Went here yesterday for the first time n she did my nails poorly. She was rushing, just want ppl money n not do good service. I asked her if she could paint them correctly n she got an attitude n said omg. The paint is lumpy, nails is out of shape not filed down correctly. It was my first n last time goin here. I’ll continue going to Greenville to get my nails done.

I went there for some much needed self care. I wanted a pedicure. It took a hour for the nail techs to even put water in the pedicure foot spa. The shop was not clean today. I saw a roach climbing on the pedicure chair. I didnt feel comfortable after I saw how dirty the shop was and seeing roach. I ended up leaving and not getting any service. I felt like the nail techs didnt want to provide the service anyway. I will be looking for a new mail shop. This shop is focused on money instead of being clean and providing quality customer service. Will not be returning!!

The WORST nail experience I’ve ever had. Do not ever ever ever ever come here. Take the drive to Greenville or Raleigh, it’s not worth this mess.

Staff was friendly, I was actually a little bit of a rush, and they were very accommodating.

Worst experience in my life at a nail salon. My daughter and I arrived at 2:30 and didn’t leave until after 6pm. They cut my daughters cuticles and made her bleed. The lady was super rude and rough with my daughter the whole time. Plus we spent $197 on mani pedis for the both of us.

Took my daughter and niece to get pedicures. This place was disgusting. I have never seen such a filthy nail salon. There were old nail clippings all over the floors, the nail stands looked as if they had never been cleaned or organized, and nobody was washing their hands or sanitizing in between customers. We ended up walking out and will never visit this salon again. The Health Department seriously needs to give Rose Nails a lesson on cleanliness and sanitation.

I live all the way in md and in town. We came yesterday and they were to busy so we came at 1030 today. They opened at 10. The owner was very rude and we still waited an additional 45 minutes to not even get helped. We were sitting in a pedicure chair with no water or nothing. Not happy at all. Very disappointed

Very long wait and the staff did 3 people that came after me. That being said once I was waited on the young lady did an excellent job. This is only my second visit and both times very long wait.

I had a few ideas in mind, was told it was pretty much to elaborate, time consuming, and it would be expensive. (I never said cost was an issue) I settled for what I got. Im happy with it.

Poor service they need to close this place down have been going there for years and they still rush on doing your feet and nails this place sucks

This salon was filthy. Health dept should close it until they clean it. I have never seen a nail salon so dirty. After using the bathroom and looking around the place we decided to leave.

Ken is awesome, place is not very clean, a good place for small town, very polite workers and rates are comparative on higher side. Must visit its real fun and talented staff.

I live closer to Greenville but I go to Washington when I get a manicure because Rose Nails always does a great job. I have a slight crush on one of the male manicurist but I sware this hasnt colored my opinion of their work. :-)

It was awful, rushed and her concern for customer service was lacking. After a horrible experience she asked if I wanted to upgrade my service. No maam! I will not be back. Was excited about having a place in Washington to have services. Nope!!! Will keep making the trek to Greenville. Sloppy, no concern for customers and rushed services. Save your money!!!!

I’ve been a couple times. They have always rushed my nails. I just went this past week Christine ignored how I said I wanted my nails and did how she wanted. Some were thicker than other and they were not always the same length! I also heard the lady beside me tell her that’s not the color she thought so she picked a random color then told the women she wasn’t taking the color off again! Idk if it’s cause people were waiting but it’s not PROFESSIONAL!!!! I will be taking my business else where!

Do not waste your money! I went there with intentions of getting a pedicure and shellac manicure. He spent less than 20 minutes from start to finish on my pedi. 2 minutes on leg massage and barely pumiced the bottoms of my feet. Needless to say I did not stay for a manicure. $28 for a Spa pedicure. Horrible nail trim job, not all of my toe nails painted (looks like a kid painted them because he rushed and missed so much) and definitely not smoothe soles. I will never go here again.

I love this nail salon! It is soothing and they do a very good job. You understand them more than other nail salons. I really recommend it!

Mai Hoa here does amazing powder nails! She is pleasant and quick but quick in a good way! Her and Ken are the best!

The place aint the cleanest but the nails they can do are pretty good they just need to work on actually listening to what the customer wants but overall there arent to many things to complain about I recommend u get ur nails done here they are pretty gentle and can do almost any design but u have to make sure they understand exactly what u want ! Ive went about 6 times and only had one set of nails go wrong but it was because they were tired which was understandable !

The only reason I gave 2 stars was the fact that the pedicure side of the place did a good job. My husband, daughter and myself went to Rose Nails so that my daughter and myself could get a full set of nails and so that my husband could have his feet done. My husbands experience was the only decent part. Both myself and my daughter had a full set of acrylic nails done and to say the least I am VERY disappointed with how they turned out compared to price. I typically do my own acrylic nails but since my grinder had went out a few months ago, I decided to just let my nails grow and see what they would do. I wish I had put the money that my daughter and I used to splurge and have our nails done towards a new grinder. The acrylic nail job looks HORRIBLE. Both hers and mine are uneven lengths, tips filed diagonally instead of straight across and then the edges slightly rounded for the square look, and the acrylic itself is very uneven across the nail. I pointed out several things to the tech doing my nails to which she just hurriedly gave a lame attempt to fix. My daughter had her nails painted, I believe my 7 year old could have done better. There are several spots on her nail where there was no color. I spent $90 today between the 3 of us and the only part of that money that I can say was honestly well spent was the $35 for getting my husbands feet done. Needless to say I wont waste any more money there for nails at least.

I have been the receptionist here for the last seven months. The other employees and owner treat me like family and really do care about their customers. Our wonderful regular customers make my job there even better! Thank you all for making this a job I truly enjoy.

I took my friend who is 82, (blind, mobility issues) they were so kind and caring to her they even insisted on putting her socks and shoes back on so she could safely walk to my car. Great job!

They did a very poor job on my daughter and my toes and feet .I can say that after going to them only for 3 years off and on that I Have to find another business because the job kepts getting worse every time I go.My toes were not completely colored, I still had to come home to file the side and bottom of my feet. And i was so sleepy from work but they didnt even file down my nails smooth before painting 😟

This establishment’s customer service is horrendous! The lady who sits at the door is rude, curt, and continuously cuts you off when you try to tell her what services you need. My mother and I arrived one hour after opening on 11/25 and there weren’t many customers getting services. We were seen immediately to get pedicures. Pedicure service was great. I “had” to let my toes dry for well over 30 minutes so they could take 3 customers (fill-ins) before they started on my full set. 2.5 hours later, they started on my hands. Those 3 customers came in well after I arrived; 2 of the 3 came in while my toes were drying. Between being disrespectful of customer’s time and ignoring requests, this place will never measure up to a quality establishment. Nor, will I ever patronage again when I’m in town. Never!

Nails look great but the woman who worked on my nails was mad about something and was really aggressive with my nails and made me bleed. It also too 3 hours to do a simple acrylic and paint.

Ive love Rose nails Everyone is friendly Rose is cool and Im always happy with how my Manis and pedis turn out . Kyla Nichole was also a wonderful place I was a regular for yrs but they have closed Ill miss the owner Teresa

I will start by saying Ive been here probably every two weeks for the past three years . I have had all three Nail Technicians work on my acrylics. I had made up my mind after the first few visits the only nail technician who will give you exactly what you want, with no pain, no rudeness is Ken. He takes his time with his customers is so nice to each and every one, and is ALWAYS booked up. He has never cut me unlike the manager, and when I tell him the nail shape I like he gets it perfect, unlike the other two techs. I give it three stars because I can make an appointment then come in and the manager insists she takes me. Ken is the best for acrylics ! If you are looking to get a pedi, Holly is the best !

I’ve had my nails done not even a week and my acrylic has broken. These are my real nails and it has taken me a while to grow them after having to keep them short for sports. Waste of $25.

Even with an appointment my daughter had to wait over an hour for a manicure. That’s not acceptable

Appt was at 4 my nail tech was busy so i got pedicure then had to wait for an employees niece to have her nails done special!! It is an hour and half later still waiting!!!! Pedicure was awesome!!

I got my nails done about a week and a half ago. They are already falling off. They are pulled away from the nails on the back. I paid $50 for them. I expected them to last longer than that. I always came here but will not be returning.

Terrible. Nails were cracking the next day. The manager cut me more than once. My nails are already thin as it is and she kept filing down till I could feel the machine burning into my finger. If she wouldve kept going she wouldve hit skin under my nails. Not only that but as soon as she was done with the whole process my fingers hurt like crazy. It was as though I had smashed all my fingers in a door. She did no care whether or not she was gentle. Also my nails were uneven from the top. As soon as I left the nail salon there were lines in my nail polish that showed it was cracking. Terrible service will not be returning.

The lady doing my pedicure & eyebrows did NOT know what she was doing!! Worse pedicure ever.

I bought 2 $40 gift certificates, one for my mother and one for my daughter for Christmas. They went to get their nails done and end up waiting 3 1/2 hrs to get them done. All of the nail technicians kept on skipping over them as if they werent there. I wouldnt recommend anyone go there and I will tell all my friends not to go there and my wife will do the same.

I have been to this salon maybe 25 times over an 8-10 period. Overall I have had my nails & toes painted well. I do not like the fact that most of the employees cannot speak English. Some speak a little, then there are some that may speak, at the most, 10 words of English. The owner is exceptionally rude. She needs to realize that without customers, she has no business. I have had to wait w/my feet in a bowl of water for over 45 minutes a couple of times. If I arrive 10 minutes before they are scheduled to be open I find I have no wait or it is a short wait. I want to point out that the best Technicians are: Holly & Hose.

Do not go here to get your nails done look at the bad reviews we are not lying!! The owner she does not know what she is doing my nails are crooked my polish is chipping and they are coming up already. She is so slow you will be sitting in there all day just to be disappointed at the end. Horrible horrible horrible do not go here go somewhere else.

They do not care about your nails ! I got acrylics from here and the next 4 days they started lifting (could cause a fungus) !!!! I went to get them off and they soaked me in acetone mixed with alcohol and when I left my skin started pealing. :(

I would give this place negative stars if I could. Not only did the owner who did my nails make them bleed the first time she did them. The color started to turn brown after 1 week. I eventually had to go get them fixed cause, I broke one. I went to get them redone and there is left over glue still under my finger nails, she MADE me BLEED again. She pried my old finger nails off with a Acrylic Nail (real professional) it was a very painful experience all together and not to mention she charged another 35$ after they broke after a week to get them fixed. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I strongly recommend no one go here it’s painful and just 🤮

Will NOT be returning. Had my nails done by Tim and they look awful. Some nails are crooked, some don’t even meet the nail bed and most of my fingers have nail polish off the sides of my nails. He was extremely rough and all around my nails are red from how hard he dug my cuticle bed, even made a couple bleed and laughed the first time he did it. Not pleased at all.

Im sorry i tried to be a better person but i cant. I went in there wednesday 01/04 to get my nails done. It was horrible. The nails were already cracking there was a hair in one that everyone but them (the manager too) can see. My thumb nail was deformed and at the end of it i didnt get what i actually wanted. I came in today because it was showing signs of cracking already. I prefer another person to do them but he told me he couldnt because the manager wouldnt let him. I told him i personally want him to do my nails and he politely apologized and said he couldnt because the manager didnt want him too. So i had to wait till she was done with another client while 2 other people were free to handle my issue. I asked how much was it to take off the acrylics and just get gel and she told me I couldnt do it at all maybe next time. She redid my nails and kept asking me if anything wrong. I told her what was wrong but she kept saying no. I gave up fighting with her and let her finish. At the end she had the nerve to tell me to stop complaining as i left to come back soon. Poorest customer service ive ever experience by a manager!
