This is the worst place I have ever had a pedicure and acrylic nails filled. One if my nails popped off within a few days. All of them are rough and get caught in my hair when I wash it. No glue was used at all. I was overcharged. If they trim your nails down they charge extra. They didnt know the prices. They lady who was sitting beside me walked out. I will NEVER go to this salon again. I might as well have throw a hundred dollars out the window while driving down 14th Street in Washington, DC. I dont have money to get them redone. Ridiculous..

The shop is very clean and Penny was very attentive with the pedicure. The polish selection is good and the prices are pretty standard for the area. I was delighted to find that their massage chairs are fully functional and not held together with packing tape (a common problem at other salons); sometimes its the little things that win repeat business!

Horrible experience, cut my sisters finger and it started bleeding a lot until she wiped it. Had to argue with them because they wanted to do something different, when we specifically told them we just wanted to remove our nails.

The worst customer service you will ever have is here, I went for filling and gel the lady I think owner cut my finger as soon as she started filing and I was bleeding a lot she bring some kind of powder and press on it I asked what is it couldn’t even tell me. she doesn’t use gloves when I’m bleeding she keep wiping my blood, I was wondering and get up keep washing my bleeding finger, she said she won’t charge me for that specific finger but will charge me more on the color I used. she also said come after 3 days for that finger I let her did fill the rest but terrible job it was all bubbly I told her don’t put color so I stop and left after she charge me $35 and was very nasty attitude I had to go to work but 3 days later, I went for them to fix it the guy did it but again worst job, no color when I choose any colors and end up with color that I don’t want. also 3 days later my nail start to fail off I went to a wedding with glue in my purse never ever go there I don’t even recommend no one they all are discussing.

Should have checked reviews before I walked in 🤦🏻‍♀️ I had a gel mani this morning that’s already chipping, and all around the edges don’t have polish on them. Waste of money.

I did my pedicure and acrylic. They had me soak my feet for 30 min because they where only two workers there. For my acrylic nails I asked for a square shape nail she didn’t even know the shape, I asked her 4 time to reshape them and still didn’t make them square she was so rude she pushed my hand and fingers, looked like she was rushing. She cut me with the drill on 3 of my fingers. Didn’t want to be in that place any longer I didn’t even wait for my nails to dry as soon as she put the top coat on I left. I got home and I toke them off. It was a waist of time and money don’t come to this place to get your nails done it was horrible, horrible service and quality.

The lady was rude and horrible, i have been getting my nails done for YEARS. she left a huge gap in between my nails and my nail tips crooked and got upset when i tried to kindly ask her to fix it. she took the acrylic off of my pinky finger cut the tips down and told me to leave with cut tips and all still on . PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE !

I really liked the pedicure, they do a good job, but they dont know how to do acrylic nails neither the manicure.

This happened 2 days after getting a gel mani at this place while I was on vacation. Ended up going to my usual place the next week and even the technician commented on how many hang nails I had! Dont go!

It was just ok. I thought they would put some soap in the water to soak my feet, but they didnt. Strike 1. She rubbed one foot and leg, not the other, strike 2. Dont know if Id go back?

I actually enjoyed my pedicure here. I felt like she did a good thorough pedicure for me. I will definitely come back for another pedicure.

Don’t waste your money. I’m buying nail polish remover right now to fix this disaster. I asked her not to cut my cuticles as they crack easily when cut but she hardly pushed them back and then went over the top of my nail with a file 3 Times, destroying my cuticles. She filed the nails too short and didn’t even paint the tips of my nails. Was a terrible experience

Walked over to get a pedicure, arrived at 10:00 and they weren’t open yet. Went to grab coffee and breakfast, came back at 10:35 and they were still closed even though the hours say 10:00.Upon reading the reviews as I waited on the benches outside I feel lucky and glad I wasn’t serviced here.Just walk down the street, pay a little more and get better service.

This was the worst manicure. She painted every one of my cuticles. The top coat was sloppy, barely applied, and bubbled on 2 of my nails. When I informed her that the manicure was disappointing and sloppy and that I didnt have to time to stay to redo it, she walked away. Not apologetic, no refund offered. Never going back.

Worst manicure ever. I had some time, so I dropped by for a regular manicure. She offered gel, and I politely said I wanna regular one. She was extremely rude, talked to me like giving orders. I kept smiling and being polite. She didn’t buff my nails properly and when I asked her to correct one of them, she got angry and said ‘I didn’t finish’. She didn’t correct it after all, which is not surprising. When I told it, she just walked away. Very rude and bad at manicures. I’ll never go that place again.

So I came in today and the lady told me to wait she made me soak my nails for no reason every time a coustmer came in.... she doesn’t pay attention she rushes her work... my nails were coming off as she glued them ..and she glued a nail to my skin... honestly this is the worst experience I’ve ever had and I’ve came here twice also the stuff she used to soak my nail in she put it back in the bottle so unsanitary!!!!IF YOu WANT GOOD WORK GO TO KENNY!I had to switch nail techs !!

The ladies are very nice but the service is horrible if you are going to go there maybe just go for a regular pedicure, no color or anything, do not do your manicure here or gel or acrylic any type. The lady that I had didnt even do a good job. I had an old acrylic set on my hands already, and all she did was fill them in didnt even cut them didnt even size them up didnt even clean them it was just bad..I thought she was going to remove the old ones and put in a fresh new set of acrylic nails but that was not the case. I basically left the place unsatisfied.

Ok. First of all just want to say the nail job terrible, secondly the woman at the entrance and that receive calls gave me bad service and an attitude, she cut me twice, didnt want to do my nails, maybe she didnt like the idea of a trans person or something I dont really care but treating the way she did is unacceptable. Thats disappointing fix it because yall going to lose people.

This place is horrible !!! I went there and asked for coffin and they did them rounded ! I had to repeat myself at least 20 times. NOT EXAGGERATING. These people have no idea what they’re doing. I had to go across the street to get my nails redone. WOULD GIVE A ZERO IF I COULD.

I have been going for a couple of years and at first I would have given them 5 stars but its all about the technician you get. I was seeing Van and she was excellent but she left and then I started seeing Andy who was awesome. Well, I went there two weeks ago to find out Andy has now left and I let the owner/manager do my nails...big mistake!!! She made a deep cut on my toe during a pedicure and then proceeded to put some chemical for callous removal on it that really burned the cut which has taken me this long to heal; and while doing my gel nails...she clumped the gel color on so thick that I have club nails that look horrible...not to mention 2 nails came off in the two weeks (I got a new full set). Although it is convenient...I live around the corner...I will be getting in my car and finding another place. For the prices they charge you expect better service. Save your time and money!!!

Walked in and all I wanted was a simple color change. The man quoted me $20 which I already thought was a bit pricey seeing as how they were only changing the color and not shaping, buffing or filing the nail. However i was willing to pay it. The woman comes from the back and tells me that its actually $25 so I let her know that the man already quoted me $20. She say If you no like it I dont care you pay $25. I simply walked away. I have never experienced someone being so blatantly disrespectful because of a color change. I would not recommend anyone going here they do not know how to speak to customers.

I tried this place about a couple of months ago, just because I live nearby, and they treated me wonderfully. I have totally abandoned my old salon now, and come here for a pedicure every couple of weeks - it has been great every time! They are meticulous with the whole process, and the end result is noticeably better than more expensive places Ive gone.One time, the woman next to me had gotten hurt and was missing a nail - they were so sweet to her, and made it look good as new (I mean, pretty good under the circumstances). They wouldnt even let her pay for the acrylic nail, and it really made me smile.I wonder if something has changed since the other reviewerss bad experiences, or maybe they just do great pedicures (but the manicures are hit-or-miss). I honestly feel like Ive found a convenient, inexpensive gem with this place.

Wow, this place is terrible. I have been here before, simply because I live across the street, but ever again. While the majority of the people are nice, the rudeness and complete incompetence of one particular woman ( you cant miss her... loud, obnoxious voice, constant scowl on her face) is enough to make me never return. This is by far the worst manicure I have ever received and her refusal to fix her mistakes (a hair caught in the nail polish, parts of the nail not covered in polish) is inexcusable. Never again...

Friendly people they just don’t know how to do nails! My nails are sloppy and uneven! And the polish is clumpy!!! Will not be returning ! I don’t recommend! I was the only person in the nail shop for 3 hours!

Got a full set. When I asked the lady to fix the shape of my nails she proceeded to get rough with me an say $5 more. She rushed to do my nails then got upset when she messed up the Polish. Instead of removing the Polish she polished over it causing lumps in my nails. After I mentioned it she proceeded to talk to the other Lady working there an ignored me. I waited for my nails to dry and left now I have to find another shop to fix my nails. Never will I ever go again nice shop horrible workers.

The prices are a bit crazy but the staff is indeed nice and courteous. And not to mention the place is big and clean!

Literally went in for a fill in my nails are round and not coffin at all, they look clumpy there’s nail polish residue all over my fingers they are shaped horrible, she rushed me and didn’t take her time it looks horrible.

Im having surgery in the next day and didnt want to go to the hospital with an old full set and pedi. I only had a hr for lunch and wasted 15 min running into 2 other salons just to be told there were crazy wait times..sooo I happened to pass this on 14th street and parked right in front... There was one lady there working and she took me immediately.. looking at the time i figured I only had time for my nails but when her partner came in they sat me in the pedi chair and worked on my hands and feet simultaneously.. the guy stood with a portable nail machine and she sat and worked my sad feet.. they were so pleasant as we chatted and laughed... I had a REALLY good customer service experience... Im just rating 4 stars because my gel polish was applied a tad too thickly so its slightly bulging..but other than that id stop in again if im ever in a pinch ☺

Please don’t go here. I went to get acrylics. The shape i want is very simple that it looks like a natural nail (not coffin) and she said she will charge $5 extra. I told her it’s a simple shape I have never heard of a place to charge extra. She said I know that shape extra work. I’m thinking to myself ok she gonna really do it up..fine. Wrong. She did the worst job ever!! It looks as if a child did them. The nail polish isn’t on the actual nail. The acrylic is going on my skin and not even following the shape of my nails! They are horrible! This was the main woman. Please don’t go there. Thankfully she didn’t charge me the extra because she saw i was truly unhappy but still a waste of money.

My servicehas always been pleasant here, HOWEVER I witnessed the worst customer service ever while getting my nails done. A customer came in and wanted a specific style, not only did they refuse to do what she had asked for (a very popular style called the coffin nail) the tech started her nails and then took them off and told her to LEAVE! She was never disrespectful and pleaded several times that he finished. After leaving her sitting for 20 mins he comes back and tells her its too late to wait for another tech to service her. Not even 5 mins after another customer walks in and they take her! I will NEVER patronize them again!

WORST gel manicure I have ever gotten. Tech who did my nails was texting the whole time and didnt even ask me how my day was. She didnt care about my comfort at all. Was really rough with my hands and nails, couldnt figure out how to get the existing gel off and was scraping off the polish and it hurt. Also prices are steep for how much they suck. Gel nail polish is bumpy on my nails for $30.

Currently getting a pedicure. Rushed, rough, and rude. Cant wait to get out of here.

Got a gel manicure here and it did not last longer than 2 days. Went back to talk to nail technician and was told that I had to wait till tomorrow, which was weird. I just chose to never get my nails done here ever again. The people that work there are nasty and mean.
