I scheduled a wax at 3pm and I sit here writing this review as it’s 4pm and I have not been serviced. Instead the technician is doing someone else’s pedicure. If the company knew they had an appointment she should have been available. This is unprofessional to my service and a complete lack of consideration of my time. I would never return to a place a business that can’t stick to an appointment

This nail salon is trash and the way they responded to my initial review proves it even further. The woman who did my nails had a nasty attitude. My full set was rushed and extremely thin. My full sets usually last me at least 2 1/2 to 3 weeks and the one I received here didn’t even last a full two weeks. Spend your money at a different establishment.
