There is an active, congested construction site behind the building. Horrible and loud. Choose a quieter place to live.

Nice apt layout & square footage. Moved in 7/30/21. Mosquitoes/flying mites/debris IN MY APT and I work from home. Manager (Lauren) has yelled at me twice, now. Lied about paid monthly parking waitlist until after notice given/lease signed. Told I was 41 on parking waitlist 7/30; on 9/10 I was 43? Guests can pay for parking though.***********Your suggestion of a parking spot for $100 mo. on the NW side is grearly appreciated and would seem like low hanging fruit, at first. However its further away and means the cost of the Uber from Meridian to my car would go up from $8.47 to $12.47 one way and diminishes any return in terms of the tripled costs to return home during a Nationals/United game. The inconvenience alone pales in comparison to having just 1 of 6 attached guest parking spaces below Meridian. With the recent discussions about cicadas and associated flying mites, I would have thought you would be aware of the situation unfolding in DC. Unfortunately and as identified/reported by the local news stations, the mites are very painful and you cant see them. The pest control has not effectively addressed the problem in the 3 times they have visited and though as he stated, others within the complex have been impacted as well. The conditions are exasperating and uncomfortable and like any reasonable person I do not wish to expend $2,570 mo. to be stung/bitten. Since Meridian appears unable to meet expectations, an amicable and mutually agreed upon lease cancellation is in order.

Mixed feelings about this building... I toured it trying to decide where to live. Living at Meridian on first is a blast! Not only is management great, but the events are amazing. We had a comedy show tonight that blew everyone’s mind and I made tons of friends with new neighbors. Move here now.
