Awful company. Leased me a property that I was assured multiple times to be dog friendly and was not. Found this out 2 days before the move on my own from visiting the property. Rude / unhelpful staff. They will dodge / avoid / delay addressing you if you have an issue. Would not recommend anybody use them as a tenant

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE RENTAL MANAGEMENT COMPANY ! They should be shut down. Fees all the time without any explanation. They take forever to get any maintenance done. No one answers their phones or emails.

DO NOT waste your time renting with Renters Warehouse. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with rental properties. Always a big delay in communication and delay in getting any type of maintenance done.Now that we have moved out, they are charging us $2,515 for repairs with mold remediation which was never discovered behind a closet until someone found it during the move out inspection. And a crack in the kitchen counter which was in the rental when we moved in!!They are charging us more than our security deposit was when we moved in!I would rate them 0 stars if I could. Do not recommend anyone to rent a property from this company! They will try to blame everything on the renters and try to take your money even after you moved out two months ago!!

At first I was very pleased with them. They found two great tenants quickly. That was a year ago. Since then I have found the communication poor. Waiting for responses to emails for several days, calls even urgent ones go to voice mail again no reply. I’m very disappointed now and would not recommend them to any landlord.

One of our goals this year was to find renters for our house; but didnt know where to start until I found Renters Warehouse. Renters Warehouse assigned Rod Sanders to guide us through the process and it was seamless. He did a great job explaining the process to us and giving us time estimates on how long it could take. I met Rod Sanders at a home he had for rent and he was by far the most professional person we met during this process. My wife was back home in South Carolina sending me homes to view while in the area for a week with hopes of finalizing everything. Rod sent us several photos and a video of the home plus gave us school info for our kids. Rod was ontime for our appointment and gave me a lot information on the area which was priceless. Although we chose a different home for more space, Rod was very helpful and knowledgeable. A true master of his career, if you work with Rod you will be very pleased and thankful.

Mr. Andres Mejia and I started working together over a year ago and it has been a most pleasant experience, especially when one considers where Im currently living.As a military member, for the past year and a half, Ive been living in Saudi Arabia. Being in Saudi Arabia presents its own set of challenges, one being the seven to eight hours time difference between Saudi Arabia and the United States.However, even with the challenges of logistics Andres always found a way to stay in communication with me.He consistently provided timely updates on the status of potential tenants for me to overlook and review.In addition, he addressed ALL of my requests and concerns with thorough email correspondence and pictures, upon request.Lastly, Andres LISTENED to my needs and responded accordingly. Genuinely terrible company to deal with, stay far away, its not worth the stress. On the list of things I had to deal with during my time as a tenant with Renters Warehouse: Apartment was dirty prior to signing lease, they assured me itd be cleaned, it was not. They did not respond to a single maintenance request, ever. I received a text one day that an apartment tour was to occur the next day while I had no given any intent to vacate and I still had time on my lease, upon calling the company over 10 times and finally reaching the property manager he angrily informed me I had given notice, I told them to check their records and he later said it was a mix up. They charged my account twice for the months rent on two separate occasions. They screwed me on the security deposit over mold remediation, zero evidence of this - and I didnt receive any communication in regards to my security deposit until 65 days - DC limit is 45 days legally, AND no interest accrued which tenants are legally entitled to.Truly, take it from me and the lesson Ive learned, dont deal with Renters Warehouse whatsoever. Completely incompetent crooks.

If you are looking to rent your property, please dont sign with Renters Warehouse. I signed with them, and I didnt hear from the lease manager, so after two weeks, I sent an email to follow up with them, and she replied with a portal link to have an update on my property. She told me; they will post on Zillow and Trulia my property, but after a month, I realized that I was only on those free websites, so I canceled my agreement with them, and they ask me to pay $700 for cancelation. Please do not waste your time the Renters Warehouse you will lose money and time.

Definitely a great experience when working with Tasia. It was very easy because I work a lot and I’m overseas and she responded to me promptly all the time. Given the time difference I thought it would be difficult, but she would email me right back and sometimes it would be very late at night or early morning for her. I definitely recommend Renters Warehouse, but personally Tasia. She made the process easy.

I just recently moved into an apartment leased through Renters Warehouse. Upon move-in, half of the kitchen’s electricity did not work, which included the oven and the dishwasher, and the fridge was broken. The leasing agent said that it should be fixed that same weekend. I put in a maintenance request online, but when I never heard back, I called for a whole week and a half later everyday, sometimes more than once a day because each time they said they would call me back soon and never would. They then said they would come fix it on a friday, but never showed up, and then later fixed just the electricity that next Monday without any notice. The only reason I knew someone had been in is because my things in the kitchen were moved around. I am now going on two weeks of living here and the fridge has yet to be fixed. All of the food has gone bad and no one will return my calls about when it will be resolved. I feel as if I am being scammed because I talk to a new person everyday who acts as if they will fix my problem, but then they do nothing about it. And now should I even begin to talk about the random $100 charge that was put on my account?? What a ridiculous company.

Renters Warehouse has been amazing. Tasia Steedley the property manager I have been working with is amazing. Within 90 minutes of touring my house she had potential renters viewing the property. She answered every question quickly and even let the cleaning crew in once I had left the area. I highly recommend Renters Warehouse to anyone thinking about renting out their house. If you are lucky enough to get Tasia you wont be disappointed.

From the move out inspection, returning the security deposit and other items. I would advise anyone doing business with this company to ensure you keep everything in writing if you’re the renter or the home owner. Mrs. Iris Strickland gave us the best and most personable experience weve ever had in finding, touring, and signing for a rental. A good experience. We were unsure at first as we have worked with the same realtor for years. Unfortunately he no longer market rental properties. Nikki put us at ease and was very thorough. If she didnt know the answer she would find out quickly. The process was hard because of the state of the rental market at the time however Nikki worked with us until we were able to find good tenants.Rental Warehouse need to look into referral incentives. It would definitely encourage existing customers to recommend the business.

My experience with Sheila has been a great one. Her ability to communicate, listen strategically plan and manage has allowed me to rest easy at night. Oftentimes she is misunderstood by her soft spoken voice and her graceful presence. However if you know what I know honey always works better than vinegar. We recently worked with Ryan Allen from Renters Warehouse after seeing one of his properties listed on Zillow. From the beginning of the process he was extremely personable, quick to respond, and flexible with our time constraints. The electronic lease and payment platforms also make the renting/buying process much easier from a logistics standpoint. Would highly recommend Ryan if you are looking for a property manager.
