Jon did my gel pedicure and I really liked it. This was the 3rd nail salon I have visited in St George and the noise at the other 2 was more than I could tolerate. I was here on a Sunday morning and nice and quiet. He even took me over a walk-in because I had made an appt. The massage chair awesome! Ill be back to see you.

Went to get my nails done the guy seemed more interested in get people in and out than doing a good job. I went back in and told them I was not happy with them and he quickly did them but it was the same quality of work will not be going back!!!

I have been going there for 2 years. Before, during, and I am sure after Covid; the service has been, and will be wonderful. I always have the white tips done, and he does a superb job. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I walked in and one of the employees was making fun of me because i didn’t understand her, they were but speaking korean so i didn’t know what she was saying. everyone in the salon looked at me like i was crazy. i felt extremely uncomfortable. i will never go back.

I received a bday present from my kids, a spa pedicure and manicure. I was very please with the professional service and friendly conversation. I definitely will be coming back again. Thank you so much!!!

T is the one who did me and my moms pedicures here. We couldnt find any other place this day that had openings, but we only had to wait here for about 15 minutes. T was very friendly and gave me good tips for keeping my nails healthy. She did an awesome job on both me and my mom.

Got nicked on five of my fingers. My thumb is infected. Didnt even get them done a week ago and they are already falling off. And ALL of the nails are ridiculously bubbly. Ive paid way less (it was $30 for a full set of just French tips) and had way better quality nails, in way less than the time it took them to do these (an hour). Not very impressed with this location.

Went there yesterday to get my nails done and the lady that did my nails did an amazing job. I had called ahead to make a reservation, and when i got there, she immediately started and I didnt have to wait. I had showed her a picture of a specific design that I wanted and she did it exactly the same. Also, i normally have a problem with other places when i tell them that i dont want my nails to be too long and they always are longer then what i want, but this time they turned out perfect! I was very happy with the way my nails turned out. They were very reasonably priced and the staff was very friendly. Definitely will be going back.

The worst place everthis place could be okay for old people who wants color and pedicure only.i asked for full set of acrylic and the result is so bad . my 10 years old daughter could do better job than those people

The only good thing about this salon is that they take walk ins, but what they really need is to learn how to manage their time. Also they need to actually care about the customers needs as far as caring how the nail actually comes out. My very first experience here was pretty good, and Ive been back three to four times and the rest of the experiences have not been great. I called in, they told me to come on over and I waited 30 min before I decided it was not worth any more of my time. Today a woman waited 45 after her appointment to seen. Why let people make appointments if you cant even know this is how you are managed. This will be the last time I come to this salon

When I called the person on the other end was very nice and welcoming but when we came in we sat for about 45 minutes before we got our nails done. When we where told to come in with no wait. Once service began I was handed off to two people and my fingers got drilled a couple times and I blead from it. There was hair in my nail polish and my cousins nails where unbelievably thin.

Terrible experience. Just wanted my dip nails removed and a regular manicure. The removal process was horribly done leaving spots on my nails that are so thin you can see the skin through them. Minimal manicure and a polish job that looked like a kid had done it. It was a hurry job because she kept telling people they had time for them when there were two ladies waiting for pedicures, myself and one other waiting with only two employees. Should have gone to my regular place instead of opting for what I thought would be a convenient stop. My nails will take weeks to look halfway decent. Wanted to love it, but wont ever return.

My nails were in such bad shape It was almost medically necessary for me to try and have something done for them. I was thrilled when the gal indicated that she could get me right in. No waiting other than while she re-cleaned the foot tub. I did find it difficult to communicate with the staff due to a language barrier. Nevertheless, they understood exactly what I wanted and gave it to me. I wasnt impressed with the salons overall cleanliness, but the tub and tools were clean and thats the important part. By some miracle, with lots of effort on the technicians part, she was able to transform my snaggeled toes and feet into soft beach worthy beauties. Thank you!! I will definetly return. I would caution those looking for a luxurious high-end spa treatment experience that this is probably not the place for them. I do think it is just the place for getting things back into shape or even someplace to take your boyfriend for a 1st and one time only pedicure?

I went inside this morning to get my nails done and at first I was treated very nicely but then as the appointment progressed the guy doing them got snappy and rude. Id shown him a picture earlier of what I wanted and he said he could do them, but by the end they were NOT what I wanted and he blamed me for apparently not telling him what I wanted. I was very disappointed and during the process he cut up my fingers with the tools a lot, leaving them stinging. It cost me $40 and I was not happy ☹️

I’m always happy when I leave after a pedicure. This is my go-to place.

The gentleman who did my nails was very sweet but my nails turned out nothing like the picture I showed him. He put a size 1 on on thumb and a size 2 on the other, so they looked different sized. He did that to all my nails. He also glued my pinky nail on weird and instead of taking it off and redoing it, he just filed it down to make it look like it wasnt messed up. Which made it fall off really quick. He also didnt cut my cuticles so they looked wrachet.There were ants on the table while he was doing my nails. Ants on the floor. There was a huge stain on the carpet. I was sitting by a fake plant that had so much trash piled up in the planter box. They really really need to clean that place up. Its really gross and idk how they pass any sort of health tests.2 stars because the gentleman was very sweet. But I will never go there again.

I called from Wyoming and talked with Steven to reserve an appt. He told me he could give me a fill at 7:30 the next morning. To be sure I was on time I arrived at 7:15 a.m. After waiting on the bench in front of Regal Nails at the Washington WalMart at 8:30 a.m. I texted Stephen and asked him if he would be there soon. No response. I waited til 9 and then left. Very sad. This shows no integrity. The WM cameras can verify I was there. This is true.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE !!! I paid 50$ to make my nails look so horrible, I’m not kidding they looked better all chewed apart before I got the acrylic gel nails all the nails are different sizes ! The gel already chipped there is glue all under them .. it was my first time going and I only went because it’s close to my house and I usually go to the Bloomington wal mart who do a very good job on my nails, if you are in town and wanting to get your nails done don’t go to Washington wal mart !!! You will thank me !

Disgusting. I do not recommend coming here. I walked in and sat down, looked around and saw how filthy it was, and walked right back out!

I called to get an appointment & the manager said to come right down. Got there & was told there would be an hour wait.

Was told it would be 25-30 minutes wait. Shopped a little, got back after 18 minutes, waited 63 minutes still waiting. Left without getting nails filled and granddaughter nails painted. Worst service ever in 29 years of having acrylic nail !

Very rude staff and they damage your nails. Do not go there!

Dont get your nails done they fall off the next day and horrible customer service!!
