Anna is absolutely horrible to her customers. She had a terrible attitude and is extremely rude! I could not believe how unprofessional she was. She yelled at me because I wanted a design on my toes and she said she would not give me the design then she proceeded to treat me poorly when I did nothing wrong. She rushed me and acted like it was a nuisance to do my nails. I will never go back. I’m not sure how she stays open with the way she acts. Absolutely uncalled for

I’m from Fairmont WV and I was visiting my daughter. We decided to get our nails done. We were very pleased. I am switching nails salons to go there now. It’s worth the trip

Anna’s was so clean they were friendly very very good at nails. I get solar nails other places use polish supposedly gel, but always faded and chipped, Anna’s builds the nail out of the color you want, no chance of chipping I’m very hard on my hands, always keeps the color. I would definitely recommend them

I went in today to get a fill waited half an hour and was told she couldn’t do any of the 5 designs I had chosen. Finally I found one she could do and she cut all my nails off. Had a terrible attitude the whole time and lost a paying customer. Got to the point I told her to just take my nails off I didn’t even want them done anymore. Horrible customer service. Very unhappy with my experience

They do great work

Dont expect the color you pick is the color you get. And they get upset when you say this. And they speak in their dialect, probably about you, but who knows?? I asked them to please explain in English what you are discussing, which really upset them.They do a sub-mediocre job. Dont fall for it. They are not top class.

My daughter and I got our nails done, they look great, but since they were rushing mine are a bit thick. There were only 2 workers and they had us come back after 45 minutes to get to us. I do like that they do dip nails instead of just acrilic. I would suggest making an appointment if your planning on going so you dont run into the same problem we had, trying to find something to do for almost an hour. Especially when you live 45 minutes away like me.

Im new to the area and just went here for the first time a few days ago. It was a fun and pleasant experience. They arent rushed or sloppy. Very clean, neat, & professional environment.

Ive never had a bad experience here. The prices are reasonable and they dont charge you for the littlest thing, unlike other salons in the area. I always recommend you all and will continue to do so!

The BEST pedicure I’ve EVER had! I am visiting from SC and just “walked in” to get a pedi. I appreciated them telling me that it would be about 15 minutes and I could come back (I would rather honesty than waiting forever). I came back and the gentleman who works there (sorry I don’t know his name) was meticulous in his work. I am a runner and hadn’t had time for a pedi in a while, so I know he had his work cut out for him, in spite of being the last customer and it being close to closing time. His wife finished polishing and was just as professional. Instead of rushing me out the door, the put me under the dryer and chatted with me - so sweet. I will definitely be back at Christmas with my daughter and recommend them with no reservations!

Tried going twice THREE AND A HALF HOURS before they closed, and they turned me away saying theyre leaving. They dont care about the business they get apparently. What kind of nail salon turns away a paying customer? They couldve easily made $50 off of me both times I tried to go. Very disappointed. I wont even bother trying to go anymore.

Got my nails done 3 days ago $30 gel nails havent done anything major for them to get chipped not worth it.

My first visit...they did an excellent job and the price was reasonable.

Called and asked how much a fill and to fix 3 broken nails, told them I was coming in. Got down there literally 10 minutes after I called told them what I needed and told them I had called and she said she didn’t have time for me. After I called and told her I was coming and it’s only 5:30 and they don’t close until 7 and there was nobody in there. Terrible service!
