Ive been with Nate for a few years now. I started with renters insurance and added car insurance last year.I didnt shop around for renters insurance because I just trust Nate and wanted to give him my business. That said, I feel like it was a pretty solid deal.However, I did shop around on my car insurance a bit. I had been with State Farm, previously. Nate saved me a fair amount of money for the same level of coverage.The thing Id like to praise Ledgestone for the most is their responsiveness. When I email Nate its not uncommon for him to reply in under 3 minutes. Thats just the way he is. When hes not around, I usually get a follow-up from his assistant within a few hours. The customer service at Ledgestone is just at another level. I get the sense that Nate has built that culture into the company. I couldnt be more satisfied.

Since I have switched to Ledgestone I have unfortunately had to use my insurance more often than previous providers, but they have made it easy every step of the way! We saved money by switching and when we thought our rates were going to go up this year I got a quote from another company and Ledgestone was still cheaper. Even though they were the cheaper option, one week later they emailed that they reviewed the policy and were going to save me 5% more!

I have been with Ledgestone Insurance for about 5 years now. Over those 5 years many questions have come up and I am always blown away by the response time. A few years ago it was maybe 10-11PM and one of the trees on my property was about to fall. Sever winds had buffeted the tree, roots were already being pulled out of the ground and my neighbor was distraught telling me it was going to fall on his garage. I called Nate to get advise on how to handle the situation. He answered immediately, I would say midway through the first ring but that may be embellishing the story a bit. The point is Nate has been an excellent agent over the years and is always reachable via: Facebook, E-Mail, Text, and of course with my generation only in emergency situations a phone call.
