I lived there for 2 years and everything was amazing. I never had a problem with management and what ever needed to be repaired or a service order was required, it was taken care immediately. All the team is really friendly and responsive. Management definitely made my stay extremely pleasant.

I lived here for a year and a half and had an incredible experience. The apartments are really spacious and clean. The location cannot be beat you are a 5 minute walk away from anything you need. And the staff in the building are so kind and helpful. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place in the foggy bottom area

Lived here three years and had a great experience. Things that I loved: The phone app for residents made it easy to pay rent, see payment history, submit maintenance requests, and sign and access lease documents. Maintenance and concierge staff are always reliable and super personable. Package deliveries are left with concierge at the front desk, and you get notifications when they arrive. Leasing office is responsive and helpful. Close proximity to Foggy Bottom metro (Blue/Orange/Silver) as well as Trader Joes and Whole Foods meant we never needed to drive.Walking distance to Georgetown, DuPont Circle, Lincoln Memorial, and downtown.

This location is very central and super convenient, especially for GWU students. DuPont, Georgetown, downtown, and the Lincoln Memorial are all about a 15 minute walk away. Theres a bus stop right out front and the Foggy Bottom Metro station is two and a half blocks away where you can access the blue, silver, or orange line.Building management and staff are very nice and helpful. Maintenance requests were always serviced in a timely manner. There is always someone at the front desk to receive packages and for general security.I would highly recommend 2424 to anyone who is new to the city.

I love living at 2424 Penn. I have a spacious apartment and a competitive rate at one of the few dog-friendly locations in foggy bottom. It is steps from GWU Hospital and Trader Joes, and just a short walk from the Georgetown Waterfront and National Mall. Beyond this, the staff are incredibly warm, learning my name and welcoming me and my dog to the building as soon as we moved in. They have only continued to impress us with a friendly atmosphere, speedy repairs (that are rarely needed), and so many other useful services. Thank you 2424penn!

I absolutely love living at 2424 Penn! The Foggy Bottom location is fantastic; but, most importantly, the staff takes fantastic care of their residents. Management by A.J. and Dorothy is more than friendly and professional, and the property engineering staff is fantastic (shout out to James and Felipe for taking care of my apartment maintenance needs in a quick and superb fashion!)In addition, I feel very safe with the 24 hour front desk reception monitoring guests and fob entrance required to enter the building and facilities. And last but not least, my apartment is spacious and in fantastic well-maintained condition.I highly recommend residence at 2424 Penn for excellent D.C. living!Sincerely,Stacey Messina

Best apartment manager Adrijanna in the 8 year I have been living in here, the maintenance staff and all staff are really nice and helpful.They all make sure these apartments are well kept, clean with an amazing comfort and cozy atmosphere.Beautiful rooftop and well equipped gym .Thanks Adrijana for all your hard work to keep our place pleasant and nice to live in.I highly recommend this place!

I love this building, I been living here only one month and it has been amazing and convenient!!! Everything is walking distance, all the essentials are close by, there is a grocery store, metro, shopping street and the Washington DC monuments are within walking distance. The rooftop in the building is spectacular, there’s a gym, laundry room and evening a market in case you need some little essentials but the THE BEST PART OF IT ALL, and I really cannot express my DEEPEST GRATITUDE is the amazing BUILDING STAFF!! Adrijanna the property manager is superb and what she does, she is the most caring person ever, she really makes you feel like your home no matter where your from. I really want to thank her for everything she had done. To Dorothy, Wayaca, Kia and Staci the concierge ladies that ensure we are safe, ensure that if we need anything or any updates in the building are communicated to us, THANK YOU LADIES FOR ALL THAT YOU DO and for all the amazing conversations and finally I cannot forget the maintenance staff James and Felipe who always ensure our units and building are up to date day and night. I’m so grateful to to reside in a building where it really feels like HOME!!!!!

I cant say enough about the staff here they are incredible. The staff and team care a lot about the residence and work really hard to make updates, and respond to maintenance request quickly. The interior is really nice and always kept clean. Its close to public transportation and a TON of restaurants, shops, and grocery stores.The reason I wouldnt recommend, is sadly due to the location to George Washington Hospital. The noise is horrendous. You hear ambulances and sirens all night and all day. The hospital also just installed a helicopter pad on the roof which you can now hear indoors. If you arent as bothered by noise especially at night this would be a fantastic place to live.

If you are looking for the perfect location (Triangle Foggy Bottom - Georgetown - West End), a cozy, clean and pet friendly space to set your home in D.C., 2424 Penn is the best option. The building is not a new one, but the care that the Management (Andri Jovanov - AJ) provides is top notch. All the team is really kind, and always are willing to do their job with the best attitude. Engineering Team (Felipe and James) is attentive and prettty helpful. Gregory keeps all the areas sparkling clean; and all the Concierge ladies (Dorothy, Fran, Wayaka, Kelia, Staci snd Charlotta), put a personal touch in all the interactions and follow ups to make you feel welcomed.

Last time I had stayed here, the apartments we were given were pretty low-quality. The location is nice, but thats what youre paying for.
