I hate to be this person but this was the worst pedicure Ive ever received. My nails were bleeding by the end of it. There was nail polish all over my toes and i asked them to fix it. The woman doing my nails yelled at me that the color I picked will get on my toes no matter what, took the nail polish off and told me to pick a new one. I stated I was uncomfortable and just wanted to pay and leave. When I got to the front I asked to pay half because Im going to have to go somewhere else to get them done now and the woman came over and started yelling at me to the point that I was in tears and legt. I do not recommend you ever go to the place.

I usually go and ask for kami only because I like the fact he’s a detail person and he does a good work. Today I went and I was rushed from my gel pedicure to my dip powder manicure. The services I’m getting are expensive and I never minded tipping l’ami 20% for the service. Before I left I told him that I was disappointed of the work he did ( very thick nails and not even filed properly) and he just ignored it because he’s got a client waiting for him. I live in the neighborhood and it was convenient for me to have a nail place cross the street, but guess what you guys lost a client today. This was my last time coming to your nail salon.

Total rush job from the nail tech. At the end when I tried to explain why I didn’t like my nails and why I felt it was the literal fastest and low quality I ever had. The woman who checked me out tried to argue with me why she felt like from far away, my nails look good. Will not be back to this establishment. The price of the service doesn’t match the actual service.

Came as a walk-in and couldn’t be happier! After taking the very stressful DC Board of Nursing Exam, my appointment at another salon was pushed back by 45 mins, and I decided to try my luck elsewhere. Not only did I get a full set of acrylics and pedicure last minute, but they were super sweet, friendly, and went the extra mile. TMI: I have chronic feet problems after years of ballet, and my tech took the extra time, without being asked, to shape my nails nicely, fix ingrown nails, and pumice callouses. Most places charge a higher fee! Only wish my acrylics were a little closer to my cuticle.

Got the most rushed, sloppy gel manicure here. I called to ask if they had any open appointments, and she assured me they did. However once I arrived I was rushed from start to finish. My “manicure” was just her setting my hands in a bowl of water and plucking at the base of my nails so fast that it was painful. Then she rushed to paint my gel polish. It’s sloppy, polish on my skin, and you can still see my nail beds. In all, my manicure wasn’t even 20 minutes. If she knew they were booked up, I would have scheduled for another time. But rushing my service was unacceptable. I felt so disrespected and unappreciated as a customer. I won’t be returning here.

I got toenail fungus after getting a pedicure at Four Seasons Nails and Spa on K St. Never had toenail fungus before in my life! This establishment is not sanitary. Also, I had asked my nail tech to touch up a few spots, but she started arguing with me, said my nails looked OK, & told me I was too picky and I wouldnt be pleased with anything (excuse me?!).

A good job but not great service. My friend felt rushed when picking her color despite no one waiting. I also suspect that they mis-ran my card intentionally because she saw I also had cash. I would much rather have paid by card, and my card worked at the next store I went to.

This place is horrible. Worst $80 mani/pedi Ive ever received. Looks like a kindergartener did it. Nail techs are unprofessional and disrespectful. After I asked my nail tech to go easier with the pumice on my feet she wouldnt stop and it left cuts on my heels. They also kept pressuring me to choose a different nail service than I booked my appointment for (kept pushing gel on me). Other reviews are spot on; Four Seasons Nails and Spa switched their name from Q-West Nails a few years ago to escape the horrible reviews re unsanitary conditions and issues with owner. Seems not much has changed.

Extremely disappointed with Four Season Nails and Spa. I went here with my daughter to get her nails done for her graduation. We were supposed to get a dip and a pedi, but my daughter ended up with a gel manicure. My nails turned out okay minus a few cuticles. But my daughters mani/pedi ended in complete tears! Unfortunately, she went after me and I wasnt able to sit with her the whole time. My daughters nail tech pressured her into getting gel instead of dip and went very rough with the pumice on her feet after my daughter asked her to stop. Her toes are a little sloppy. Already made an appointment for tomorrow at Varnish Lane tomorrow to take off the gel and get the dip and touch-ups.

I was staying nearby at a hotel and needed a power dip mani and regular pedicure. I called in the morning and made a same day appt for 6PM ET. I arrived a few minutes early and there were only two people working but I was seen soon after I picked my color. I like that instead of using foil and cotton pads, they soaked my nails in a bowl which I feel gets the old dip powder off quicker. My pedicure was pretty standard and they added $5 for the callous remover which is normal. My dip nails came out great, the technician was very detailed. I would definitely come back again!

I just moved to the area and am lucky to have this salon right next door. I’ve been twice and have been helped by 3 different people, and have been 100% happy with each service! It is very busy and a small salon so be patient - but everyone is nice and does a great job. Bc the dip polish works so well I’ve been able to grow my nails out and try different shapes - love it! My pedicures have been very neat and clean as well.

I went to this place for the first time because of proximity to my new residence. I could not wait for my session to be over and I was tensed the whole time. The place is tiny and they kept accepting all the walk ins. Ladies working in the salon kept talking to each other very loudly and non stop. The lady who did my nails was quite rough. I will stick to my usual place, Vicky’s Nail Salon in Georgetown for peace, quiet, relaxing environment + super clean and excellent COVID precautions.

Called ahead to ask if they were available for a dip manicure in about 20 minutes. They were and I was seated immediately. My nail technician Kathy was very friendly and very happy to try a fun design from a picture I showed her. She was very attentive and clearly cared about her work. I appreciated that she gave me 2 acrylic tips to make sure my nail lengths were all even. The other nail technicians seemed nice too and there appeared to be many regular customers in the salon. I’m super happy with the manicure and the price ($45 for the dip manicure + $6 for 2 acrylic tips). I’ll be going back!

My first trip to this salon was nothing special but not awful, but the second was a nightmare. The technician had no interest in doing a quality job. She left abrasions all over my feet from the pumice. I kept trying to tell her to stop and only do the heels, but she kept going. Nails not filed to an even shape. She annihilated my cuticles and I have hangnails everywhere three days later. Such a disappointment. I really wanted this place to be great since I live nearby. They also keep people waiting for ages since they refuse to say no to a customer. I appreciate the entrepreneurial spirit, but I can’t afford to wait an hour before we even get started!

Kenny, Cindy and Becky are great here. I did a walk in today for SNS and I definitely notice a difference in quality with the other employee who did my nails. I had to ask her to fix them 3 times. I’ve never had to ask them to fix issues before, it was rather uncomfortable for me. If you have the time, call ahead and schedule with one of these 3. They are awesome!

Went here yesterday around 3:45 as I was off work for the day, and was surprised how crowded they were at what I thought would be an off time! Despite the crowd, the ladies were so efficient and accommodating. They saw me checking the time and asked if I was in a hurry (I told them a little bit but that it was totally my own fault) and they were able to have my old SNS removed, a new set on perfectly, and out by 5. Its a small place and definitely not super fancy, but the technicians are very friendly and do a great job.

I went to Four Seasons a few times and they were generally okay. I stopped coming when they did a dip nail job for me for my wedding day and completely botched it and then refused to give me a refund. I was already in Chicago for my wedding so I couldn’t come back for a re-do. I had to pay to have the job redone at a different nail salon in Chicago and Four Seasons only reimbursed me $15 (I paid Four Seasons $50 with tip). The owner made me trudge to the salon to talk to her and wouldn’t discuss a refund over the phone. When I got there, they offered that I get my nails redone instead but they wouldn’t let me pick the time, only that I had to do it immediately or take the $15. I took the $15 and I’m never coming back.

This place was so wonderful and accommodating when my 2 girls and I were a walk in the Wednesday evening before Thanksgiving. They made it so that we could all sit together and get out in a reasonable amount of time while not being rushed, allowing our nails to dry. My nails and theres all look wonderful. Each person was so nice and patient with the girls and carried on friendly conversations with them. Id highly recommend this place to anyone!

I went with a friend on a Sunday and the salon was totally packed and very busy. It took over 30 minutes for them to get started on us (just two people) and the atmosphere was pretty hectic. That being said, both of the nail techs did a fabulous job on our gel manicures. Its been almost 20 days and mine still havent chipped (just grown out at this point). I would recommend making an appointment if youre planning to go on the weekend.

I visited this salon with a colleague. Will go next door to Varnish Lane next time. We were both asked if we wanted callous remover and we both said yes to the service. When we went to pay, they told my colleague she had to pay for the callous remover but I didnt. The reason: she had more to remove than I did. I was mortified for my colleague and felt truly embarrassed for her. When she shared how she felt she was told that the technician can choose to waive the fee. It wasn’t fair at all. She did get an apology only after she was told they can use discretion and what else should she have done. I will not return purely based on principle. Sadly...she recommended this place and was treated as if she was wrong for questioning this practice.

Other nail technicians are wonderful...AVOID THE OWNER DOING YOUR NAILS!!She doesn’t care if she hurts you while she’s filing your nails or grinding your cuticles off...I told her she was hurting me twice and all she said was “What?”All she cares about is finishing your nails quickly. No quality.Horrible horrible person... dipped manicured nails have dust in themShe should be thankful her employees are good at their jobs, or she would be closing shop with her attitude.

Went to get a full set of acrylic... I was talked into getting full set of dip that fell off within a week. Went back to get a full set of acrylic which they made me pay half for, two days later my index nail fell off. I went back to get that finger fixed. Two days later my middle finger now has fell off while putting on my shoe. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. $100 in two weeks spent there for the worst nails I’ve ever had.
