Customer service is horrible. Not happy with nails at all. They are all different shapes. Asked for them to redo over and they said no because they were about to close. Then asked for them to re-shape and she said I already told you no one is available with a rude tone. So disappointed. The nails look like something I could have done myself. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Not a bad experience, just a misunderstanding. (She attempted to correct but I had to go) Be certain your quoted price & service align with the performed service and price. Sis was certainly great at the foot massage, hence the 4 stars, but I asked for a sugar scrub pedicure. Maybe stick to what’s written on the website when you visit😊

DO NOT GO HERE! I was out of town and needed a fill. I went and asked for gel fill. They claimed they don’t have acrylic anymore and what they were doing was gel. (I thought it might have just been gel powder)Once I got back to my home salon I learned that it was not gel at all and it was acrylic.

So I originally said Tina is the best. She is the best one there. I got a pedicure and gel manicure. My manicure didnt even make it two week. Also my nails are now brittle and breaking. I will not return.

I went in with a picture of the design that I wanted and was told that it could be done. The end result is not at all what was pictured. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in the service at this location and I will not be returning.When I mentioned to the technician, after she did one finger, that I was not satisfied with what she had done she decided to argue and tell me that she did what was in the picture even after I said I didnt like it.🤦🏽‍♀️WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

I had a meeting at Wells Fargo and had planned to go to my regular salon. Since I had a full schedule and saw this business decided to try it to save time. Very courteous at front desk. Very pleased with the service and the server.

Decent, fill in was $40. design extra $20 polish not great looks like I did it myself at home definitely not worth $20. I was really ready to go when the schizophrenic nurse came in to get her lashes done, ghetto loud and very inappropriate.

I was greeted by Mike, who checked me in and asked to wash my hands before I was seated. My nail tech (Cindy) was an absolute gem! I was offered a beverage before she started my service, midway through it and towards the end. She was patient, attentive and friendly. For someone that was turned off by this establishment previously, Im glad that I came in today and my nails are GORGEOUS! Now I feel comfortable returning on a regular basis.

Very welcoming and quality customer service provided. The staff were highly attentive to my needs and to others being serviced. Theyve built relationships with frequent customers. Will return!

I have been going to Best Nails for about 7 years. I only go to KIM. She is the BEST hands down. Very creative, patient, friendly and always leaves me satisfied. She does my Eyebrows and leaves the arch nice and full to my liking. The whole salon is nice and the owner Mike is very funny and does his beat to please all customers.

I enjoy visiting Best Nails for my salon services. In compliance with the COVID-19 restrictions, they make sure each customer “wears a mask” and washes there hands before receiving service. My name tech Tech CiCi is one of the BEST! She is very patient, detailed, friendly, and gets very corner.) Overall, the facility is professional, clean, and provides good customer service. The manager Mike is also very personable and greets everyone with a warm welcome each time I visit. They also have customer perks.

The customer service is excellent, super nice, however I was rushed, my nails were bumpy, not smooth, they were extremely busy, had to wait 20mins for bumpy nails.

The staff was prompt, polite, professional. This was my first visit to the salon and I was very impressed with the service. Van did a great job on my mani/pedi and after the relaxing foot, lower leg and hand massage, I feel like a new person.. I will be back very soon. Thank you!

It was very relaxing to receive the services, but uncomfortable seeing the mom hit her toddler every five minutes because he wouldnt sit still while she got her nails done! This was a bit much, especially for the child who was not even two years old yet! Besides this episode, I felt good and relaxed when I left your establishment. Thanks!

This location received a lot of business on this day, very pleasant, warm people. I would return again. Thought this was an “ok” place. Went a couple times before when I was short on time and the service was ok. This last time less than a week passed after getting a gel full set and the polish has peeled off 7 of my nails. Went back to have it fixed and they said it would be $25 or I could wait an hour with no charge. Not worth my time or money ever again.

In order to post my review, I had to select at least one star. ZERO STARS is what this so called establishment deserves. I’m utterly disgusted and disturbed with the work I received. My nails are hideous. The foundation is almost non existent. Doing something as simple as tying my hair scarf, feels impossible, like at any moment, any one of the nails could pop off and/or break. The shape is appalling. I don’t believe any one of my nails are shaped the same, not at all symmetrical. The gel polish is of poor quality. I requested a acrylic/gel fill in and it looks as if I allowed a child to paint my nails with water based paint. I believe their gel polishes may be watered down. I walked in on a whim, very first time (very last time as well) there, only because my normal salon was booked & I needed a fill in bad. The set I walked in with was almost four weeks old, yet that ALMOST 4 WEEK OLD set looked better than the so called set they filled/applied. Poor technique and poor service (extremely unprofessional,) I would NOT recommend a single soul.

Im so disappointed... been coming to this establishment over ten years and it appears my loyalty has to come to an end. Less than 7 days ago, right before, the holiday, I came to get a fill in. My usual tech, Tom, was out and someone else did my nails. She asked me if I wanted a cut down looked at my nails and said to get it next time. Well no more than 3 days later my nails began deteriorating. I came back today to talk to someone about the issue and was told the nations eye old and I needed a new set. I was told the best they could do was charge me $30. Basically, Im being charged double for a full set that should have been done last week.Theyve lost a customer.

I guess I came at the wrong time. K was trying to leave. Mind you I tip this lady every time she works on my. Thought we built a rapport. Wrong. When she finally agreed to give me a pedicure. She became upset and started talking (about me) to the others in her language. Needless to say I won’t be patronizing this place. Ever.

Went here for a quick mani-pedi. First, it took them an hour to see me and there was only 1 person ahead of me. They rushed doing my nails though I had been there way before closing. They skipped me for someone who came later and two of my nails were bulky. The nail tech broke my natural nail whilst filing too hard and repaired it with acrylic (this was one of the bulky nails).

Tina is a great nail tech. but this place is not as clean as it should be.

I will never go back to this place and I hope this influences you not to go too. It was the weekend before my 18th birthday and I am a working college student so I am pretty busy. My usual nail tech was busy (at another salon) so I decided to go here because it was close to my home. I called and made an appointment WITH LUCY for 11:30 Saturday morning because I had to go to a baby shower at 1 pm. Lucy did not take me until almost 12.My issue was not just with the time though. She cut my nails without asking me about the length and when I asked for longer than what she cut she glued back on the tip she had just cut off and re-cut it. I asked for coffin nails and she did not check to see if i was ok with the shape. When she put the acrylic powder on the start of my nail was bumpy and when i asked to smooth it down she acted like it was my fault. My nails are also lopsided and she did non cover my entire nail with nail polish. By this time its almost time for me to leave for the baby shower. When I expressed my concerns to the manager and my crunch for time he told me he would have to file my nails off for me to get my money back and when i told him I did not have time for that he persisted that I come back the next day but I had work all day. The lady had her phone camera pointed at me at one point. I only ended up getting $10 of my $25 back and they made me cry. I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!

I love the atmosphere at best nails. I highly recommend Lucy, Tina, Kim or Mike.

I love Mike customer service, he makes you feel like a friend vs a customer and all the employees know your name. Best Nails is very conveniently priced and shop is nicely maintained.

Inconsistent agreed pricing. Rudely loudly speaking a different language in front of customers after being asked a question in English. Cleanliness is extremely lacking, pedicure bowl does not appear to be cleaned in between customers. Gel polish job lumpy. Will not be going back.

The absolute worst nail experience I have ever had. I went inquiring about ombré nails. I asked them several times if their nail techs could do ombré nails and they said yes. I even showed them a picture. The first nail tech was a lady. She wasnt positive of how to get the ombré look. So they switched my nail tech. He was the absolute worst. He hastily did my nails. He didnt let the acrylic dry completely. My nails look like trash. I even told him the best way to get the ombré effect and he refused to do what I asked of him. He took absolutely no pride in his work. And that is pathetic. DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE.
