The experience was ok overall. This was my first time at this salon. I walked in to get a pedicure and was seated almost immediately. I waited about 10 min for someone to start the service which was fine with me. As I was looking around I noticed that the place could definitely use an update. It wasnt necessarily dirty, but it was super old so it appeared dirty. The woman who did my nails did an ok job. She definitely rushed through it and wasnt very precise with the nail polish. From afar, the polish looks fine but it couldve definitely been cleaner. The closer you get, the more you see the careless details. They charged me 51 for a gel pedicure with callus removal (which she definitely could have put more pressure into. I actually told her to scrub harder and she barely did). Also, when I gave her my card to pay, she told me no cash and directed me to the ATM in the back. I asked if i could walk to BOA to get cash instead because I didnt want to pay the fee. At that point, she ran my card for the payment and then told me next time only cash. There was a sign at the front desk but its not super large so I didnt notice when I walked in and, as I mentioned, this was my first visit. All this to say, this salon wont be my first choice going forward but Im open to giving it another try.

I like them but its certain people in there I prefer. I guess thats with any place you are getting treatment. I paid a whopping $78 today for a full set and a pedicure with gel & 2 fingers designed. They do charge you for things some Salon give part of the pedicure and manicure. I took a picture of a notice all the flaws I guess I was sitting in there so long I didnt see no flaws I just saw I want to get out. (It wasnt that long it was the normal start to finish time. I was just hungry and sleepy)

Went in for a pedicure and gel fill-in. Pedicure was everything did a great job. The nail tech cut my natural nail on one hand way shorter than the other hand. And did not apologize or want to compensate for the error. The person that did my nails is an older man and sits in third row middle booth. Woman that sits at the front door rude. They both tried to make excuses for his incompetence. Would i suggest to any other customers? NO.

Linh does a very bomb on my eyebrows and nails everytime. Im never disappointed with her work. Whenever I come with an idea of how i want my nails or what colors i want she always find the best match closest to the design and colors if she doesn’t have those exact colors. Far as my eyebrows Linh is the only one to get them right and make them even because naturally one of my eyebrows is thicker and longer than the other but when she is finished you wouldn’t even be able to tell.Also Peter is another good nail technician, he does very good job.OVER ALL YOU WONT BE IMPRESSED WITH THEIR WORK.

I got my nails done by them earlier I didn’t get the guy’s name. But the nails that were used are cheap and see through extra bendable and doesn’t even come curved like most nail shops. I put my arm through my jacket and the thumb cracked. I can see if I was just being extra rough but that wasn’t the case and my last nail job lasted over a month from a different shop. They charged me $45 for a look you could get a the beauty supply store and glue on yourself. I didn’t get eyebrows or a pedicure. And the chrome he put on( that I didn’t ask for) looks terrible on one hand and how it should on the other. The polish is all over my finger and it’s stuck because I got gel(I thought it would come off because I’m constantly washing my hand but it didn’t). So if you ask me they do an okay job but some should take their time and they need to get better nails...BUT OVERALL I Give 5 STARS BECAUSE THE STAFF IS FREAKING AWESOME!!! Plus I’m back the day after and they agreed to fix everything!

I went for the 1st time on 01/02/2020 with my 3 daughters they nail polish came off the next day and 3 days later all my nails was lose and lifting up i went to an older male in the 1st chair on the left i called to see what can be done cause in all my 15 years of getting my nails done i never experience my nails being lose in 3 days maybe 10 or 12 days later but not 3 they told me come back and pay full price lol i would never give them another dollar or ever go back again !!!

I came into the shop for the first time two weeks ago. This is my second time, I only go to Linh because she corrected the gel overlay issue I had previously from another nail shop, which will remain nameless. I preferred the natural look for my nails were you can not tell I have a gel overlay. My nails looks like I just had a manicure and clear polish but its actually a gel overlay number 241. Linh, is the best nail tech and her prices are very reasonable. I love my nails!

The worst service ever ! They are very slow and very rude they don’t greet their customers or talk in a nice tone until you get the services! They had me and my mom split up and we came together and only she ended up getting service because of the wait ! Then the owner comes in at 7:10 pm as the lady was sitting waiting for service for a refill he walks in from on the phone and say what do you need to me and I said nothing I want no services it’s been too long he turned from me and said with a angry voice WERE CLOSED HAVE A GOOD DAY ! she walked off in shame and angry out of the store and stated that was the second time he has been so rude and disrespectful! I’ve come here two time before and left ! I only came because my mom wanted to have a mom / daughter date for pedicures and this is unexpectable!!! This is a horrible business

The service here is Spectacular! I literally got my nails done & they got messed up 3x in a less than a week & each & everytime, they refixed them without any problems..They even gave me a brand new fill in set & polish! I was also told to come back in 2weeks to have my nails taken care of the right way, by removing the old (with a discount)! They actually remembered! I definitely went back & like the nail tech said, He redid my nails, by removing the old, adding on the new, & styling them to perfection, while finishing it off, with a great Hand Massage! They deserve more than 5stars!I wish I can take a picture of both of my hands, but I cant..Just know that the guy who sits at Station 1 & the Lady who sits directly across from Station one, by the front desk, on the right hand side, does Amazing work! (I apologize for not knowing the names, when I go again (in 2weeks) I will definitely do an update & have them take a picture of my nails. I guarantee youll love it! From the energy, to the cleanliness, to the music & customer service, they dont disappoint! (Nails got done 12/5/2018)

Yes theres a nail salon who has more than 2 members of the staff that can actually do good work! Ive been coming for years and I love the work...its a bit pricey(prices went up again)for the area and the decor of the salon but overall they do good work.
