I was in love with this place!!! The sign outside initially made me curious so I went in and asked about prices. I was pleased with how much a gel full set would be and went to go work and make the cash. I came back and was greeted properly, and ALL Covid standards were being met! Washing hands, sanitizer everywhere, and proper masks out the wazoo. There was fun conversation, I felt so comfortable and pampered and you better bet your best dollar Im going here from now on!

I walked in for a mani/pedi. Emma was able to take care of me right away. I found out while I was sitting there that they are short staffed and have to turn away a majority of walk-ins so appointments are highly recommended. The prices were great, the basic mani/pedi is pretty basic, but exactly what I was looking for. Emma was fabulous. She knew most people who walked in by first name, and took the time to learn mine. I enjoyed our conversation and look forward to returning during my stay here.

Twice i’ve called and made an appointment only to arrive and be told nobody is available.

The ambiance of the place was nice enough but booking the actual appointment was more difficult than it should be. They were quite rude on the phone and cut me off in a number of occasions and then booked my appointment incorrectly and said it was my fault when I showed up for a mani pedi and they only had time for a pedicure. Plus, my toe color is a bit spotty which is disappointing for the price.

Clean and Tony is great. Some times rough bury the best foot rub ever. The price is most reasonable.They are polite but not as friendly to hold conversation.

Nice pedicure at a reasonable price. Clean and they have Covid-19 safety procedures in place. I will definitely visit again for the full mani-pedi experience.

The staff and management very professional. The salon is organized and clean, they were using mask and plastic foot bowl coving for each pedicure station friendly and very good with little girls, they provide privacy via a closed room for waxing not a dividing screen. I didnt give 5 stars, because I dont give anyone 5 stars.

Tina is amazing! She is just a gem! This is my second time coming to her for a pedicure and full set! She shapes perfectly and really takes her time during the foot massage! Omg she just makes my experience awesome! I wish I would’ve known about this place long ago! I highly recommend her and the place as a whole!

I had to wait a hour because there were only three techs in the shop. Then when it got to my turn, the tech said he doesnt do designs and that I could come back tomorrow.( he is the older tech with black hair) After all that time ( 1& 1/2) I was not coming back. So I get seated and one of the other techs ask the other ladies in the shop (Caucasian) if they wanted something to drink. Like I said, I had already been there for 1 1/2 and nowhere during that time did I get asked if I wanted something to drink. He then asked me did I want anything and I said no. I will never go back

They always take their time doing my nails. The place is super clean. They serve wine and tea. They take me right away every time. It’s super relaxing when I go there! I keep coming back!

My sisters and I came here last week and it was great! They were super nice and friendly. Also really clean! They do the best to ensure you have a great experience. My sister spent so much they gave us all a 10% off our next visit and a free paraffin dip. Would totally recommend this salon!

Great nail salon that is truly full service. They offer organic products and are knowledgeable about healthy nails. I was offered a variety of beverages and the atmosphere was so calming I was ready for a nap while getting my feet and legs massaged after an awesome spa pedicure! I recommend checking this place out! Not even a block away from Potomac Ave and close to bars and restaurants. A great neighborhood nail spa.

I came here for my birthday and not even an hour later my nail chipped. The rest of my nails started falling off in about less then a week and I had a GEL full set. The guy who did my nails started catching a attitude when I wanted to see more options. Fancy for no reason. I went right up the street and got the perfect gel full set from a salon in the hood 💯

I called before going and asked if they did stiletto nails and they said yes. The lady that did them strayed off right but then after the acrylic was applied the shape started changing but I went along with it and told her what to fix but the end result was an almond finish instead of stiletto. To hop it off she charged me $70 for something that wasn’t worth it.Will not be going back ever, rather take my usual trip to NY to get them done. They were very nice but have no clue what real stiletto nails are supposed to be, it’s a shame.

I just left this place and it’s very nice inside. There was only one person that spoke to me when I walked in and she was diligently working with a customer (she looks young, short hair, polite) this was my first time at this establishment and I had questions about services they provided and the man was very rude and disrespectful. The lady doing my nails (a Latino woman) was very rough but efficient. She offered me no conversation the entire time I was getting my services. I was never offered a complimentary beverage but everyone that walked in after me was. Not sure if it was because I asked about services instead of coming in knowing what I wanted or not. However, I wanted my eyelashes done but decided to go elsewhere. I refuse to spend any more money at an establishment that doesn’t show me any respect or that doesn’t treat all its customers the same.

I have been going to this place off and on since it opened because it’s close to my home. Today I went in about a half hour before closing to see if it was too late to get a manicure. No one greeted me at the door. One tech in the back of the salon retrieving supplies looked directly at me, went back to her client, and said nothing. No one else even looked up from their clients, as they appeared to be too busy/or it was just too late for them to even acknowledge that a customer had entered the shop. After a couple minutes waiting for a response from someone, anyone for that matter- I left. I can find another salon - I’ll take my money elsewhere.

This was a really bad experience. The techs here are poorly trained and/or inexperienced. I would warn anyone against going here.I went here for a basic pedicure and it was the worst I have ever received. When I sat down, the tech noted my nails were very short, and I said clearly Yes, so please just file only.She not only went ahead and used the clippers, but she changed the nails from the straight-across shape they had when I arrived into a rounded shape as if they were fingernails. She cut all the way down to the skin (painfully) on one of my toenails. I did not realize she had the nails completely rounded until the pedicure was finished and it was far too late.When I complained to the manager and the tech, she only offered to file the sides even shorter, which was not even possible and would have made the issue worse. I will now likely have to deal with ingrown nails because of this aggressive trimming, which I specifically asked her not to do. Avoid this place.

The prices were comparable to others. They did charge extra since I had a callus on my heel. The customer service was on point! The candy dish at the drier was nice too!

Shop opened 3 weeks ago. Incredibly nice people serving and taking care of customers, speaking good English. Sneaks and organic wine are provided as a courtesy. I had the Luxury pedicure that is the most expensive, but they had a special, and it was very good. I went with my 5 years old daughter, and they pumpered her too with treats and drinks, beside being nice when interacting with her. Recommended.

This nail salon has great vibes/atmosphere. The salon is super clean, they use pedi liners to protect you from germs in the pedicure tubs. Most of their products are organic. Super sanitary and professional. Complimentary organic wines and drinks are a bonus. Must visit.

I had visited the nail bar two prior times and was waited on by a great nail and eyelashes specialist at least to me her name was Vivian Last week I called to make an appointment with Vivian and was told she no longer worked there😩 but I made the appointment anyway and was assured that the other technicians were just as capable (not at all) when I arrived at the appointed time 4 people just stared finally one decided she would do them. Well one week later after 4 chipped nails and one broken I will never go back! !! I paid $81 for gel nails and eyebrows arched overpriced underserved…I would never recommend this place it’s one block from my home but I will drive somewhere else. Deborah

Love the location... However went an hour before they closed. Nail tech named Vivian rushed during the end when using the pumice on my foot and scratched the hell out of me 😡 2 weeks later and its healing ok but was painful as hell initially. Recommend the nail bar in eastern market. Theyre slightly cheaper and better massage chairs.

STAY AWAY!!!! If I can make it a negative star I would. I made an appointment and was there for two and one half hours for a Manicure and a pedicure. They were the worst I have ever had. I repeatedly had to ask them to correct mistakes. They still didn’t get it right. Now I have to find someone else to correct it and spend even more money.

So Ive been coming to this place consistently since they opened. Unless you have a specific nail tech that you trust I would not recommend because many of the techs dont have the most/best experience and skill. Ana (who was the best!) left so I now have to see other people so....I visited the salon on Sunday around 1:45PM. I was immediately helped by a guy technician who I never had before but always see. The pedicure was fine but the gel manicure was a terrible experience. In the midst of me telling him that my nails did not look good and he needed to fix them he got up and walked off (mind you...i was not rude at all). What actually made it worse was when the manager came (never asked for a manager) she asked what was going on so I told her briefly and she says so nonchalantly...im sorry...do you feel better now. LOL I was fine before she talked but she made it worse because other techs started to hoover around me for a good few minutes. I was the last person in the salon and I left around 5 something. I will never be back.

Awful job on my gel manicure. It chipped less than 12 hours after having it done. Two nails completely peeled off within 24 hours. I had this done last minute before a 2 week vacation. I will never be back and will tell everyone I know to steer clear of this place.

First time I went, they did a great jo. This time around, it was sloppy. I asked to remove the dipping powder I had done there prior. The customer service was lackluster and she dipped my hands in hot water. Disappointed.

My nails was done fine, my feet was cared for terrible, they young lady didnt check to see if my feet was dry when I left so you know how that went, went back the next day to get them fix but this time she didnt put those toe seperate things on my feet, when I say down to dry them. They was sticking to my toes, white nail polish everywhere, I just got up an left.

Visited once. Owners try to be extremely accommodating (maybe a little over the top at times). Free wine and fruit nibbles. My technician did an ok job. Not bad, not great, but ok. Would certainly visit again since they take walk-ins until 7:30 be thorough the week. Most importantly, I saw them using the AUTOCLAVE. (Praise him!)

Shes always beyond friendly and goes out of her way to make sure you have exactly what you want. Shes update too all the nail trends. I absolutely love Vivian Im there every two weeks. Btw she does absolutely everything. ❤️

Horrible experience!! my gel manicure was ruined after three days! the tech was rude and unprofessional after I complained to her that she was not applying the polish properly . the manicure was sloppy and not neat. Instead of offering to do the nails totally over, she continued to pile more polish on top of the already horrible looking nails. I told her then that it would crack and chip because it was too thick. Instead of taking my suggestion (because I used to be a licensed nail tech) she got rude and asked my if I am a nail tech what happened to my license and why dont i do them myself! I got my nails done on Sat. today is Tuesday and I am going BACK to the salon for a redo because the polish is lifting and cracking and chipping!

My first experience here was bland. I tried them again and I was beyond thrilled. I had a mani and spa pedi. My mani lasted for a week!!!! Unheard of!

Yesterday I went in for pedi, him a mani-pedi. I decided to get a French manicure. The ABSOLUTE WORST Ive ever had from a salon thats basically brand-new on the Hill!!! For $40.00 I should NOT have had to repeatedly point out her brush-stroke multi-mistakes, which she sloppily corrected. She rushed. My water got cold; nor did she ever ask about my state of comfortability. No FIRST CLASS SERVICE HERE!!! One would expect MORE from a BRAND-NEW Salon on the Hill. The nail techs nails were ON POINT!!! Why couldnt I, her CASH-PAYING Customer look the same way? Hmmm. No tip for you, Donatella. F.Y.I: For $40.00, you DO NOT even get your cuticles tended to. NOT AT ALL!!! Next time? Well tAke our $$$$$$$ 2 blocks down to FANATIX NAIL SALON!!!

I got really unlucky with unprofessional technicians in this place. Ill never go back. 3 times in a row I got unprofessional service from them. The lady who did my eye brows today burned my skin and this is the second time she does it. I am in total pain. Moreover before I leave I told her that she did it for the 2nd time, she told menext time get another person to do it for you. My nails were really bad last time. The guy at the cashier accused me of lying. Very unprofessional.
