It took 2 hours to get an acrylic removal and a dip set with no tips. The service was also $48 which is ridiculous and my thumb nail chipped the next day! Save your money and time go somewhere else.

This is a very good salon. I really enjoy the pedicures here while my wife gets her nails done. The ladies are very nice and professional. Please tip well 😇

My dip nails didn’t even last 6 days. Paid wayyy too much money for a poor job. Lost three nails and three others chipped. They were out of all the colors I wanted, and even cut two of my fingers in the process. Plus, the woman that did my nails didn’t even pay attention to my requests, but instead was talking non-stop to other employees. Extremely disappointed and will not be returning. I’m sad this was my first and last experience because the salon itself appeared nice.

Came with a friend an hour before closing to just get the most basic pedicure and manicure, we called beforehand and they said it was okay. they got started on my friend right away and left me sitting for an hour before even starting. they then told me that i came “so late” and did my manicure at the pedicure chair and the second she finished my top coat on my nails she told me to go, i was trying to be super careful to not mess anything up but of course ended up messing up a nail since they weren’t given the time to dry before.

I get so many compliments after getting a manicure and pedicure. It’s nice, clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. Love the technicians! 💜🙂

My favorite nail salon. I’ve tried many in the Norman Moore area. The place is always clean and the staff are so friendly. Nina is my favorite nail girl and she always does an amazing job on both my nails and toes. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I went into the Norman location for a full set and pedicure at 4:30pm and Anna did an amazing job with my nails. She remembered me from the last time I was in and did a great job. She took her time and made sure the nails were right for my liking. Thank you so much for having great customer service! Will definitely be back!

Always an enjoyable experience

The first time I came here I loved my nails. They were very detail oriented and got them exactly like I like them (If my biggest complaint is my nails, lifes good). I went recently and didnt have the same experience. This manicure (dip with tips) was the most painful manicure I have ever gotten. As soon as he began removing my old dip, the drill was so hot I could feel it burning my nail bed. I dont get my nails done regularly and I have healthy nails, so to experience any pain was new for me. I also have cuts around my nails (4 on the left hand and 3 on the right) from the drill he used when shaping the nail after applying dipping powder. All I can say is, they may serve wine.... but it was not enough to make up for all the pain.

It was so empty, so quiet but they rushed my nails, they did 2 layers of dip instead of the 4 layers I get from other places, they didn’t clean up around my nails at all so I had to remove it myself when I got home, the nails were super thin, didn’t file them hardly at all. I got asked if I did the nails myself bc they were very messy.

My daughter and I went in to get pedicures and they both started out doing a really good job but as soon as it got busy they started rushing and skipping steps. Then they didn’t say anything to either of us and went on to other customers and just left us there. When we went to get up my daughter had toe separators in and the guy reached over took them off and put them back in the drawer. Now someone is going to get a pair that was used and that is very unsanitary.; I’m sure this was an accident but because he was rushing so much he wasn’t paying attention. We come in all of the time and this time it took almost half of the time as it usually does. We went in a couple of weeks ago for manicures and one of the same guys was doing my nails. When he was done he cleaned off the cuticle tool in the water that was used for my hands and stuck it back in his drawer.

I have had MUCH better manicures... I had dip with tips done. My nails look okay but they are very uneven if you look at the from the side, a lot more powder in some areas then others. That I can live with.. but what was really disappointing was that the guy who did my nails seemed like he could care less. He did not speak two words to me while I was there other then asking me what color I wanted. Customer service was some of the worst I’ve ever experienced in a nail salon. I will definitely not be back.

I have given this place two try’s already each time I leave disappointed. Today I went in a got a pedicure and a manicure. Pedicure was good but both times the manicures have been terrible. My nail polish on my hands is peeling off and its like it never dried throughly... its been 3 hours sense I had them painted.. i touch something and it peels the paint up. I wouldn’t recommend going here.. $61.00 for pedi and mani but not worth it if it wont even last an hour. Also he made me pay before my manicure was even done. My nails weren’t even painted and he asked for me to pay before he would finish.

I had a dip set done here. The shop was so empty, yet they rushed their work. The machine that was used to roughen my nails really hurt my fingers. The lady just sat there not caring for any customer service. Worse nail salon ever!

I have been going here for maybe a year and a half now, on and off. I had a really good experience with Tammy (around last year) but she doesn’t work there anymore. She truly could do a clean shape and good work. I generally have okay sets, but they are overpriced because every time I ask for a certain design or even ombré they tax soo high ($70 for ombré? lol). When I sit in the chair and if someone doesn’t know how to do something they never let me know, instead they attempt and it ends up not being what I wanted and doesn’t look very neat and I end up wasting $60 on top of sitting there for two hours. Rating 3 stars due to inconsistencies in prices and work.

I will never go back here. I went 3 times and 2 out of 3 were horrible, 1 was just average. The last time I went was for a pedi. The nail tech was more interested in what was going on in the back that he never even spoke to me until I asked his name and then, not again until he wanted payment. I posted a bad review on Facebook after that and they took it down - so they can manipulate their ratings! I dont think they can do that here on google so Im trying again to get the word out that there are MUCH BETTER places in town for a mani/pedi. Dont waste your time here. Inconsistent results and POOR customer service.
