Very bad experience!!!I want to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at Celadon in February. I made an appointment for a keratin hair treatment. The day I called to make my appointment, I asked for a Spanish-speaking stylist to guide me through the process (my English is not very good). Unfortunately, while the person who treated my hair spoke Spanish, he didnt interact with me at all. I wanted good communication with him so that I could understand the product and the procedure, but he was not communicative. If I had been better informed, I might have decided not to continue the treatment.For the price I paid ($400), I expected better results. The product used was not of as good quality as in other places where I previously did my keratin treatments. (Pure Brazilian, for example, is a wonderful product). The next morning my hair was wavy and the ends were horrible. Instead of being soft, it was rough and frizzy. Today, a month and a half after this bad moment, my hair looks as if I had not done any treatment recently.I repeat: this was not the result of my previous keratin treatments.I was bitter and dissatisfied because I expected a much better result for the price I paid. I contacted Celadon informing them of my dissatisfaction. I expected them to offer some way to make amends, but they did not. If it were my business, I would try to find a way to satisfy my customers. It speaks volumes for the business that did not make any effort to do so.I do not recommend Celadon at all, I think they think more about money than the quality and satisfaction of their customers.***************As a follow-up to my previous message, I want to thank Celadon for their quick and favorable response, as they returned half the cost of the keratin treatment.

Love this place for getting a facial or skin treatment.The staff is super lovely in making you feel welcome and the aesthetician takes in a personal interest in evaluating your skin before the treatment and detailing after care procedure.This place has never disappointed me nor my skin.

What a great experience I had today at Celadon Spa & Salon. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. I had a facial with Judith who was wonderful and I totally relaxed. After my facial I had a hair cut and blow out by Nicole. As a visitor this week to DC I was a little nervous having my hair cut by someone new, and I absolutely love the cut! I just showed her a picture and I could not be happier! Thank you thank you! I would totally recommend a visit to this spa, you wont be disappointed.

Mina is the most wonderful! The salon was so accommodating! I am visiting from out of town yet they made me feel right at home! Highly recommend

Melissa did my makeup for our granddaughters wedding day, September, 2019. She was very skilled and professional, calm and steady; I didnt feel too made up and she didnt make me look too different - just better - than what I would look like for a special occasion. I asked for false eyelashes and chose the middle size. They really popped my eyes and made me feel glamorous! They were fun and I wore them for almost a week :) Her make up application gave me self confidence as I was recovering from a horrible bout of Shingles on the left side of my head reaching into my face. I felt more normal as I left and got many compliments that day for how I looked! Thanks, Melissa

I have been going to Garland for a few years now and he is wonderful. Fun and lighthearted and really excellent at his craft. Melissa has done my make-up for a last minute photo shoot and it was perfect. Highly recommend!

Nicole is the best hairdresser there! She did wonders for my look. She is super knowledgeable and her experience gets you in and out in a very timely fashion. Cannot say enough good about her or the Salon.

I followed my stylist (Nicole) to Celadon years ago and always look forward to my appointments. Everyone is friendly and attentive. Great variety of products and the employees/stylists make recommendations based on my specific needs.

Prices are high but you get what you pay for - some of the best stylists in DC. Great cuts, good coloring, and excellent service from start to finish.

Absolutely refreshing fun and worth the trip into the city. Professionalism top notch, style; worth every penny

Just skip this place if youre looking for a cut/color. I was a new client and waited 20 min past my appointment time to be seen, almost had my curls brushed out by an assistant before I even met my stylist to discuss my cut, waited under the dryer 10 extra minutes while my stylist worked on an additional client, had to remind my stylist I asked for bangs, got hit in the head with the dryer so hard the diffuser fell off, and was told by the stylist, you can style your hair better than I can, which meant I left the salon with half-wet, frizzy hair that looks AWFUL. And, because my hair isnt dry, I dont even know how the color turned out (nor does my stylist). For a $210 cut/color, this is completely unacceptable. I was treated like a number here, and absolutely DO NOT recomment this place if youre looking for someone to care about what theyre doing with your hair. The only silver lining is that I didnt have social plans after this appointment. Skip this place and look elsewhere.

I had Amanda tweeze my eyebrows and she cleaned up my face, shaped them perfectly to where I dont even have to use a cclear mascara to hold them in place. I have long thick brows like Jennifer Connely and she was able to work with those beasts! Shes fast and it was basically painless.

Broken nail emergency!! They got me in right away and Emma was fantastic!! Even tho I am an from out of town

Helen Watson is an awesome hairstylist, she did exactly what I asked her. The cut and color look amazing. I have already gotten so many compliments about the color and the cut. Definitely recommend her.
