These people are big jokes, Ive always said I believe they talk in there language so we dont know theyre talking about us. One time they will charge you a certain price and then the next time they charge you another price for the same thing. ERRRR!!!

I will never go back to this place. very dirty and i had an older guy doing my nails he was very rude and aggressive. he chose his own length for my acrylic nails, and added glitter that i didnt even ask for. when i told him i didnt ask for that he gave me a weird look and continued. he even cut the sides of my fingers open due to him rushing and got paint on my fingers & i still paid $50. i wont go back. don’t recommend this place at all. go to the other nail place in the mall! they are so much better!

I loved my fill. However the fact that they REUSE gloves for pedicures is Unbelievable and there is no excuse for that!

I just love my nails every time ! Going to ask her what her name is the next time because she did such a great job I’ll get her every time. They’re also nice there, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

A friend of mine recommended this nail salon to me so I decided to check it out.Im never trying another nail salon ever again! I dont like to wait so I called ahead of time (2pm on a Saturday) and was given an appointment for 4pm.They have plenty of gel and regular nail polish colors to look from. I was sat right away and Jemie began working on my nails. She was very kind and you can tell she knew what she was doing. I asked for short, coffin style, gel acrylics and got exactly what I wanted.everything was very reasonable considered I asked for extras. Cant wait to go back!

I usually go to this salon for a gel manicure. I went the other day for gel ($25 for the gel and manicure to clean up cuticles) and the lady at the front desk said they no longer do them and they do a dip now instead. She told me it’s $45 for the first time and $35 for the next time. I’m not sure why or how because she said she has to reapply the dip each time for color change. She asked me if she can trim my nails to make them all even and she trimmed two of my nails so short you can see the top of my finger and the rest of the nails are long. When she was done dipping them and putting the top coat on I asked if if the manicure was included and she said she did the manicure by cutting my nails and buffing them too. Some of my cuticles cracked because of the buffing. I’m not impressed. I usually go to table 5 or 9. I won’t be going to table 1 again!

Went in a few times now for acrylics and fills. Rarely filed down my real nail underneath causing them to separate from the acrylics. One nail popped off like the glue ons from Walmart when i was making dinner. Burned a few times this last trip and will not be going back

Worst nail salon I have ever been to. Made appointment two days in advance wait over an hour then had my feet soak for another 30min before someone finally started my feet. Then ask for pink dip nails with one glitter nail. I ended up with orange gel nails and a black flower on all my nail. Had glue and nail polish all over my hands. When I would say “no that’s not what I want” she would ignore me and continue to do want she wanted on my nail. Then at the end when I said this was not what I asked for she said it will “COST ME” to fix it. I will not be returning.

When you take a lady here to have her nails done for mothers day, you expect them to last thru dinner without showing scratches. Not like she did anything for that to happen. Very dissatisfied ☹️

Ive never been disappointed with the services at Nail Trix; mani, pedi, full set or fills. Large selection of nail colors and creative designs and flowers on my nails. Fills are strong and have never chipped.

Nails were not done well! Color was not put on the complete mail or color got on the skin, didn’t file nails even though I asked for a manicure, which costs more. Argued when I asked about what manicure she did. Will never return!!

They were in a hurry and very ruff

Loved my pedi and my natural manicure..lasted forever and my hands are always in the water. My eyebrows were on point just the way I like them fitting my face and I didnt even have to give her details.

NO NOT USE THIS PLACE! Worse experience getting a pedicure ever. The massage chairs are old and not good. It was dirty. They used old worn out toes seperators and a not clean brush. The massage lasted less than one minute. The towel was soured. The design was nice but that is the only positive. When we tried to complain all of a sudden no one spoke English.

I love the work they do on my nails. But always takes along time.

I took my two daughters here the ladies that started our nails were nice but the guys were rude in a hurry they didnt even cut my daughters nails or clean them before they started doing her nails didnt find this out until after he skip steps with her because one of the gentlemen started on one of my daughters and my other daughter and I had a lady and they did just fine but they hurried us along so much all of a couple of our nails were all crooked. it was ridiculous I will never go back to this place again

I looked at the reviews before I came here and gave them a chance because all the bad reviews were from a year ago and I seen good reviews from a couple months ago which seemed as though they improved. It wasn’t terrible but I wasn’t good. Hardly no massage for a pedi! What are pedis for? For a massage of your back and feet. She literally rubbed my feet for two seconds that’s not acceptable. Then she just left for over 5mins. My feet started burning in the water from whatever was in the water. I gave them a far chance and I won’t be back that’s for sure.

Got nails,pedicure,and eyebrows done. Nails lasted 4 weeks without a break. And I clean houses for a living. Definitely SUPER hard on a set. Mary at station 3 does mine and always great!!!!!!!!

I went at 730 last Thurs. First time there. It was pretty there but pedi chairs were old. I just needed my nails painted. They only spoke to each other in their foreign language. Very rude but they spoke perfect English when they quoted a price. I was moved three times before my nails were painted. The girl rushed me and kept saying You picked out color, you pick out color. Well she ended up putting the wrong shade on my nails. I went back the next day, and she said I CHARGE YOU 10$ TO CHANGE COLOR. I TOLD HER SHE PICKED THE WRONG COLOR AND SHE THEN BEGAN SPEAKING ONLY IN THEIR LANGUAGE. I WLL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!! Rude and unfriendly!!!!!

I always go here . very clean and very affordable place. They always do a great job. I have been going here for a year now and no other place can do as good as them. I find a picture online and show it to them and they do factually what it looks like. Theres only one or two people who work there that are ruff and not very nice. There is one employee who is very nice and friendly I try to recommend her but shes always busy. It defiantly worth the drive to Washington . I have went other places because they were closer to me and I regretted it every time. They have a clean place and very sanitary. They are usually busy but if you go on a week day it isnt that bad. I came in dec. 27th and today is Jan 2nd and 5 nails just popped off I have 3 that are cracking at the top of my nail and theres 2 that the paint is coming off... havent even made it to my 2 week fill in and they are a mess.I will never go there again!!!!

I like nothing, every time Ive gone here to give them a second chance, my nails never last! They fall off or break in a couple days, then charged me $4 a nail to repair them. Every mani is painful and the guy was forceful & rude.
