HORRIBLE, I spoke to Elaina my new insurance agent today.....shes awful, very confrontational very aggressive and for no reason at all shes exremely disrespectful, I was assigned to her after my orginal insurance agent left the co,...I couldnt have had a woser experience and to think how they would treat their own customer after all that money I gave them...keep looking
