Im currently a resident at a property that Delbe manages. It is nearly impossible to reach anybody who works for Delbe in regards to their property management duties. They are not responsive to emails or phone messages. The A/C unit in our common area has been broken for over eight months and there has been no resolve. Please avoid using their services if at all possible! As an owner of my condo, it wouldve been nice if we wouldve had an option of doing research and being able to choose a trustworthy management company but this was not an option given to us. Very disappointed.

Delbe is shamefully sloppy and only cares about how much money they can take for how little work. We had them for only one year before moving on. Their finances and record keeping are especially bad. Incredibly, they would not let us see our own checking account statements, after insisting that we switch banks to their preferred one - located in Ohio - no joke. They would tell us how much was in the account, but not back it up with the statements. And when we left, they transmitted inaccurate and incomplete info to the new management company, which we are just finishing cleaning up, fifteen months after leaving them. It is taking this long because we keep finding new mistakes! Avoid this mess!
