We rented a storage unit today and was highly impressed with the iStorage faculty in Lincoln Park, MI. My wife and I checked out numerous storage companies in the Metro Detroit Area both online and in-person over the last few weeks. Yvette and Brittney were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and customer orientated. The security and surveillance system in place was the best Ive seen and this was one of our biggest concerns. As a law enforcement officer in this area for 20 plus years and an Army retiree with over 27 years of service this facility is one of the best Ive ever seen and would recommend it to anyone.

Brittany was very helpful in helping me figure out the right size unit for my needs. This is the second time I am using this storage facility. Its very clean and secure. The location is very convenient with it being right off of a major freeway. I highly recommend this storage facility.

I had the Pleasure to receive a call from Brittany I Storage Asst. On Friday the 18th. She left a message to call.back the office. I did & she shared, she did a Walk thru and noticed the lock was off my unit. I purchased a new lock and she placed on unit . BRITTANY was So Professional..I out state and she Was detailed as well re redress & solution. She let me know video was being reviewed. Ive been with this storage company for 5 yrs. So, I have all this extra material from different jobs I needed to store. Cabinets, granite, lighting, etc. I looked online and found this storage place. Reserved a unit. I picked out a 10 x 15. Got it for $96 a month. Paid online. Called in the morning for the code. Pulled my truck inside the building, found my unit with a receipt and a lock and set of keys inside. Couldnt have been easier and I couldnt be happier.

The experience working with Yvette and Crystal was amazing. I came in to upgrade to a bigger unit and they showed me a bigger one and got me into one that better fits my needs.

My boyfriend and I just got a storage unit today and were very happy with the customer service. Yvette helped us and could not be more happy for her assistance. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. The place was very clean and the unit we rented was very clean as well. Love that there was a dolly to help move our boxes up to the unit. We are happy so far!

This is an awesome storage place. Its main road and design make it very visible. The doors go all the wayup to the roofing so no little climbable gaps to worry about. Its all indoors so you have to have a passcode to even enter. Each passcode is registered to a person, it identifies you at entry and exit of building. You drive right into the building and it has carts/elevators. Cheapest units are like $50 a month though including insurance. The biggest ones on ground level can hold parked cars. Its a good location.

They actually deserve 10 stars all the way!! Not only is it very convenient being inside and always very clean but the manager Yvette is by far the best manager they could have. She helps out in need on a personal level and cares about people. She will go above and beyond!! She is AWESOME! So whether you just wanna free up space in your home or whatever you may need storage for I recommend them 100%. All there employees are great! THANK YOU FOR BEING AWESOME!!

Got their at 4:55 on Saturday the lady wouldnt even let help me already had a storage spot rented for a month they took money so we sat with my moving team till 7:00 I had to rent a bigger storage unit on line it was a nightmare

Very unhappy. I went and recieved a code from them for the gate. Went back and had 6 vehicles loaded to put into a storage unit. When we arrived at the gate at 6:30pm the code did not work.I called the 1800 number and they said they would send out a manager to open the gate and they would call me back.I waited over an hour, and then 3 phone calls later they tell me ill have to wait until tomorrow.So I then had to unload the vehicles again back at the house..I called the next day, and asked to speak to a manager. They told me that a manager would be contacting me about it. They never did.

Pretty decent storage facility. Big downside is every time I come to the office for anything, no one is ever there 😒 there’s always a sign on the door saying sorry we missed you be back in x amount of time. I understand when the sign is up with the walkie talkie when there somewhere else on the property. But when it’s just them not even being on the property during business hours, it’s a tad bit ridiculous and a huge inconvenience!

Super clean storage facility with excellent staff. The entrance is secure, so you must know the code to enter the building. Accessible elevators mean you can get your stuff from your car to your storage unit quickly and easily. Honestly, this is one of the best storage facilities I have ever been in.

I’m very surprised that you have a 4.9 rating so far my experience has not been that good.The Main door on the Facility in Lincoln Park was not working properly for the 1st week of my arrival. The facility was cold from the outside air being let in because of the Back door had to remain open due to the broken entry door.The Sound System is enough to drive a person CRAZY. I would rather not have any sound than the noise coming out of the current system.Thank you for reading my feedback. I hope you don’t take this comment to lightly.
