Incredible service for my wife at great prices. Highly recommend. Very friendly, even stayed late to accommodate.

Nikki did my pedicure. She was very nice to talk with and she did a good job. The reason I gave it two stars is because it is not clean. They did not disinfect between clients. I am use to going to a nail salon that sterilizes the instruments after each client. And would open a sterilized pack clean clippers/cuticle cutters etc.. in front of me. That is not something they practice here. Honestly, this place has so much potential.

Checked in, told to pick my color. Never told that there would be people with appointments walking in. I sat there for 35 minutes and then a family walked in with appointments! No communication. All they would have to say is we can’t get to you since we have people scheduled. Poor way to do business

There were not people at the salon today. Rachel did a great job as usual. I asked her if she could paint a snowflake On Each of my Big toes. Turned out so cute

Was very messy and dirty in the salon and unsanitary. Cheapest salon in Washington and there’s a reason for that. My two sisters and I went there and all three of us were horrified with our nails. My nails we the better of the three but they did not give us what we asked for at all. Also, not a great variety of polish compared to other salons.

Did an extremely poor job on my nails. Left me with open cuts on my cuticles and proceeded to put acetone on the open cuts. Shapes and lengths of each nail was completely different than the next and the job on the nail polish was horrendous.

The staff is super sweet, there was laughter the whole time! Pricing is amazing and i’m in LOVE with the set I got. Definitely will be back again!

This is the third time I have walked in and not one person has even acknowledged that I was there. I heard her say there was a 2 hour wait. It’s always packed. They only have 1 or 2 people working. It’s dirty, unorganized and the staff are very unfriendly and unhelpful.

I showed up as a walk in the day before my wedding. I understood that the two people that walked in after me had appointments so they have the priority of going first. I needed to know because with getting final details for me wedding if they couldn’t get me in I needed to try somewhere else. I though Katie was being nice to me by trying to squeeze me in and they said there was not another appointment until 5:15. I even sat down at the chair and she begun working on my nails and filing them when someone else came in and said they had an appointment at 4:15. So even though she was working on me already she told me I couldn’t stay in my seat because the other person took priority. Are you kidding me!? I was already seated down and being worked on! I told them that was ridiculous and if she was in the middle of painting my nails would she have still kicked me out of my seat? She could not answer to that and just said I could try to wait for something later. Unbelievable, terrible customer service. I will not be coming back ever again.

I posted a picture of my right hand, that is black. I asked for black matte with a sunflower on both my ring fingers. The guy kept pulling my hand because I wasn’t “close” enough. Also, he messed up my right hand completely. I asked them to fixed and they did not do that!! I will NEVER go back there again. BTW, it was my first time ever going there. I only went there because my other nail salon (tech) is closed for a couple of weeks. I’m really upset!! ☹️

The service is fast but chaotic. They great you from wherever they are sitting ( with a client) and just tell you to have a seat. It is up to you and the other patrons to know who is next in line. However, they work fast, do a good job and dont cost a small fortune

I have always done my nails personally and very rarely do I ever go to T&J but my experiences have always been positive besides this last time I got gel removed and then got a color put on my tech seemed liked she was rushing there was gel all over my skin and on my cuticles which were not gotten rid of like they should have been so I know my nail polish will peel up a lot I was very disappointed my outcome and had to redo them when I got home was not satisfied

I am not usually the type to write critical reviews, but it seems like the way this business operates is a little misleading when it comes to appointments.My first visit: made an appointment in advance. Got to the salon for my appointment, waited 20 minutes and was finally asked to come over and sit in the chair to have my manicure. Service was fine but they seemed frantically overbooked.Second visit: made my appointment a week in advance. Showed up 5 min early, was greeted with what are you here for and when I told her I was instructed to pick my color. I went to do this and was disappointed with the selection of polishes. They were all very old, clumpy and separated, in very poor condition which results in a manicure that doesnt last long. After 10 minutes of looking I went ahead and picked one of the few bottles that looked newer and in decent condition. I went back and sat down to wait. Waited 20 more minutes and no one acknowledged me after that. Other customers were in process of nail services, a new customer was seated for service ahead of me, and it seemed I would be waiting another 20 minutes at least before it was my turn (45+ minutes after my confirmed appointment time).Long and short of it - appointments dont really mean anything here. They will confirm an appointment over the phone and it seems legitimate, but you wait like a walk in customer when you arrive. Also expect a headache from nail polish/acetone fumes, poor ventilation and no air circulation going on.

I LOVE RACHEL. She has been doing my nails for years. I have struggled with in grown toenails and she knows the right technique. Her foot massages are DIVINE. In fact you can go in just for a foot massage if youd like. I prefer going in the morning as it is quieter.

Vry nice people, just felt like they are more expensive than other places.

Absolutely wonderful. Love the ladies that work there.

I LOVE going here with my mom. Unfortunately, google mixed up their hours and hasn’t fixed it. They’re actually open 9-7:30 Mon-Fri and 11-5:30 on Sunday. Hope this helps others!

I have been a loyal customer since they have been open. I moved away but came back and have been letting them do my mom and my nails. Not no more. The last 2 times i have been there Katie has made my nails look awful. When you go back and let them know they act like it is your fault they did an awful job. I have fungus on my real nails now because of the bad job she did last time. They have lost my business. Not that one person matrers but i dont recommend this place. Its dirty. Healrh department should pay them a visit. Good luck if you go there.

Worst visit ever. Waited about a hour for a nail set. Someone walks in after my long wait for a pedicure and she gets in right away. Never ever have I’ve been so disappointed with them as I am now. I went ProNail and got in right away. Even after someone who needed a pedicure came in after me.

The girls are very pleasant and they know what they are doing. They also listen to what you have to say.

Was in today with my mom, my 9 year old granddaughter and myself...... they did 2 pedis and 1 full..... Painted the 9 year on Nails and toes and after 2 hours never got to my fill....... Never going back.....

My nails have hairs in them. My cousin also got hers done ans there were hairs. They didnt dry her nails all the way. The man who did my nails kept nipping my skin with the sander and made me BLEED.

My girlfriends and I had an appointment for mani pedis at 5:30 and we didnt get out until almost 8:00. Both of my friends got their pedicures done while I was left in the chair for an hour. I got passed over several times and the water in my chair had gone cold. Customers who didnt have an appointment were waited on before me. I finally got up and told them to forget the pedicure and to just do my nails. I waited another 20 minutes to get my nails done. While getting my nails done my nail technician answered 3-4 different phone calls/facetimes while working on my nails. He did not ask me how I liked my nails so they ended up being the wrong shape and much too short. He would jerk my hand around and move my arm to the point of discomfort. Finally I told him I didnt have enough time for him to paint them and that I would do it myself. When I went to go pay their machine didnt take my card because their internet was down (this is not their fault) but they offered no apology and the woman just pointed outside and said Go get cash. Overall I am very disappointed in their service and attitude and I will not be returning.

Booked an appointment for daughters bday.. showed up and they said it would be another hour....we were on a schedule so we left.Gave it another shot a few weeks later..told her 4..and it had to be on time..she said no problem.Got to salon and she said it would be 30 more min...I left.Horrible customer service!
