Horrible. Literally was sent home with a smudged nail. I brought the issue up to the nail tech and was yelled as if I was a child. Please spend your money somewhere else!!

About to be my nails salon did a great job

I made an appointment last minute and they were not only able to accommodate me, but they gave me excellent service! I brought in a picture I found on Pinterest as my inspiration and they made it happen perfectly! Katherine (a Student) did my gel nails, and she was very careful and fixed any of the mistakes that were noticed. She also made great conversation! Sheila did the art on my nails while supervising the student and they look so so beautiful!!!As a side note, the shop is on a side of North Capitol that has a lot of solicitation. A few times during my visit, people came in off the street trying to sell random items and were very clearly bothering some people. The owner stood her ground and told them to leave, but they didn’t leave until someone caved and the sale was made. I hope Glamour Nails can someday find a better location or better security because the service they offer is impeccable. I will DEFINITELY be back.

Great sevice just high prices

My 1st time visiting was in March and this was the second time with my daughter. Sheila was my tech the first time, made me couldnt wait to visit again. This time she did my daughters nails and shes impressed with her. I had Mimi and she quickly corrected anything I mentioned, and without attitude as Ive experienced at other places. Customer service is on point, especially these times with the world pandemic.

I went in to get my nails done and asked for acrylic nail polish (I’ve gone here a few times), when they heard me say that they gave me a disappointed look and told me it was $15. The host was very kind and welcoming, although I can’t say the same for my nail tech. She didn’t clean my cuticles and didn’t let my nails dry every layer. She left air pockets, smudged my nails, and used chunky nail polish. My nail tech also didn’t give good customer service. Definitely not coming again.

Absolutely in love with this nail shop everyone is super friendly. My nails were done by Sofia and she did an amazing job as well as my eyebrows The owner shayla did my lashes and they look so beautiful definitely will come back they work fast and it’s super affordable:)))))

I had the worst experience ever. The nail tech I had was awful. Didn’t clean my cuticles and didn’t bluff off my dead skin. She didn’t even know what a French pedicure was. She had ask the owner what I was asking for. When tried to do the French pedicure it was horrid. I had to get the owner to try to fix and she was no better, my left toe is bigger than left and on top of that she told she was going to give me a deal. Jokes on me....I was charged 35 dollars for a janky Gel French Pedicure. Lesson learned never going back TRASH

And the dude has acrylic all over my hands wth,And then when I went to get ome nail fixed another one broke and they charged me for their rushed job.Now it’s 2 days later and my nail broke again 😑. You better off going to red sun nails on 7th street they Do better jobs

If I could, I would have given 0 stars for this business after the experience I had today. I traveled from Maryland this morning to get eyelash extensions only to find that this place was closed. Though the schedule indicate that this place opens at 10:00 am on Saturday, the door was gated and padlocked from 10:00 am - 11:20 am today (5/18/19) on a Saturday. Further, the phone number listed via Instagram for this business was not answered for the hour that sat outside waiting for someone to show up to open the door.

I visted glamour nail yesterday for the first time and I really loved this place, the staff are professional, the prices are affordable so I highly recommend this place!

I wish there was a 0 star because this place treat the black woman like its just about the money..But the white woman come in and are catered to..I dont think its fair or right,especially when it more blacks then whites that come in your shop.There money is Green like ours.

Two of my nails broke within less than a week of getting them done. My nail tech was super rude, and jerked my hands. He made a huge deal when I accidentally messed the polish up on one of my nails.

Been going here for a few months now, Im always happy with my nail.One thing I will say is that my nails always last.
