices are about average for a coin laundry. The layout is a bit claustrophobic. (I accidentally trapped a woman in the corner while loading a washing machine.) The only other complaint I have is that there is no parking next to the building, so if you have more than one basket of laundry you have to cross an rather active parking lot multiple times. I know there isnt much the business can do about that, but its something to keep in mind if mobility is a problem.

Always clean, and comfortable atmosphere.

A lot of broken and musty smelling machines. Also the washing machines are really tiny unless you’re willing to pay $6 per wash. It’s a $1.25 Tuesday through Thursday which isint a bad price, but with how small they are it takes a lot of loads.Came here to wash blankets but had to space them out between 4 washers. I don’t think I’d come back here again.

We came in for the HD rally, after being out on the road for a week already, and stayed at a hotel that said they had laundry service but didn’t. I called Westbrook laundry and we were in his area for pick up. John met me the next morning, picked up our stuff and had it back to us late afternoon. Excellent service, very reasonably priced and very nice!! Thank You!!

Nice location, friendly people. Owners were there cleaning and fixing little things. Really showed they care about having a clean store.

Quiet clean small laundromat

I cannot say enough great things about this place! They have been doing pick up and drop off for my mom and we are THRILLED. The customer service is exceptional and they are such fantastic people, really taking the time for personal connections. AND the laundry is done exactly as my mom asks, fitted sheets folded perfectly, clean and returned with a short turnaround.

Westbrook Express Laundry’s pickup/delivery service has been great for me. I text or call the owner who picks up clothes at my convenience and 24 hours later, he delivers neatly folded laundry back to my home. The laundry smells and looks clean and everything is folded so nicely – much better than when I did my own washing.

This laundry mat is GREAT. All of the washers are clean and its very nicely put together. I enjoy doing laundry here!! - I come from across town because the machines actually work.- Never a problem.

This is a very clean facility. Washers & Dryers are nice and if you go Tues-Thurs you get a discount.

Internet said it was 24hrs. Showed up around 9:45p.m. filled 8-9 washers up. Left around 10:45 to get drinks at gas station down the street. Came back 15 minutes later. Locked out. No one to answer phone to get clothes back. Had to be to work at 7a.m. place was dirty and very disorganized. messy and sloppy.

I have been coming to this laundromat for as long as I have lived in Waukesha (about 7 years), and it is always clean and the man that owns it is the sweetest! A few years back I had realized my promise ring was missing (accidentally went thru the wash) and I contacted the owner who crazy enough found it and met up with me to give it back! Then today I came and had two heaping baskets full and he brought both in for me. I was having such a horrible day, but the owner being the kind man he is, is why I keep driving across town to do my laundry!! I would highly recommend this laundromat over the others in Waukesha!

Friendly and never to crowded.

Friendly staff. I used their commercial machines to wash several sleeping bags.

Nobody attending the place the washers I used left the wash too wet and took forever to dry had to switch dryers at one point.

No problem good hot water for clothes

This was my go to laundromat for 5 year before I moved.It was great and I miss it.

I did not like anything about this laundromat. machines was so dirty I will not come here again all the machines was dirty dirty dirty. Dont come you will not be happy.

I cant do laundry at my new apartment so Im glad I can go here. As a student the dollar loads during mid-week really help. I drive a little further for this place but its worth it!

Very dirty, damn near left. I guess, at least no one was there so I had free reign over the machines.

Place is a dump, filthy inside and the machines that are out dated.
