First let me start off by saying that I was not asked to do this, I legitimately have been treated with service so great I had to reach out to Rudy to find out how I could show my appreciation through a review.Kia Toye, has by far given me the best customer service I’ve ever received. (Well besides that one time I went to New Orleans, and because it was my first flight ever, the attendant gave me a free upgrade to first class. Sorry Kia cant top that. :) From follow ups, to 20,30,40 minute phone calls breaking down my policy in a way that I can understand; Helping me understand deadlines and processes, I remember one time I was very very busy at work and in the Span of maybe a hour I either had to hand up and call back or put Kia 2 - 5 minute holds. Every time I called back or jumped back on the line all I would hear from Kia is. “Don’t worry take your time Mr. Smith, while you were away I was able to check on your issue and......” I can go on and on you get the picture #goat.PS. As you can see from the review I like to talk a lot sometimes hahahahaDevon

Let me start by saying that I’ve been trying to make updates to my policy for over a month. It’s really ridiculous that there was no problem to get me signed up with this company, but it’s nothing being done to keep me as a customer. I’ve left countless messages and have yet to receive a return call to rectify the problem. The only assistance that I’ve received is by the sales guy and he can’t even process the updates that I’ve been inquiring about. I’m currently shopping for another insurance company to switch to before the next payment…..

I have been trying to get car insurance for five days. My “agent” Rudy won’t return phone calls or even answer the phone. Then I spoke to a gentleman named Fritz who was going to get back to be in an hour or two and never heard back. I would never ever suggest using this company. I have been so frustrated with the complete lack of customer service.
Rudy and his team have been exceptionally outstanding with their services. They are attentive and take time to thoroughly explain any aspect relative to insurance. I truly appreciate my Allstate family.
I have been insured by the Allstate insurance company for about four years. I have over these years received excellent care with my automobile insurance needs. As an example when I could no longer afford a vehicle, when things were very tight and I was forced to use public transportation, this company gave me a way to keep my insurance in force with a very, very, low rate to keep me from starting all over again. I am once more on the road and everything was made incredibly easy for me as a retired senior. I am grateful to Rudy Alston III and his staff for their suggestions and certainly for their kind and honest service. This company has over the years been a special blessing to me and I am sure they will to you also. I rate them ten out of ten gladly, they won my confidence years ago and so much that I asked for renters insurance which before I was not interested. these folks are top notch and are experts in their profession.

Ive been using Allstate for my motorcycle insurance since 2014 and Ive always enjoyed my experience. Recently, I moved to Richmond, VA and needed to transfer my coverage from DC. I worked with agent Kia Toye and she went above and beyond to help get me everything I needed to register my motorcycle with the VA DMV. Advice to management - Give Kia a raise.

If I could give this office 0 stars I would. The staff is absolutely terrible. I have no idea where to begin. The last straw was today. I received an email from Pamela Chase stating my policy was cancelled and to call her if I was interested in renewing. I have two policies, renters and auto. My payment information is on file. Instead of someone stating they needed additional authorization to process the renters payment, the policy was cancelled. They didnt need additional authorization to auto-renew the policy. When I called Pamela this morning she had the worst attitude ever. I am not sure how this agent has any clients with support staff like so.
Ive had Allstate, specifically Rudy Alston as my agent for a number of years. The service is excellent. I ve never been moved to look elsewhere for coverage.

Left messages with a person, left messages with the machine, emailed through the website, and my policy update still hasnt been completed. It has been over one week. Not sure what theyre doing over there. I wont be renewing with them.
