Save your money and time and go somewhere else. My daughter was charged 45.00 for this result by a 16 year old who is the owners daughter that was doing an apprenticeship. When we explained we werent satisfied, the owner wouldnt offer a refund or a new set to fix the upcurl.

Update: one week later and almost every single one of the nails in my $90 set has fallen off. i’m really really disappointed. the people are nice but there is no consistency of quality. huge waste of money. the polish came off after two days so i had to repaint it myself.i love secret nails !! i always go to get full set acrylics with designs and the woman who does them is AMAZING !! she kills it every time and she is sososo good at replicating the design i want. i won’t go to any other salon in town !

The staff is amazing. The salon is very very clean and they take very careful safe precautions for coronavirus. My nails last three weeks with a fill and gel and never chip or break I type all day and do lots of gardening. Im very tough on my nails which is why I get powder and gel They always look perfect. Ignore that my hands are dry. This picture is after five days. Best pedicure too. I suggest the Spa. :: Update:: still the best place in town. I added another photo of the stellar work they do.

Never coming here again! The tech was really rude bashing my feet because I do not get a pedicure often and saying how nasty my feet were. They just soaked my feet in water and did my toe nails and called it a pedicure.

Called and made an appointment kind of short notice for later in the day for a party of six got there it was very clean very welcoming smelt Great! they were all seated and all taken care of in a timely matter and very professional and clean very kind and courteous and talk to all of us made it fun and was excellent service. we all left super happy! Today (mother’s day ‘21) we had a group of five walk ins. We didn’t realize, but it was after closing. The staff didn’t mention it, they brought in five walk-ins for pedicures and we received amazing service. Every Staff member we interacted with was so kind and friendly. They made loyal customers out of every single one of us. So personable, friendly, understanding and they honestly just have amazing report. The entire service all of the employees would lightly chat with all of us and the one on one with the person performing your pedicure was awesome. You can tell they genuinely really care about their customers. Like I am here to RAVE about the customer service it was just so refreshing!! And of coarse, we all walked out with absolutely beautiful pedicures. Our legs and feet feel amazing and all look so nice!! There wasn’t a thing to complain about today. On Mother’s Day of all days for them to take a big walk in after hours and not mention it. I can’t even believe they’ve gotten bad reviews. The entire crew are people I feel I could be friends with, and they offer an Amazing service. The salon is also beautiful and so nicely kept... so clean and so pretty!!(And to the lady who can’t stand that men work in salons, or have tattoos, I hope you get ugly nails from a nasty girl who doesn’t care how your days going. Love my gel nails that Clara did!!!However, she is not very professional. Clara spoke wit my mom about how her coworkers don’t like her because she’s white and she has more experience than them. I found this ironic because Clara tried to look busy for about 10 minutes while my sister and I waited for our turn. She didn’t help with acrylics or pedicures or trimming or cutting. She didn’t help with anything except gel nails (which she does an amazing job!!). I understand it could be a difficult situation in the workplace, but her coworkers were right there and could probably hear her. I think the others are much more experienced nail technicians (they were running around helping with every other customer while Clara just stayed in the gel area). I would give the others larger tips than Clara, they do more. Clara did not give me a good vibe about returning, though.

Would not recommend. Unprofessional and very low quality for their high prices. Toes still had residue from last nail polish. Didn’t clean well at all. Was a young girl that did my toes and was rushing the whole time. I believe it was the owners daughter. When I left I noticed that one of my toes had lint in nail polish. Very noticeable. Got my finger nails done as well and they are decent. Design looks good but that’s about it. Waited so long just to get nails done. Got all them workers but none of them were able to do nails

Would not recommend this place. Went in wanting regular polish but was pushed into getting $15 gel on my acrylics and another $5 for french tip ok fine but noticeably crooked and unfinished nails with brush hairs in the polish and didn’t get any cuticle oil or lotion. Nail tech was sassy and looked quite young. Not the worst place but definitely won’t come back.

This is the BEST nail salon I have ever been to. My nails look so good, I am thrilled to find this place so close to home. Everyone was so kind and friendly on top of doing an amazing job. There was this teenage age white girl that didn’t even try to give us what we paid for. Me and and my girlfriend have been in here before and had an amazing experience but today the girl that did mine was really unprofessional an didn’t do the full service. She just rushed everything and did a really poor job when we paid for the best pedicure available. The other workers were very friendly and did a great job. I was very unsatisfied with the experience.

This salon was AWESOME! Beautiful space, super clean, and nail techs were great. This was literally the cleanest nail salon Ive ever been in. Titi was super friendly and helped my husband and I by making sure we had an excellent experience especially since we were walk in clients; she even did a really cool design on our pedicure!! Its a little pricey but I think the money is well worth it!!! We will be coming back here and recommend everyone else does too!!!

I enjoyed coming to this nail salon. It was very clean and relaxing and the staff was friendly and accommodating. My little girl got her first pedicure and loved it. They have smaller pedicure chairs perfect for kids. My only criticism is that my nail tech trimmed my big toe too much on the side.

Very disappointed paid $60 for the worst pedicure I have ever had. It was a birthday gift and I had been before and had a good experience. This time was the worse didn’t trim my nails basically just massaged my legs for 20 minutes and painted my toes. Will never return again.

Was excited to try this place out but unfortunately didn’t have a good experience. One of the gel nails had already completely come off 7 hours after getting them done (all I had been doing is lounging around the house when this happened). The tech looked to be very young (high school age) and didn’t take her time at all. My toenails are cut jagged( and hurt from being cut too short on some of them) and there’s gel polish that was not cleaned off afterwards. Very upset spending $60 here and being told that I can not be issued a refund.Update: not even 32 hours later and 4 nails have already come off. There were 6 of us that got pedicures done and out of the 6, only 2 people’s nails are still intact. Would recommend finding somewhere else to get your nails done.

Amazing mani and pedi! The massage was great for my sore tired feet after hiking for 2 days. The staff was very friendly (Ashley was the best!), everything was so clean and I enjoyed it all so much! They are really nice ladies! I think the place is really clean! We left happy and smiling even though we got hurt because we don’t like to cause confrontation. But they did hurt me and made my daughter bleed by scrubbing too hard on the skin by the nail bed. I wish them the best!

I have been to a lot of nail salons in Saint George and this one is the best. They are all so creative and so talented. I get Instagram worthy nails every time. I got a pedicure and it was so relaxing and the gel polish lasted a long time. They have so many choices, it makes every experience a new one

Booked an appointment ahead of time for 6 people. Showed up on time and we waited for at least an hour before we were helped. Multiple people were in waiting for there appointments also. The second we were there the staff was very rude. The services were very messy and rushed. Polish was put on very messy and was all over our skin. The manicure lady was very rushed and didn’t do the proper steps. She didn’t listen and did whatever she wanted and not what we requested. We left our manicures without our cuticles pushed back, nails shaped, no lotion or hand massage or cuticle oil. Overall very unprofessional, and overpriced for the terrible quality of work. Would never recommend.

Atmosphere was tense. No one really spoke and trainees seemed nervous about, who I presume to be, owners. Little to no eye contact from all staff, even when we paid. Mani/pedi was ok. Someone stepped in and almost drill-filed through my sister’s toenail while removing gel. No one seemed happy to be working there. Sad energy. They were prompt and did our mani/pedis at the same time. The trainees did well but lots of hovering which was awkward. One girl was talkative and friendly and doing a nice job, but it seemed like they didn’t like that and took over, having her clean equipment. Beautiful place. Nice equipment. Atmosphere weird/not relaxing.

Fine, but honestly would not recommend. We scheduled an appointment for a larger group they said they could get us all in at the same time. When we arrived it was not organized at all. They were jumping back and forth between about 10 customers! I think there were only 4 people actually doing nails so we were waiting for a long time! All of our nails were done subpar and only one out of the 5 of us got cuticle oil at the end . I personally got an acrylic set and the gel is already chipping and there are multiple nails that have sides that were totally missed. Everyone was friendly, but I’ve definitely had better experiences in st g!

This place is clean and so cute inside! I had someone doing my pedicure and another person doing my manicure at the same time. Made it nice to get out of there in less than a hour. Both super sweet people and very accommodating, asking if my massage felt good and if I liked the color. A little pricey for gel manicure and pedicure so I’ll go during their happy hour next time. :D

Called this morning and they got us an appointment in 30 mins. Everyone was sooo friendly and nice. Awesome family owned business! Very clean. Love the open layout, with the pedicure chairs along the outside walls and the manicure tables bar style in the middle. Megan did an amazing job on my pedi, man I love that calf massage! And Clara was awesome on my mani, she helped me do the random purples that I wanted. We will definitely be back next time we’re in town.

Service could’ve been a lot better!! I do believe there was a lack in customer service. Me and my close friend were treated very poorly. Our manicures not only felt rushed but one of us was bleeding from having our cuticles cut extremely bad. All the lady did when I showed her I was bleeding is put acetone over the blood. She didn’t even apologize! She was also not wearing any gloves. We for sure won’t be going there again!

We had an awesome time here, my nails look amazing! Usually my hands can be kind of sensitive and so manicures sometimes hurt but this was one of the nicest appointments i’ve had!

If I could give zero stars I would. Staff wasn’t very friendly. I wasted money on a pedicure that wouldn’t dry and came off moments later when I had asked for hard gel and she decided to just do nail polish. When requested for services they did whatever they wanted and just ignored what we said. Full set of acrylics are so noticeably crooked. Not very happy with this place and would not recommend, unless of course you want to waste your money. Supporting local businesses is a must for me but this business and their quality do not deserve anyone’s money.

This was THE BEST pedicure I have ever had!!! Everything is so clean and beautiful. Im pretty sure they have the most nail polish colors and options in our area by far! I had hot towels,massage stones and a paraffin wax treatment for $50 (gel polish is extra) which it is everywhere. So worth the money, I will be a regular from now on.

This is by far the best salon in town for nails. A full range of color. The service was spot on. I will definitely go back. Ive been looking for 2 years for place that has Forrest Green gel polish, this place has it all.

My husband and I came to St. George for a weekend getaway & wanted some pedicures. This salon came up #1 for top rated and it was easy to see why! It was an amazing experience, very quick and efficient but took their time making you feel pampered. We got the deluxe pedicures for $50 & got paraffin wax, callous removal, hot towels and stones, sugar scrub & more! This will be our go-to from now on whenever we’re in town! 10/10!❤️

The worst Spa pedicure ever!! My mom and I went in to have our feet pampered and basically got a lil leg message and our toes painted. Tried to explain how bad it was and good luck with that. No oils in the water no lotion and massage on our feet!!! Don’t waste your time or money!!!!!

Professional and reasonable

First time I went here I got a a full set acrylic nails with gel polish and after a couple hours of getting them my nails were chipping and peeling I went back and they fixed them no problem, I went back for a fill and same Issue with the nail polish chipping and peeling from it not drying all the way. My nails just came off and there was mold under two of my fingers from them using dirty tools and not keeping their Solon clean. I’ve heard from others I’m not the only one who has gotten mold on their fingers from this place. Won’t be going back here. I wish I could give no stars

Secret nails bar was a beautiful establishment with a relaxing atmosphere and wonderful workers. They really know how to treat their customers and make them feel welcome. I will definetely be returning!

Ive been here multiple times and its always my favorite place to get a pedicure done!

The place looks very nice inside, very clean. The problem is they had a teenager do my pedicure, and she cut my toe nails so short my big toes both hurt. She yanked a piece of nail off the corner making it bleed. Didnt scrub the heal at all. 2 days later my toes still hurt. And was expensive. My sister was with me and said the same thing.

I went to get pedicures with my sisters and Mom. I dont know who ended up doing my nails but she did a really great job! She also did my moms acrylics and did them very quick, thin, and beautiful. I got a gel pedicure and I chose a sparkle color, but it wasnt a very thick sparkle so they added sparkle powder to it for free. They did the same for one of my sisters. Its a beautiful atmosphere inside and doesnt smell strongly. The owners daughter had a new puppy too there which was so fun for me!

So impressed with this place. They let us move our appointment up on short notice to accommodate our schedule. The staff was very friendly. Everything they did was clean and sanitary, and my pedicure was very relaxing and turned out great. My sister and I will be back.

You will NEVER leave unsatisfied with your nails! The nail techs exceed my expectations every time and have a beautiful and calming atmosphere! I’m moving to Orem and will be driving 3 1/2 hrs every other week because there truly isn’t another gem like this place anywhere else! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!💕😍😍😍
