Lady forgot she had made an appointment with me. -_- I called to confirm in a voicemail and didnt receive a follow up. I decided to come anyways. Bad mistake. Dont bother trying to come here to save money. Youll waste your time driving and scheduling your time around a business that doesnt do the same for you.

Megan did a good job on my bikini wax. It was not a pleasant experience, but I must tell you that I am happy that I received it.

Super excited to try this new place with my groupon - I purchases a whole month of eyebrow waxing and I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.So I set up my follow up appointment and after confirming my appointment and driving an hour to get there I arrive at the location and its closed! So I call the lady to ask her and she says oh its already 5? like wow..... Then I decide to give her another chance and schedule another appointment with her and the day of that appointment I text her to confirm our appointment.... no response for hours.Then I call her.... No response.... Sad to say I wont be back very unprofessional

Megan, co-owner of the salon is fabulous! Her Arte Facial is one of the best that Ive ever experienced. Im a picky New Yorker transplant and so, Im not easily impressed at all. She also delivers a stellar Brazilian wax treatment. Great personality and very professional.

They arent currently doing nail services because they are renovating. I miss this shop and cant wait to they reopen!

I’ve given this establishment many opportunities to succeed, however they continue to disappointment me.1. Gel manicures do not last up to two weeks.2. They re-dip your fingers in the SNS powder container, which led to a green mark (I think it’s fungus) on my left index finger. Additionally, my SNS manicure only lasted a week before my nails chipped. (No I do not wash dishes)3. They double dip their wax when receiving waxing servicesI give them 2 stars because they are quiet nice to customers. I must say, I will not continue services at this location.

I got a Brazilian wax at this nail and spa location and service is amazing. My wax still looks great and is lasting longer thanksgiving expected. Megan was the best and I can’t wait to return !

Please do yourself a favor and do not patronize this business. I bought a Groupon, called in advance for an appointment, was told I didnt need an appointment for a brow wax and come in anytime. I spent 20 bucks round-trip to get there and back just to be told she wouldnt honor my voucher without an appointment and refused to serve me even though I had followed instructions. When I tried to speak to a manager all she would do is give me an email address instead of getting someone to help me then and there. The irony is there was absolutely no one in the establishment, two people with nothing to do, but instead of actually serving a customer they preferred to just argue with me and turn me away. Horrible horrible horrible service.

I made an appointment with Megan for waxing and called her in advance that I have a Groupon that I would like to use. She told me not to purchase the Groupon and we will match the price of the Groupon. When I went into the store she told me we cannot take more than one Groupon per person, so I told her okay and I told her I would like to do Waxing and Facial for all services she quoted me $180. After doing waxing she told me that my appointment has arrived for 4 pm and you can do your facial later. I then looked at her Price menu to see how she quote me for $180 and found that each service didnt cost more than $35. I asked her to breakdown the price and she said I am charging you $100 for the back and she refused to bring down her price from $170. After my wife and I argued with her enough she agreed with a price we were okay with paying. DO NOT get trapped with her words and do not use this business its the worst. There are better Salons out there.

0 stars! Got my eyelashes permed and tinted for the first time here. Meghan left me in the room for 45 minutes without warning by myself with perm on my lashes!!!! After she finally cleaned my lashes she handed me a mirror then promptly walked out and left me alone again !!! I walked out of the room after about 5 minutes of her not returning to see her working on a pedicure! I guess that’s why she wasn’t focused on me. 3 weeks later and my lashes are still falling out to the point that I now have bald spots ! Do not come here

I found my new spot for manicures!! Great customer service and quality work. I usually get gel manicures, which is supposed to last longer, but never does. Going on 2 weeks now and survived a vacation. Im very satisfied.

Ive visited this salon a few times for mani and pedicures, but this was my first time receiving a Brazilian wax. I saw Megan and she was terrific! She really took her time and made sure there was no hair left behind. Definitely looking forward to my next visit. Thanks again!

Horrible pedicure. Technician could not remember procedure for the 35.00 pedicure. I had to remind him to place warm towel on my legs and feet and when he did it burned me. The manager was no where to be found. Shes usually trotting back and forth asking patrons if they want water. Technician was rough. He barely completed the sugar scrub. Did not see the regular technicians. All new male technicians and one woman. The last experience was not good as well . My fault for returning...

Me and my daughter have been going to this salon for almost a year now. Everyone is SUPER nice, SUPER accommodating and professional. My daughter LOVES the nail tech JOY. She is soo nice, always smiling and very patient with her. Ive had a great experiences with both Maria and Tina.The quality is great and the massages are superb. I would highly recommend this place. Its clean and they offer complimentary wine or water bottles (your choice) for each guests. Very great customer service!!! Very great management!!

I had a Brazilian wax with Megan. I’d been here before but never for wax. She was gentle, thorough, and kind. She took her time to make sure I was comfortable, and she checked her work to see if she missed any spots. I’ll be back again.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The male nail technicians are rude. The acrylic was applied too thick and too close to the cuticle resulting in him not being able to file my nails properly. Now my nails look like fat lumpy nails. My cuticles are sore. I asked another technician “Tim” that sits across from the pedicure station could he fix my nails and he said “I do not know you! I don’t have time.” Needless to say he has done my nails twice before. We had a long conversation about how he owned a shop in Atlanta. Not saying he should remember me however that was a very rude thing to say. He put his cigarette in his mouth and walked out the door. I will never go back. Ladies beware.

Don’t get your brows done here. The lady who did my brows didn’t even care the slightest bit of my brow shape. Ladies if you love your brows please take your money elsewhere

I was very disappointed in this organization because they reschedule on you several times and they didn’t allow me to use my second purchase that I made because they simply did not show up or get back to me and the procedure was not very comfortable as well. I would stay away from this organization if I were you.

They are AMAZING. I went there on crunch time, around 7pm to get wax, pedicure and manicure. They had to close at 8. A charming lady and a man named Paul made it happen. They are very kind, sweet and beyond professional. I was way more than satisfied. I got the mood color for my hands and it’s very beautiful. You definitely have to try them and you’ll understand what I’m saying.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience here. They were busy which is understandable, but they seemed to unable to focus and properly complete services on customers. The nail tech doing my service at one point handed me the file for me to file my own nails so they would be ready when she was done rushing through another customer. I went for the dip powder on my natural nails and they look awful. They are lumpy, poorly shaped and there is powder missing on the sides near my nail cuticles. I also felt as though they weren’t as sanitary with their tools, therefore declined any cuticle cutting. Sadly I won’t be returning to this establishment. Hopefully they get more skilled people on staff to complete their services they offer to customers.

This review is specifically for Megan, who gave me one of the best facials I’ve had to date. My skin looks and feels impeccable. To top it off, she was incredibly sweet and checked in often to make sure I was comfortable. I’ll definitely be back!

The place is very welcoming, clean and we loved how they sterilize all their tools. Very good quality products and an overall relaxing and soothing experience.

The people were nice but I think it’s a little pricey for the quality. I just got a regular full set with gel polish that cost $50. Then I was told fill in would be $40 because of the shape of my nails which I’ve never heard before anyplace else. I will not be going back because the quality just doesn’t fit the price. I only did this as last minute because it was close to my house and I had an event to attend. Not worth it at all.

Terrible experience. Wouldn’t go here amidst COVID no barriers between people like other salons in the surrounding area. I called before coming in to ask about the wait time— they said not long. I got there 3 mins after calling because I live in a neighboring building. I ended up waiting for over an hour and still did not receive service and had to go elsewhere.

One male tech in particular is not good and also has a defensive bad attitude. He does gob on way too much acrylic which makes the nails pop off after a week. They hired a new guy who seems pretty good but they also don’t have great colors so the new guy is not enough to keep me coming back. It’s a good option when you’re in a jam tho.

She also got her eyebrows done and Megan did a great job. She was extremely responsive, kept me posted on delays and was just extremely professional. Completely SCREWED up my nails. Make sure you ask for someone good or hey will throw anyone at you. Someone completely inexperienced did my nails. Atleast they made sure to sanitize tools. I had much higher expectations...

I wish I could rate this place a ZERO because I am extremely disgusted by the service of this nail salon, it truly does not deserve 3 stars. I was harassed by an individual named Megan who botched my eyebrows and then FORCED me to pay her. I previously went to her a couple months ago and she gave me wax burn and had wax dripping down the side of my face and touching my eyelashes. I did not notice the swelling and the burn until I got home later on that evening. I was forgiving and graceful enough to let it go and move forward but this time around when I went to get my eyebrows done again—she was there. I specifically told her to clean up my eyebrows and shave it but instead she gave me a rush job and a very disgusting attitude towards my response of my dissatisfaction. As I was getting ready to leave to other customers agreed with me that it was a rush job and that it did not look up to par. Megan gave me so much attitude as a customer to the point she demanded that I stay put while she called her boss. I told her that I did not want to wait around—being that I had business and plans to accomplish in my day. She constantly kept asking me why I did not like it and that I needed to pay her. She was very hostile, aggressive, unhinged, disrespectful, rude, ignorant, nonchalant, careless, ruthless, unsatisfying, nasty, and all of the terms to describe a very dis-pleasant person. I walked out of the store and she followed me taking pictures as if I had no intentions to pay for my visit. I will not return to that nail salon nor will I recommend anyone to step foot in that unpleasant nail spa. The gentleman who is the boss or manager of the salon was very rude and homophobic to my needs as a man and customer. Nonetheless, I am extremely upset and furious at the service that I had to experience—truly distraught and heartbroken by the lack of customer service these stores provide these days.

Being asked to wait an HOUR AND A HALF past appointment time is unacceptable !I called yesterday to make a 3pm appointment for today for a lash lift. I was really looking forward to getting this procedure done, as I have always struggled with my lashes and how they grow. I showed up at 2:55pm and was told to have a seat. After about 10 minutes the manager came to inform me the lash tech was running late by 30 minutes. I said I would wait. Then she came and told me the lash technician would be arriving around 4:30pm...Why was I scheduled at 3 if she was not going to be there? Why wasn’t I contacted to let me know PRIOR to showing up? This is just unacceptable!

Came as a bridal party and the really took care of us! Very great for celebrations.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. They tried to upcharge me by putting gel polish on me and when I refused to pay for something I didn’t ask for the woman grinded the polish off! Yes grinded and did the sloppiest possible job, all on top saying “just because I made a mistake doesn’t mean you don’t help and tell me that I’m wrong” what in the world! I’ll have to go again tomorrow to get this fixed!

This was horrible. Please never go here for a Brazilian was. The lady was nice but I only came here because I had to and I wish I hadn’t. I am very particular about my nails so I will never go back to this place. The nail tech didn’t have good conversation and my nails was not to my liking. The only thing that looked right was my daughters nails. A got acrylic nails and it looks horrible. Now I have to go somewhere else to get them to fix the mistake. This was suppose to be my nails for my graduation. Do not bother going to this place.

The gentleman whom provide service for my pedicure, performance is unsatisfactory service the heels of my feet never got touched, ran the water in tub he scrubbed the bottom of my feet, the heels of my feet was not scubbed, and he started doing my toes and polishedscrubbed, I treated myself to this service, but could have done a more professional pedicure own my own as I always have. They asked me to pay for another pedicure to adjust the service.

I have been coming for a while, but this is the second time as a bridesmaid! They took good care of us and my nails and toes look good as always!!!

My first visit all my nails broke off within a few days, the gel was applied to thin, after they grew back I went back for the same they filed the gel off instead of using the solution and foil, my pedicure, my feet felt the same as they did when I came in. My eyebrows had to be done outside of the room although the place looks nice to the eye they have roaches. You can try it for yourself but myself I wont be going back.

My friend and I went, and they cut too deep during the pedicure. No one came to help the technician even though you could see that he was floundering with how to staunch the bleeding. We eventually ended up walking out and going across the street to the urgent care to get medical aide. The one thing he kept saying, was that the cut was her fault because her skin was too thick, even though the blade they were using popped out and the unguarded edge is what sliced her foot open.. we were not happy with our experience.

Love the atmosphere..classy..offer you beverages while you wait. Lots of color choices which I LOVE (I usually buy and take my own colors) Tina was very gentle taking off a damaged nail, time efficient and friendly. Love my coffin shaped nails! Will be returning to see how the 2nd time around is.

Do NOT go to this salon during peak hours bc they will tell you pick a color, 10 minutes and 30 minutes later youre still sitting there. This has now happened to me three times. With that said, when I HAVE gotten my nails and toes done there, they do a GREAT job!! So, my recommendation is to go during off-peak hours or make a reservation.

Arte and Nail has went through major transitions over the past several months. The new techs are NOT SKILLED at all. Do not waste your time or money.

Got an SNS manicure and a pedicure. The SNS peeled completely off of three of my nails before I had time to get them redone. The same day I got the manicure, there was a chip in another nail. I’ve never once had SNS peel or chip, so something was clearly done wrong. Then, the nail tech insisted I put my shoes on before leaving and my pedicure was completely smeared. I spent $75 just to spend another $75 fixing everything less than a week later.

Do not go to this nail shop! Listen to the other reviews. I was first lured here with a wax groupon, where I met the technical megan. She did my wax and insisted I get a gel manicure and an eyebrow wax. I decided to give them a try. This time a female tech did my gel manicure. The next few days my nails started chipping for a gel manicure that cost $35. I went back there because megan promised to fix the issue. After that, I decided not to go back to them for my manicure. I went to another nail shop to get my nails done for my honeymoon, that gel manicure cost $28 and lasted 1 month, the whole time I was away. Megan told me to come back for a complimentary gel manicure. I went back there, this time it was a male technician. Since it was free i had nothing to lose, although I did tip. Anyway long story short, my nail began to chip a couple of days later. I didnt go back to fix it this time because it was free. It doesnt matter who does your nail at this nail shop, it will definitely chip and you would be wasting $35 or more. I strongly urge everyone to go somewhere else. This nail shop is attached to a condo complex and theres barely ever anyone there. See pictures of the silver and yellow chipped nails.

Update since my last review..me and my mother visited today, called ahead and when we arrived still had to wait. I decided to try Paul out this time since last time Judy rushed through my nails when i waited for her on 2 occasions 30 mins or more. Paul told me I was done drying, carefully took my coat off when i got home and BOOM! SMUDGES! On 3 nails! I always feel rushed here even when I spend my good hard earned money! NEXT!!

The service was okay. They give you water & make conversation but the quality & effort was awful. Color was chipped as if I had them for over a week, nail broke off as my guy did them, glued my fingers and his together, nail snapped in half the next day, and uneven layer(s) if acrylic. If I could give less than one star I would. I do not recommend, esspecially if youre in school or working where your nails are shown off. Never again, was very disappointed for $30.

I wish I could rate 0 stars. I’m not one to write reviews but this experience was so bad. I went for a gel manicure, facial and massage and only got to do gel bc the lady took 2 hours on my nails. This is not a joke. She made every single finger bleed and a guy (pretty sure he was the owner) witnessed and had to take over bc it was that bad. Which I thought was nice but after he proceeded to blame me for my “fragile skin”. I’ve been getting manicures for a long time and have never been told that. Please do not go to this place, it’s not worth the money or the stress.

Been going to this place for the past 6 months & the last two times I’ve been they’ve messed up my nails. They offered to fix them which they tried but still failed to do so. I spent $65 on a full set & now I’m sitting here with messed up nails, & the owner refuses to refund me or even do them over. It’s a shame.

Nice place. Been there 8 times. Recommended them to 5 family and friends...that are now their customers. Only thing I was ever dissatisfied with was my eyelashes, didnt like them, too heavy took them out the next day...I like natural...not diva lashes.

I have consistently received subpar gel manicures at this place, even after trying different technicians. Its convenient to my house, but I wont be going back.

If I could give no stars I would. So disappointed with the entire experience. The woman who worked on my nails not only sneezed and burped on me but also sat on her phone for 3 minutes texting as I sat in front of her with my hands ready for her. She also would answer her phone throughout the entire session. At one point another employee proceeded to spit inside the foot bowls where people get their pedicures done. Appalled with the lack of cleanliness and attention to detail. French manicure is in shambles, but it didnt look great before I left. There is still nail polish all over my fingers. I will not be recommending this place and will not return.

Ive gone into this location before an normally dont have an issue. But this time I went in after my nails were poorly done and they didnt care enough to help me, all they said was come back. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I wont be back nor will recommend anyone to this salon.
