Ive been going here for about 2 years now and the service never fails me. Helen is so detailed and precise when I get any of my services done, but also the entire staff is just the same way. They just moved to a new location and its so beautiful in there and they enforce Covid protocols. I would definitely go visit and you can book online!Also, they have a TON of color options and even have a new line of polishes that is called Dazzle Dry. Its essentially a healthier alternative to both gel and regular polish.

Sophia was simply incredibly… As a male, it’s hard to find the perfect nail salon that allows you to relax without feeling the pressure of a nail tech rushing through the process in order to get to her next client. Sophia was patient, very detailed, and made sure my nails represented her professionalism! In fact, my feet & hands were amazingly soft, thanks to Sophia’s advice to get “The Caveman Pedicure”. 5 Stars to the team and I’ll be back real soon!

Do not come here. The nail ladies were trash talking me right to my face thinking that I would not understand Vietnamese. They are also very rough in doing your manicure. Most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had.

Ive been coming to Charming for 2 years, and its hands down my favorite place in the area. I live in Arlington but I will always trek into Georgetown to see Helen. Amazing service, detail oriented, and my SNS lasts over 4 weeks.

They did a beautiful job! I came in 30 mins before close on a Wednesday night and even though they were busy they still fit me in. $35 for a gel manicure and they have a TON of color options. Lifesavers!! After my nails were ruined by another salon, I called Charming and they were able to squeeze me in. Did an amazing job on a full set with gel nail polish. I have made my next appointment!

Perfect pink mani/pedi (my natural nails arent very long but now beautifully shaped) by Mako. Best prices and longest hours in Georgetown. On the 2nd floor so easy to miss. Small and not glamorous, but CLEAN, organized, and i was seen at my exact appointment time.

It is a small place, but It is one of the cheapest places in Georgetown. They do a great job! Sophia is the best doing French!

I love this place and I have nothing bad to say about the service but my only problem is that their hours of operation are totally wrong. I came on a Monday which said it was open from 11:00am to 7:30pm. I came at noon. And they werent open. I tried calling and there was no answer.. extremely infuriating.

I absolutely love this salon. The staff is very accommodating and professional. I have been going here for about a year now and I have never had a bad experience and it is always very clean. They have an abundance of gel colors and each technician that works here does an amazing job!

It’s the worst nail salon I have ever been. Services and environment are not good. I paid over 35 dollars and it only lasts for about five days:( Also, they made my friend’s nails bleeding

My experience was nothing like the reviews. The manicurist I had broke the skin on my finger (now I have an infection) in multiple spots from being careless and didn’t even throw out the file!

Accidentally found this place like about a year ago, it’s a tiny place but always packed with customers. Love their service, the staff are friendly, patient and professional!
