Phones are expensive. Not my budget line

Gentleman gave me the benefit of the doubt asI needed to run down the street to where my car was to grab my last dollar, he had already processed my payment and was waiting patiently on me pretty nice fellow leasing service just like the one up the street its just that it seems they keep a low amount of staff (like all metro stores) which can challenge evrything.

This is the WOST place EVER to have a phone service. Nobody ever knows anything and the people working there are DO rude!! A guy by the name of Nick Gomez works there and needs to be FIRED!!!

Need more employees. One person to try and wait on customers. The one lady was helpful when she could get to me after 1/2 hour wait.

Terrible customer service by Anna. She added stuff on my phone i didnt want then when i asked for the managers name she refused to give it to me all while being extremely rude. Then when i sat there and made her correct her mistake she was very mad and hateful. thisi s the worst store ever. Love metro service but this retailer is somewhere i would never go again.

I dont know what happen to these locations in Gainesville Texas but they have gone from badd to worse I had to drive to Sherman Texas just to get help with my wifes phone but all I got was badd service from this location I paid money to have a SIM ship put into her phone and I drove from Sherman to Gainesville when the number was not even the right number so So I went over to the Gainesville location taking why would get service did I No all I got was attitude I told the gentleman I didnt wanna have to drive all the way back to Sherman please call customer service and see if they could do a credit he would not only did was copy attitude he didnt want what a help I asked to speak to his supervisor he tells me hes the manager and I said well theres gotta be a manager over you but he didnt wanna a help me all it was was flat out rude it was some Hispanic guy with glasses and he didnt and I was treated terrible to the people out there that read this if you do please dont go to this location as long as that guys there he might say hello to you insta and all that but he wont help you in any way That is not good customer service if the owner reads this I strongly recommend that you need to reprimand this employee or find another manager for he is losing business for your company I have also contacted the corporate with metro PCS and I have told them of what happened and they will be contacting you over this matter saying that that was unprofessional if you like you losin money then keep then keep letting that person get by with what he wants to do but that will make you no money and just remembered there are 2 metro pcs is in Gainesville Texas

After purchasing 2 iPhones and a Samsung Galaxy J-7 Prime, and activation of the iPhones the associatetook it upon herself to put me on another device because she was out of the Samsung, didnt even consult me, the customer

Turnover rate at this place is very high so finding a employee that actually knows what they are doing is very hard. Seems like the only thing they know how to do is take a payment.
